The time for this business trip was a bit tight. This hotel is close to Pudong Airport, about 20 minutes by car. The check-in efficiency was very high, about three minutes, and the questions were answered patiently. When checking in, there was a small welcome fruit in the room, just enough for one person. The breakfast was also very rich. There were not many people eating breakfast at around 8 o'clock, and it didn't feel like a busy city. The room was large and tidy, with a desk and recliner. It is highly recommended for business trips.
Very satisfied, beautiful environment, spacious and bright room, sweet-scented osmanthus tree in the courtyard is fragrant, a very wonderful weekend enjoyment. Worth visiting again and again. It is very close to Guanyin Temple and Fisherman's Wharf, watching the sunrise and sunset, the scenery is very beautiful. It is also close to the Blue Sea and Golden Sands.
There are many restaurants and food stalls next to the hotel, which is good news for foodies. It is quiet in the hustle and bustle, and it will not be noisy at night.
The environment is also pretty good. We booked two rooms and they upgraded us to a double room for free. Overall, it’s great!

What a life like this, afternoon tea in the garden, listening to the crisp birdsong in the forest, riding to the village to see the rapeseed flowers that are bigger than half the village. Dinner is authentic local farm food, and breakfast is served directly in the room.
I can live this kind of life for the rest of my life. The homestay is located in the popular Caibang Village on the shore of Dianshan Lake in Qingpu. The overall style is modern pastoral style, which is very suitable for couples to vacation and parent-child experience.
In spring, Caibang Village not only has rapeseed flowers, but also the cherry blossoms on the lakeside avenue are particularly beautiful.
Stayed here for a couple of months, few times a year for business trip. Location is good as it’s close by to shops, restaurants and automotive companies. Breakfast was OK mostly local cuisine not much international/western options. This hotel provide free self service laundry (washer & dryer). Furnitures seem outdated but for the price its OK I guess? The carpets are the biggest let down as they look dirty and worn down. The aircond are not that good took some time to cool the room.

What a beautiful peaceful place for a business traveller.
I typically stay here at the end of my trip.
Lovely staff and lovely location.
They cater to you above and beyond at parkview hotel.
If you care for a stroll, you can step across the road and feel like you have left the city. My picture is literally right across the street from the hotel

Location is great as its not in a busy place. Great amenities nearby. If you prefer shopping for most brands but avoid those ”popular malls” xuhui is good.
Hotel wise, rooms are geberally ok if you are looking to have a place to rest and go.
Managing check in and checknout could be better as there were no proper queue and people cut your line

Whenever we go to Disneyland with our kids, we always stay here. We have stayed here three times. We stayed in different rooms each time, but they were all very clean and tidy. There is also a shuttle bus to Disneyland, which is very reliable. It will stop at the nearest drop-off point so that we can walk as little as possible, after all, we still have to walk a day to get to Disneyland. There is also an outdoor children's playground here, which is not big, but there are many kinds of things, which is very suitable for bringing children to play. The staff are very enthusiastic, and I will choose to stay here next time I go to Disneyland.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lotus hotel! The first thing that stood out was how impeccably clean everything was, from the lobby to the room so. It's clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and I truly appreciated that.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations, addressing any questions, or simply greeting me with a warm smile, they made me feel so welcome and cared for. Their exceptional service really sets this hotel apart.
I would highly recommend Lotus hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, spotless, and friendly place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning for my next visit. Five stars all the way!”

SSoloTravelAnnaI had a lovely two-night stay at this hotel over the weekend! It’s super convenient, just a short walk from Changshu Road station on Line 7 and Line 1, and only about 10 minutes to Shanghai Library station on Line 10.
When I arrived at 11 PM, I found it a bit tricky to locate the entrance, but then I noticed a big lemon 🍋 outside the building—just hop in the elevator there!
The room was cozy and inviting, perfect for a good night’s sleep. It was dark and peaceful at night, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was clean and well-kept, and there was always a friendly staff member around to help out. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a nice touch!
You can do laundry on-site, and they have hairdryers available during the day—just keep in mind they’re not out at night. Overall, it was a great experience!
KKingsley LuoI had an incredible experience at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Shanghai, thanks to Karina! From the moment I arrived, Karina went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. She was not only incredibly helpful with all my requests but also genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. Karina took the time to offer personalized recommendations, and her attention to detail was impeccable. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their guests as much as she does. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and hope you have the chance to be assisted by Karina—she made my trip unforgettable!

GGuest UserI like this hotel.
It is next to the Huangpu River, suitable for morning and night jogging. From the window, you can see the ships passing by the Huangpu River and a cafe in front.
The front desk staff is smiling and enthusiastic, and the room service is also good. The room layout is practical and the area is suitable for a family of two. The breakfast is complete and nutritious.
It is not far from the West Bund Art Center, a new landmark in Xuhui, and it is smooth to the north along the river. I will consider coming again.

JJesanicaVery nice hotel and location. The rooms are clean and they provide toiletries. The staff are polite and helpful too. My family and I really like the location because it is close to The Bund, shopping mall, subway, Yu garden and many more! Great location! We were happy to stay at this hotel! :)

AAnonymous UserCleaness not too good, but the Service from homestay owner is magnificent. Fast response and so kind service....the homestay itself it's quite good and comfortable.it's just on a third floor with stairs, so like me with big and more than one baggage is quite tasking to lift it up to third floor. Location about 300meters from Shanxi South metro station.

GGuest UserWe booked a Parent-Kid Suite, which was advertised to accommodate four adults, but throughout our stay, only three towels were provided. Additionally, the only bathroom is located right next to one of the bedrooms, with no door and a fully transparent shower space. This setup is extremely awkward and inconvenient unless you’re traveling with very young children. The noise from the bathroom also inevitably disturbs whoever is sleeping in that bedroom.
Another disappointment was the check-in process. We arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, but the front desk informed us that our room was still not ready due to a late check-out from the previous guests. This was frustrating, especially after a long flight, as we had expected to check in on time and freshen up immediately.
That said, aside from the strange room layout, the hotel does have its positives. The location is great, with a partial view of The Bund, and the price is reasonable for this area.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, the room design and service need improvement.
