The hotel was really modern, the rooms were clean and spacious . The location is great too with Raffles City and other malls in the vicinity. The receptionists 安安 and 可可 even gave us each a goodie bag upon check out! Definitely recommended :D

Very good hotel , room very clean and so bigger and easy to travel in Shanghai , receptionist Yueyue and mimi so kindly and service mind. Hotel near merto lilanqiao station. It’s very good hotel to stay in shanghai when you have plan to travel. Love it , good place 非常好的酒店！

Cleanliness upto standard & clean
Location convenience, nearby by subway station
Service staffs was helpful & great smile
Amenities..probably China style, toothbrush & hair comb was given at check in counter?
Soundproof was a bit lousy, can heard clearly the cleaner doing room cleaning at early morning, people taking at outside at midnight
Overall was satisfied.

Pleasant experience with this hotel! Location slightly further from main tourist area but not too far either. Concierge was very accommodating and helpful - especially when we send our taobao parcels to the hotel lobby, they would help to keep them for us. Ambience was great and room was perfect for the 3 of us - in terms of size, space, amenities.
We were allocated a room near the lift so that was superb- however did hear complains from someone allocated a very deep inside room which required quite abit of walking, so see your luck
Shower and toilet is separated with a washing sink in the middle which was useful! Only mini downside was the shower not having much space to hang your clothes.
There’s macdonald downstairs and raffles city is just right opposite. We would ******** our food and the concierge was helpful in sending that up.

Absolutely lovely hotel, close enough to the busy streets but far out enough that you are far from the noise.

Everything is perfect, the location is very convenient with the metro and shopping mall right in front of the hotel. However, if it’s possible to have a non-smoking room in a designated non-smoking area, it would make the experience even better.

Location is great, right opposite a new mall with lots of things to do such as restaurants, supermarket, shopping and more. However, the drainage system seems to be down. There was a strong stench in the room when we first entered and had to ask the room service to come spray air freshener. There were also drain flies in the toilet. Not only that, the drain in the shower seemed to be stuck and had bubbles coming out of it. Toilet situation was quite disgusting. But apart from that, the room is nice, with a huge bed and tv! But don’t think the condition of the room justified the price I paid.

I had a long layover so I booked a few hours here. Very frustrating experience, I think it was way too noisy. The cleaning staff were shouting and speaking to each other across the hallway, it made any attempt to sleep futile. I had previously stayed here overnight and had a better stay.
