"It wasn’t as clean as other reviews said. Towels need to be replaced. Hot water for the bathtub ran out quickly. Being a Japanese, I preferred a hotter bath.
Going up to the 4th floor wasn’t very easy with small kids as well as to understand how to self-check in. Those needs to be addressed more clearly on the front page.
I didn’t have anything to add for the rest. I appreciated their prompt responding and comfortable facilities otherwise."

"I had a really great experience staying here. Considering the price I paid, I wasn’t expecting anything special, but the hotel genuinely impressed me. The place feels very new, everything is spotless, and clearly well taken care of.
The reception staff were outstanding—very friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which made the whole stay more enjoyable. Having breakfast included was also a nice added value.
Overall, this hotel definitely deserves a higher rating. I’d happily stay here again next time I visit Hanoi."
