Hanoi Hotels with Hot Tub

My friends and I had a great time staying at this hotel. Location- It was in an ideal spot in the Old Quarters, few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Adding to that, there are currency exchange shops across from the hotel. There are also different spas and cafes. Food- The food was very good. I did not have a bad meal. Every morning there was a different menu and there were alot of varieties. Staff- Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Shout out to Jacky and another guy at the front desk (didn't get his name). Overall, very friendly staff. Room- It was pretty nice, we took one with the balcony, the 'city view' could be questioned but apart from that, it was very clean and modern.

The second Capella I stayed at, Capella Hanoi has a unique cultural presentation, I really appreciate it! The environment and service are first-class, especially the service. I was still warmly entertained after checking out, I was very touched!

Hotel rooms are beautiful, very clean and comfortable bed, especially Manager Ding Dong is super helpful and excellent service. We can ask anything from him to help us in Hanoi and Sapa! Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was great, there are staffs will help you cook on the spot when we want to eat scrambled egg or Pho noodles. From hotel we can go to Train Street in 7mins walking distance, around the hotel there are many local food and drink. Many coffee shop to buy gifts for friends. Also you can take photos with beautiful Church. I recommend everyone to book the Splendid Grand Star hotel and experience yourself.

Excellent Stay with a Lake View and Exceptional Service I stayed in an executive room facing the street, offering a rustic and restricted view of the lake. The room was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. What really made the stay stand out was the hotel staff—they provided top-notch service and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Communication was a breeze as everyone spoke English fluently. The location couldn’t have been better—just perfect for leisurely strolls around Hoan Kiem Lake and easy access to the vibrant Old Quarter. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Old but clean hotel. Lot of local business people staying there. Indoor pool is awesome. Lake view room is nice. Close to the pagoda and a nice cafe called Laika is a 5 minute walk. Bit farfor a walk to the old quarters, but taking a Grab car is easy, cheap and convenient. One weird thing when we were checking out and waiting for our Grab car, the concierge was trying to check the app to get specific details on our next destination.

It was an incredible experience. This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in terms of hospitality and communication. The staff is really helpful and are always trying their best to make sure you have a confortable stay. The room is clean and spacious enough. The location is great , not too far from old quarter and close enough within walking distance from other attractions. You can also always get a grab to go wherever you want and it will not take too much time. I never tried the breakfast while I stayed there so I can not comment on it but the laundry is free to use. Overall , I will definitely reccomend to anyone staying in hanoi to stay here , you will definitely have a confortable stay and worth your money.

I stayed in this hotel last weekend , and I asked for a morning call on Monday early morning since I need to catch up on my flight to China. On Sunday morning around 6 am, someone outside my door knocking at my door heavily and ringing the door bell, I was shocked and scared, I wanted to pretend no one is in the room so I didn’t answer right away. And that guy outside my door knocking my door heavily again and rang the bell, I was so scared so I didn’t open the door , I just ask who that is outside the door? And that was a “wake up call services” … I asked them to give me a morning call on Monday morning, and I didn’t realize that would a morning knocking door ! That was the worst part of the stay. I was alone in their hotel, even though it was a mistake , at that moment, I feel scared and unsafe. Beside that morning call drama, the pillow the bed and the shower gel were all good ! Not super far from the church, so it’s quiet ! And there is a croissant shop downstairs is a plus !

I had an enjoyable stay in the hotel for 4 nights. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The toilet and shower room is separated which is nice. The hotel had also provided me a birthday cake as I had spent my birthday over the hotel stay. Overall an satisfactory stay in the 5* hotel

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Pullman Hotel Hanoi, Vietnam, and it was a great experience! From the moment I set foot in the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the elegant environment and thoughtful service here. First of all, as soon as you enter the lobby, you are attracted by the spacious and bright space and exquisite decoration, which feels very comfortable and warm. Especially when it came to check-in, Phuong Anh was very helpful to me and I am very grateful to her. The rooms are very spacious, well laid out and fully equipped. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality and very reassuring to use. In terms of service, it makes me feel the warmth of home. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and check-in and check-out are very quick and efficient. Here I have to mention Phuong Anh again, her thoughtful service really impressed me. In addition, the hotel's dining is also worth mentioning. Breakfast is rich in variety and tastes. It is highly recommended to the friends who will come here for business or travel, I believe you will also love here!

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. The hotel’s facilities are quite old and don’t match the pictures shown online. The gym, swimming pools, and private pools were especially disappointing – they felt neglected and depressing. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade. One of the scariest moments during our stay was when we returned to our room and found the door to the room next door unlocked. The balcony was open, and there was something under the blanket on the bed. We were understandably alarmed, so we reached out to the staff, who told us it was under repair. A heads-up about this beforehand would have been appreciated to avoid the unnecessary panic. The bellman was the only staff member we saw doing most of the work, and he looked extremely tired. We genuinely hope the hotel isn’t understaffed and that they’re taking care of their employees. When we reached out to reception about minor issues, like not being sure if the shower head worked, it seemed like he was the only one dealing with everything. It’s clear the staff is overworked, which made the whole experience feel less enjoyable. Additionally, the heater for the shower wasn’t very warm, which made taking a shower uncomfortable. It’s frustrating when basic amenities like this aren’t functioning properly, and it added to the overall disappointment. On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent. They offer a variety of options, including Japanese, Hong Kong cuisine, a huge slab of cheese, and delicious Vietnamese dishes. If you’re staying here, the food is definitely something to look forward to. The hotel is also located a bit outside of the city center, so if you prefer a quieter and less busy environment, that’s a plus. However, considering everything, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel, especially given the issues with the facilities, staff workload, and room conditions. There are definitely better options out there for the price.
