The stay was excellent. The decor and facilities were brand new, and there was even a direct drinking water purifier. The smart toilet worked perfectly, and the place was spotlessly clean. There's an elevator and wheelchair accessible, making it very convenient for families with elderly members and children. The subway station is just across the street, about a 3-4 minute walk away. Highly recommended, I'd definitely stay here again next time.

We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

This stay was a last-minute change, but it turned out to be surprisingly delightful. The surroundings were quiet, and there was plenty of space to move around both upstairs and downstairs. Plus, there were two adorable cats, which my child absolutely loved [chuckle]. I think the biggest highlight was the readily available shuttle service. I booked quite late at night without prior arrangement, but the next day, while on the train, I asked the owner if they could pick us up in two hours. They immediately arranged a spot to pick up our luggage and even drove us directly to Disneyland. It saved us so much hassle! I also noticed a river behind the property; I'll have to ask the owner if we can arrange some fishing next time [chuckle].

STAY HERE ! 😍 I LOVED this hotel, it’s such a hidden gem and it’s walking distance to Starbucks/luckin coffee. This was my first time in China (from America) and this was the best hotel I stayed at in China. Yes, they’re pet friendly but It didn’t bother me at all. I am allergic to cats and had no allergic reaction. They welcomed me with a lovely food basket that came with a variety of refreshments. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their face, they’re clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Delicious, fresh tea was available in the front during the day. My room was nice, quiet, and cozy. So I felt clean here. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

This time, I went on vacation to Chongming with a few friends and chose the Colorful Garden Terrace room at Dasu Holiday Villa (Chongming Dongtan Wetland Park)! It was truly amazing! I had to share it with everyone! - Ambience: The spacious and bright space immediately puts you in a good mood. The decor is simple yet warm, with every detail perfectly thought out. The furniture is strategically arranged, creating a comfortable, non-crowded feel. But the most captivating aspect is the Colorful Garden. It's large and beautifully decorated, with a charming pavilion where you can soak up the sun, breathe in the fresh air, enjoy tea, and barbecue with friends. It's a truly relaxing experience. The garden is filled with a vibrant variety of flowers, creating a vibrant atmosphere that feels like living here year-round. In this picturesque setting, I felt completely relaxed, both physically and mentally. And this place is pet-friendly! Really pet-friendly! Our four dogs had a blast running around in the grass, chasing each other as if all our worries were forgotten. - Facilities: The room was fully equipped with everything, from the comfortable beds to the complete appliances. The hotel's thoughtful care was evident. Of course, my biggest favorite was the complete set of tableware and cookware, ensuring families with children could enjoy healthy meals during their stay! The beds were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and the toiletries were high-quality. The room also featured smart technology, including a smart toilet, which was incredibly convenient and comfortable (haha). The large garden terrace has a dedicated barbecue, perfect for hosting a barbecue party with friends. The hotel also offers free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring worry-free transportation and internet access. Another point worth mentioning: Although the hotel is a villa, I was particularly pleased that there was only one parking space in the front yard, but it was enough for two SUVs! This was a very satisfying aspect for us. - Service: From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt response to all my requests throughout my stay, I felt right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to recommend nearby attractions and help with minor issues. Their professionalism and enthusiasm really enriched our vacation. - Nearby attractions: The villa is located near the Dongtan Wetland Park, a migratory bird sanctuary, where you can admire a variety of rare birds and experience the wonders of nature. A bicycle park and an ecological park are also nearby, perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Basketball enthusiasts can also enjoy the Yao Ming training base. The Smart Island Park and the Lanhai Golf Course are also nearby, catering to diverse leisure and entertainment needs. This stay at Dasu Hotel was a near-perfect experience. 💯 The pups had a blast playing with their best friends all day! The environment, facilities, and service are all impeccable. I highly recommend it to everyone. Definitely visit if you have the chance! All photos are taken by me. Feel free to share them with your friends. 😉 Love it here and I'll be back often!

starting from check in it was already problematic The officer asked for a deposit of RMB 500, we gave it in cash, she should have given us a receipt straight away, but she didn't, she insisted there was no receipt for the deposit, how stupid this hotel officer is, she never got an administration lesson, she was given money but didn't want to give a receipt, maybe the manager is also stupid and never gave an administration lesson Secondly, the hotel staff is very unoriented towards customers, ignoring the customer's request for a room far from the elevator, instead she chose a room directly in front of the elevator, we had gone up and then had to go down again to ask for a change, I know that the request is based on availability, but this hotel is clearly not full at all, this is clearly the negligence of the hotel staff who lack education Thirdly, the dust in this hotel is extraordinary, from the bed to the bathroom, even the air conditioning vents are spewing out dust. The above incident erased all the advantages of this hotel, the service of hotels that cost more than half of this hotel is much better

I stayed in a detached house with a large lawn and a natural river outside, perfect for boating and diving, bringing back childhood memories. The entire area boasts fresh and pleasant air, and enjoying tea or a drink on the patio or terrace offers a unique charm. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and comfortable facilities. The mattress firmness was just right, providing much-needed relief for my old aching back. Many other thoughtful details stood out, such as the café, auditorium, unique landscaped green spaces, flower beds, and a large fruit and vegetable base. These diverse features make it suitable for various events like study tours, weddings, corporate team celebrations, family activities, and pet events. It's truly a rare and unparalleled choice within Shanghai, I highly recommend it!

I went on a trip some time ago and had a great experience staying here. I must recommend it! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the fragrance lingered. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, checked me in quickly and recommended nearby attractions. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated, the bedding is skin-friendly, and you can sleep well after a long sleep. The smart devices are super convenient, and the curtains and lights can be set with just one sentence.
