Guest UserMy stay was absolutely fantastic! When I first checked in, there was an issue with the lights in my room. I contacted the front desk, and the staff were incredibly prompt and efficient in resolving it. They immediately arranged for a room change, and their attitude throughout was consistently gentle and patient, proactively and properly handling the problem. The room itself was clean and tidy, with excellent soundproofing and comfortable bedding. It was well-equipped, and the attention to service details was exceptional. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, and its location made getting around very convenient. The staff never shirked their responsibilities and were highly efficient in their work. My entire experience was pleasant and reassuring. I will definitely choose Orange Crystal for my future travels and highly recommend it! Overall, it's a solid, top-notch experience!

Pedro Jose Hernandez ZarzosaI've found a real gem in this modern tower. The hotel occupies floors 15 to 18, and the reception is a 10/10 – the staff are super friendly, they offer coffee, tea, and little pastries, and there's also a very comfortable coworking area.
The rooms are like a small studio with a kitchenette: microwave, washing machine, dryer, a full-size fridge, and plenty of closet space. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the shower… wow! The water pressure is amazing, absolutely wonderful. The door is floor-to-ceiling, so steam from long showers doesn't escape into the rest of the room. The sink area is a bit small, but it's fine for one or two people. Special mention: the magnifying mirror and the Japanese toilet – a real luxury that I really appreciated.
We were so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay by 3 more days.
The only downside: the metro is about 1 km away, maybe a bit more. But the value for money is so good that what you save on the hotel easily covers a taxi ride. From now on, this will be my go-to place in Shanghai.
Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Claire_PanFinding a hotel this time around took ages, and a lot of the reviews I saw weren't great, including other Huazhu hotels. Even though this place had decent reviews and a friend recommended it, I was still a bit nervous before checking in.
**Environment:** The hotel entrance felt a little cramped, but once inside, it instantly felt comfortable. The light, minimalist style is exactly what I like. The room layout was also very pleasant; the lighting and space were both great.
**Facilities:** The room had a coffee machine ☕ which was very convenient, and a fridge (with soft drinks inside). The lobby also had water brewed by the hotel itself.
**Hygiene:** Very clean! This was my biggest concern, and I gave it a thorough look-over as soon as I entered.
**Service:** I was genuinely impressed with the service this time. Staff members would actively approach and ask if I needed anything if we made eye contact, always with a smile. The cleaning lady even politely greeted me with a 'Good morning' as I left my room and asked, 'May I clean the room now?'
Just a minor point: the front desk staff said the room they arranged had a better view (facing the golf course), but all I saw was a messy rooftop 🤣. However, it was quiet, which was a plus and didn't affect my overall satisfaction.
**Food:** The breakfast selection was quite comprehensive, covering Chinese and Western styles, coarse grains, fine noodles, and fruits. If you're not looking for steak for breakfast, it's perfectly adequate for a regular meal (didn't get a full photo, but there's also a coffee machine and toaster 🍞).

The hotel lobby was beautiful, modern, and very welcoming. The design was elegant, with comfortable seating areas and tasteful decorations that created a relaxing atmosphere. The space was always clean and well-maintained, making a great first impression upon arrival. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. I especially liked the bright lighting and spacious layout. Overall, the lobby provided a pleasant environment and made the hotel feel comfortable and inviting throughout my stay.

Guest UserI booked this hotel for one night just to try it out, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I immediately extended my stay for another three nights. After all, it was only 300 yuan a night, and it included a hearty breakfast. During the summer holidays, hotels in the city center easily cost over 700 yuan. While Vienna is about an hour away from the city center by metro, the round-trip transportation cost of a few dozen yuan more than makes up for the hundreds saved on the room rate. For travelers who aren't in a rush and prefer a more in-depth exploration, this is an excellent choice.

Guest UserPurely came here with the kids for a change of scenery to do homework. All the staff were great. There was a slight issue with the TV, but it was promptly resolved after we reported it. The night snack server was very nice, and the tangerine peel red bean soup was delicious. They even provided extra ice cubes on the side, which shows great attention to detail. We'll be back in a few days.

MarvelousWe enjoyed our stay at Ocean Shanghai Hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The beds were huge and comfortable, and we liked having a bathtub and a small living area with a couch. The room had a cozy, rustic charm that made it feel welcoming.
The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. We also had dinner at the revolving restaurant on the 27th floor, which offered lovely city views. Be sure to make a reservation in advance if you plan to dine there. Note that the breakfast area is on the 1st floor and separate from the revolving restaurant.
The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
A few minor things could be improved. The shampoo and body wash provided were quite small and not enough for a family of four. Complimentary bottled water was limited, and extra bottles came at an additional cost.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, good food, and helpful staff. We would happily stay here again.

Beyond expectations! The photos don't do this place justice.
Stepping into the courtyard, I was immediately embraced by lush greenery, which instantly lifted my spirits. Inside, it wasn't old or run-down; instead, it was a clean, cozy Western-style house. The receptionist, Ms. Xiaoyang, was incredibly gentle and lively. Because I slept so comfortably, I booked an extra night and upgraded to the stunning attic room. With green views from the window and beautiful scenery at every turn, the attic was surprisingly spacious, featuring a walk-in closet, a lounge area, a living area, and a work area. The bathroom was also separate, full of thoughtful details – I was genuinely impressed.
For breakfast, there was a choice of Chinese or Western options. The staff delivering the food were very friendly and gentle. The congee was soft, sweet, and delicious, and the pastries were also tasty. It's been a long time since I've indulged in carbs so freely!

Anonymous UserThe service was great, and the room was neat and clean with strong air conditioning. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The only thing I didn't quite like was that the bathroom had frosted glass. It was a bit awkward when showering, especially since I was traveling with a friend.
