QQinghexuxianzhiGot a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise! The hotel is very close to The Bund, and Yu Garden station is within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. The room was quite soundproof, and unlike other hotels on this trip, there was no sewage odor. Breakfast was also good with plenty of options. Overall, I recommend staying here.

GGuest UserHaving stayed at many hotels, this one's front office really impressed me. The security guard at the entrance was incredibly sharp; he ran over to help direct my car before it even stopped and even helped with my luggage without hesitation. The concierge service was outstanding – their attitude was natural and helpful from start to finish. They answered all my questions calmly and patiently, which was very reassuring. The front desk staff, both young men and women, were also very professional. They processed my check-in quickly and even proactively reminded me about breakfast times and local attractions. Everyone here was genuinely sincere; they were always ready to help and provide useful information. Penny at check-out was also very enthusiastic, which is a huge plus!

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer an amazing direct view of the Oriental Pearl Tower, and the night view is absolutely stunning.
The lavish breakfast can easily last you until lunchtime, and right downstairs is the riverside promenade, perfect for leisurely strolls with the kids.
Being surrounded by the Huangpu River and such beautiful scenery makes for such a happy stay~
Especially the butler service – so thoughtful, every single butler was outstanding! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time...

TTomato MxiaojieThis was my second stay at this hotel, and it's been recently renovated. The cleanliness is still top-notch, without any hint of smoke. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; you can barely hear any street noise. The hotel also provided a complimentary afternoon tea set for two, which was actually too much even for us three girls! The pastries were delicious and the coffee was great too. I especially want to commend the staff's excellent service attitude; they were so enthusiastic in answering our questions and even gave us a free room upgrade. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

While the room facilities aren't the newest, the bedding was comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Overall, the hotel's environment and cleanliness are far superior to express hotels in the same price range. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserExcellent, exceeded expectations! The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was surprisingly spacious for this area. The bathroom with a bathtub was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure, making for a refreshing wash. You can grab bottled water from the dispenser by the elevator on each floor, which is perfect for an introvert like me. The subway station is literally just around the corner to the right – it takes a minute or two to get in, which is amazing; I've never stayed in a hotel so close to a subway before. Getting a ride-share is also very convenient; you can just set the pickup location to the hotel or the Agricultural Bank next door. The cleaning lady was also very polite; whenever she saw us leaving, she'd immediately ask if she could clean, so I didn't even need to tell the front desk. The building itself is very historic and full of character, and I took many photos because I loved the style. From my room, I could even see the 'Three-piece set' (referring to Shanghai's iconic skyscrapers) in the distance. All in all, this hotel offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

WWeimengwuxingExcellent hotel! During the May Day holiday, we brought our two children to Minhang for a basketball game. Trip.com recommended a hotel called 'Shanghai Minhang Xinghewan Hotel,' and here's my honest review: The room was spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic; it included a guest room, a combined work/lounge area, and a balcony. The staff in all departments were warm and attentive. The large swimming pool had crystal clear water (the kids praised it after their swim). All the facilities were complete and functional. The lobby and restaurant were luxuriously decorated, and the dishes, pastries, and fruits were all delicious and plentiful. The room rate was only a little over 600 yuan (and they waived the meal fees for our two children). Overall, we were truly very satisfied! We did offer a small suggestion to customer service: it would be great to have towel and clothing hooks in the bathroom.

GGuest UserFor my tenth anniversary with my wife, we chose the Regent. The hotel had prepared some simple decorations in advance, and our room's location and view were excellent. Some say the Regent's rooms are dim, but I genuinely love the dark red and green color scheme. A small exhibition was set up using the curved white walls, which my wife really appreciated. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great natural light during the day, decaf coffee capsules, and very cozy bedding. The best part, however, was the pool. Although not large, the view was incredible, and the bubble massage in the hot spring pool was very relaxing. After a swim, the Finnish sauna was just perfect. The staff were warm and attentive, promptly responding to our requests, and their attention to detail was impressive. The overall atmosphere was wonderful. They even followed up with a call later to ask about our stay. If the food could be a bit tastier, it would be absolutely perfect. I would definitely choose to stay here again for our next trip.

The staff were polite and friendly, check-in was efficient and quick, and they patiently answered all my questions with great attention to detail. It was a very pleasant experience, excellent value for money, and I'm extremely satisfied!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are very welcoming. It's just a 10-minute walk to Waibaidu Bridge and The Bund. Taxis to Jing'an Temple and Raffles City are also very quick. There are plenty of local eateries within walking distance at the Binjiang Commercial Center. The room was very clean, and the shower and toilet were in separate, convenient spaces. All toiletries were provided, and the room was cleaned daily and very quiet. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the orange water in the lobby was a nice touch. If I get the chance to visit Shanghai again, I'll definitely stay here.
