The environment is beautiful and the boss is nice. I have been here and stayed here many times. It is a great place for cycling. The sanitation is very good, and the boss also upgraded the room type for me. It is a good place to go on weekends ~ the surrounding is quiet, the food in the store is also very good, and the bayberry wine is delicious. And I have been eyeing the grapefruit tree in the yard for a long time. Next time I will go pick grapefruit! !

Hurry up, hurry up, or arrive at night. But the hotel is great. It takes two minutes to check in, two minutes to order, and the food is served very quickly. It feels very efficient. Originally, for the sake of speed, I asked the waiter to recommend two dishes, but I didn't have high hopes. I didn't expect that both of them were delicious, especially the beef and cabbage, which was highly recommended. I just had an extra bowl of rice. Very good, overall good.

It is really a treasure-type homestay. In a high-end villa area, about 5 minutes walk from Zhujiajiao Ancient Town. Parking is very convenient. The homestay is a single-family villa, built by the river. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and the breakfast is very rich. The room we live in is very special, rock climbing, small hanging chairs, and a small attic. The room is small and complete. The children are very happy. They say that they will come next time. My brother likes to fish. The hotel is near the river. It is convenient to fish. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring the fish. My brother said that I will come to fish next time.

During the May Day holiday, I didn't want to go out and squeeze in with the crowds, so I booked a hotel in a hurry. I didn't have any ideas at first, but when I entered the hotel gate, I was amazed by the grand Chinese environment, the clean and tidy driveway, and the carefully arranged green belts. The hotel manager's care was reflected. After entering the lobby, I was impressed by the hotel front desk and concierge services, which were polite, enthusiastic, professional, fast, thoughtful and satisfactory! When checking in, I made some small requests, and Manager Ge immediately helped to solve them enthusiastically. I originally only booked one room, and quickly booked a room for the elderly who like quietness at home. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a reasonable layout. The hotel environment is comfortable and quiet, suitable for people who love to relax. It is very comfortable to take a leisurely stroll after breakfast and dinner.

SStevenBvlgari Unable to travel over the festive season, I decided to treat myself to a few days in a local hotel. What other choice was there, other than the Bvlgari? Prior to my arrival I received a call from the hotel. They confirmed my arrival time, made dinner reservations for me, added me to WeChat and offered me any other help that I required. Upon arrival I was greeted by Eva. She checked me in and immediately offered me a late check out time of 14:00. This was extended further on the final day to 16:00. Fantastic! More time to relax by the pool and in the sauna. Having checked me in, Eva gave me a tour of the property. The Bvlgari is stunning! From the stylish restoration of the Chamber of Commerce building to the sleek, modern interior of the main building. The Bvlgari is located in an excellent position by Suzhou Creek. It offers dazzling views of Lujiazui , the Huangpu River and the rear of The Bund. Perhaps one of the best views in the city. Of course, the room was magnificent. Huge TV, super comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and a wide selection of drinks and snacks, most of which were complimentary. I especially thought the pillow mist was a nice touch. In addition to the welcome snacks, Eva brought me a desert from their little cabin outside. A delicious Italian, vanilla donut- like desert. Good job I didn’t have lunch that day. I dined at both the Italian and Chinese restaurants. Both of which offer amazing food. The Italian presents simplistic fare with the emphasis on fresh ingredients. The vegetable broth and specialty bread is to die for. The Chinese restaurant offers high quality Cantonese food and an alternative wine selection to that in the main building. The sommelier suggested a great wine pairing for the meal and also provided a complimentary glass of champagne and a coffee liqueur before escorting back to the hotel. Le Mer products are used in the spa! Yes, this is fantastic. My therapist, Daisy, had me in the state of being between consciousness and unconsciousness many times during the course of my treatment. Just what I was looking for. The staff at the Bvlgari are excellent. Young, professional and obviously well trained, evident through their subject knowledge and warm hearted service. All the staff consistently addressed me by name and ensured that my stay was perfect. Whilst at the bar, one of the girls presumed I was asking for the bill, when actually I was asking for another drink. I left to visit the WC and returned to find a note apologizing for her misunderstanding of English accompanying a complimentary desert with my drink. That was amazing! Thank you, Elsker. It’s often the small things that make a difference. Whilst walking to my room one of the room attendants was vacuuming the carpet. She abruptly stopped and waited for me to pass. Whilst at the pool, I headed towards the jacuzzi. Some of the staff appeared to be fixing or checking something, but they swiftly disappeared as I emerged. Upon checkout, Eva was waiting for me with a gift bag containing chocolates. This was in addition to the luggage tags and toiletries that were gifted by the turn down service the previous night. Eva called me a car to take me home. Whilst I waited she filled my gift bag with sweets from the huge jars of confectionery in the lobby. As the doorman approached to let me know my car had arrived, he also presented a small gift of Bvlgari toiletry products. What an amazing experience.! Truly remarkable. I will definitely return and I’ll be adding locations in Paris, London, Bali and Milan to my list of places to visit. Thank you to the entire Bvlgari team. From those excellent customer facing members of staff to those who are behind the scenes and make things run so well. You all do a fantastic job and I wish you all the greatest success on the future. If you get a chance, visit the Bvlgari.

LLea PajarilloWe are a family of four with 2 kids. For us adults, it's been a while since we had a spa experience and The Senz reminded us how relaxing it is. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, it was big and clean. The food choices are all yummy. All the staff, especially the Filipino staff are all accommodating and very gracious. Overall, it's a staycation worth visiting again very soon.

HHEINZ888Arrived at the hotel at 00:35h using the 24h transit. Taxi driver didn't know how to drive to the hotel. Entered the hall and went to the (Concierge?)desk on the left. There was no one there... The hotel management should have put a noticeable sign with the text that the lobby/reception is located on the 3rd floor. I had to ask a guest where the lobby/receptiondesk was. The service at the receptiondesk was excellent. Also made a reservation for the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport T1 (08:30h), the shuttlebus to the Pudong Airport was free of charge. The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Overall 4 stars out of 5, due to the lack of information about the lobby location.

JJuliaHotel offers huge space - u can walk here like in a bug park/forest! Delicious buffet dinner 👍 Among downsides - no walking pathes, you have to walk on the roads with the cars driving. Only near the lake and in the forest there is one path for pedestrians only. Not convenient with a child. Also, if they had an outdoor swimming pool wouldn't have been perfect.

AAlfonsoI stayed for 4 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I have two suggestions: 1) my room was significantly smaller than the previous stay and I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was clear in the description when I booked, but I would have happily upgraded for a nicer and wider room. 2) on my floor, 14th floor, there was a strong smoke smell and even some cigarettes on the floor near the elevator. I would personally choose another hotel if smoke is allowed in the hotel and definitely if there is smoking allowed on my floor. Please consider the above as I would not stay again if smoking is allowed. I appreciate the good service at the checkin and checkout and the concierge for luggage storage. I also enjoyed the convenience provided by the vending machine on ground floor.

GGuest UserWe stayed in the most expensive room in the hotel (rooftop suite with the bathtub). It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either - it's pretty worn in parts. The were strange stains all over the walls (it looked like someone had been fighting and throwing drinks at each other, or kicking a dirty football against the walls), and the bottom of the sofas and chairs pretty dirty too (most of these could be cleaned with a deep clean) and much of the furniture was worn with scuffs. It looks like the guests that stayed there recently just had their feet all over the sofas and stuff. The shower head doesn't move which would make it hard to shower if you wanted to wash your hair. Breakfast was very Chinese style but it looked good (we weren't hungry though and just grabbed a coffee). The mini bar was basic but there was lots of bottled water available. There was old water in a milk jug too, which made me feel like it hand' t been cleaned properly. We also had to give the bath a good clean ourselves before we used it as it hadn't been cleaned properly (there were some black grease marks on the bath which only build up over time of not being cleaned well). We cleaned this off ourselves before using it and gave the whole bath a good scrub with soap. I grew up with horses so I'm by no means a germaphobe, but it was grubby even by my standards. It wasn't disgusting, but not what I'd expect at this price point. The staff were mostly friendly however we acted like we didn't know Chinese to see how they acted and they were a little impolite at times (just a little, but this is kind of common in China). As an example, we asked for some champagne glasses and in Chinese one girl said to the other 'I don't know where the champagne glasses are, just give them wine glasses'. It's small, and champagne glasses did turn up in the end, but the tone was almost irritated and it felt a little rude in context. Is it rude if they think you can't understand? I don't know! We also had to request hair and toothbrushes as they weren't in the room. I feel a little petty writing it, but at 3000 RMB per night I would expect a pretty seamless, high end experience. We had a great time, but the room needs a little TLC and a good clean.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Radisson Blu was so disappointing that we both made notes but have waited to post the review so that some of the frustration could subside. We’ve stayed at the Radisson multiple times as it’s been our hotel of choice for business and pleasure for many (15+) years. This stay was specifically for business. Upon check-in we were told that our room had no window, even for almost 900 CNY that we paid on Trip. And that payment was only a guarantee. Fine. So, we agreed to pay an additional 100 CNY to have a window. Then, we were also told that we needed to pay (WeChat) 1500 CNY and that would include the cost of the room rate and the deposit. No sincere explanation or apology by the person at the check-in counter, just a lot of uncomfortable laughing and “pay now, pay now.” We felt like we were being cheated even though this was normal policy. To be fair, the room given had an amazing view. We were very satisfied and had begun to think the worst was behind us. We ordered room service that included wonton (dumplings) soup, a classic Caesar salad, and a margherita pizza. The wonton soup was great, but the margherita pizza was barely passable, and the classic Caesar salad was an abomination. Hands down, it was the worst Caesar salad we had ever had. Tiny bacon bits, smelly yellow oil, and old lettuce. We ate two bites and quickly placed it outside in the hallway where it sat until 10:00am the next day. Note: you can only order premium (expensive) bottled water and we were told that they couldn’t give us any more “regular” bottled water even if we said we’d pay for it. At night, the staff at the fitness center acted as if we were disturbing them when we asked basic questions. A total lack of hospitality that should be on display at a 5-star hotel. We really began to dislike our experience at this point because it became quite evident that nobody really cared. To again be fair, however, the male staff who was on duty in the next morning, was sincere and polite. A welcoming contrast from the evening before. But then at brunch, the three young men who were running the egg and omelet station were horribly loud and rude. Like everything was a big joke to them – and it got to the point where we just walked away even after we had tried to order. After brunch, probably the biggest disappointment was that we found out that the Business Center was closed. We had scheduled an important meeting at the hotel and needed to print and prepare some items. We were told that we could only print if we emailed the documents to a hotel email. This was not going to happen so we created a little fuss and a polite manager suddenly appeared and handled everything. That was nice. But the damage was done. After this situation, we made the decision that this would be our last time staying at the Radisson. Lastly, after more than 24 hours, the guarantee was only refunded after we called and spoke to a customer service representative at Trip who was very helpful.

MMatthew LimLocation: Extremely convenient. 5 mins walk from Shanghai Main Railway which made it easy for us to take trips out to Hangzhou and Wuxi. Amenities: Lawson and Family Mart just around the corner made it easy to get basic necessities. Being near the railway also gave us easy access to various food options even when it’s late. (highly recommend Yang’s Dumplings) Service: Highly satisfied with the service we received from Jius Hotel staff! We were landing in the wee hours of the morning (earlier than previously planned), hence we made a second booking so that we could catch some rest when we got to the hotel. We kindly requested if the staff could arrange it such that we could have one room for our entire stay. Not only did the staff facilitate our request, but also gave us a complimentary upgrade to 1-Room to make it happen. Room: Absolutely loved our stay at Jius Hotel. Room was huge and had a nice view of Suzhou River. A fun feature that we particularly enjoyed was how the room is smart configured, so you can close the blinds or off the lights entirely by voice control. And after a long day of exploring Shanghai, we always look forward to soaking in our very own jacuzzi. What really stood out for us was how comfortable the pillows are. This is the first time I have experienced such comfortable pillows over a hotel stay, so much so that we tried to ask the staff where the hotel got the pillows from. Overall, our stay at Jius Hotel was such a pleasant and wonderful experience. And for the given hotel rate on Trip.com, it has definitely been a steal for us. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Shanghai!

Lujiazui
SshermaineeeVisiting Lujiazui in Shanghai was unforgettable. The skyline is breathtaking, especially from the top of the Shanghai Tower. Walking along the promenade, I enjoyed the vibrant city lights and modern architecture. The blend of culture and innovation made it an exciting experience!
Oriental Pearl Radio & Television Tower
2203***98I took the children to the workday. There were not many people. I took the elevator in five or six minutes in line. I bought a set meal with a Coca-Cola restaurant lunch buffet. It was very cost-effective. There were not many people to eat, there were many varieties, and there were many free activities. The children had a great time.
People's Square
老老倪Shanghai People's Square is located on the west side of Tibet Middle Road in downtown Shanghai, covering an area of about 140,000 square meters, and was once the venue for large gatherings in Shanghai. The green area of the square is 80,000 square meters, the city people's government on the north side, the Shanghai Museum on the south side, the Shanghai Grand Theatre on the west side, the urban planning exhibition hall on the east side, and the People's Avenue runs through the east.
Yu Garden
吴鑫泽Very worth seeing the garden environment is beautiful. It feels like you need to do a good job in advance or find a tour guide to explain. Otherwise, you are just looking at the building and not understanding the historical story behind it. In short, it is worth a visit.
Jing'an Temple
Gg_soo23Beautiful temple nested in the metropolis of downtown Shanghai. The beauty and leaves in you awe as you the tranquility shuts out the noise from outside and creates a sense of peace within.
Shanghai Natural History Museum
HHarpjaceyThe Shanghai Natural History Museum is truly a gem for anyone interested in the wonders of the natural world. Its impressive collection covers everything from ancient fossils to intricate ecosystems, captivating visitors of all ages. In short, the Shanghai Natural History Museum is a must-see destination that leaves you with a newfound appreciation for our planet's beauty and complexity.
Shanghai City God Temple Tourist Area
MM31***78This is a typical classical private garden in Jiangnan. Although the place is not big, every place is designed with care, each has functions, visitors, scenery, and rest. See the superb garden design technology.
Shanghai Tower
MM25***28The name of Shanghai is well-deserved, and the Oriental Pearl is compared to it. Sitting in it overlooking all the scenery of Shanghai, if you are not in a hurry, you can enjoy the scenery of the bottom of your eyes slowly with coffee. B1 There is a small shop for eating that tastes good.
