I selected home Inn again instead of the nearest hotel to the rail station because I treated the quality. The room is very clean, only flaw is the window is high and the side table in room 1302 is scratched. Love the reception area and the ladies who served me. There's a coffee place behind the reception as well and the service is excellent. Feel free to buy morning coffee from them. It's walking distance to both Taiyuan metro station & Shenyang station. There's a massage place and a 串串restaurant near by. The prices are good and portions are huge!

Overall it wasn’t to bad. However they do not clean the rooms properly. On my first night when I arrived there were long hair stuck to the shower wall. Other than that it was quite good. Good and fast check in

Very bad attitude front desk customer service. Not so friendly staff. Breakfast still needed to improve in terms of quality and variety.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and business district, and convenient for traveling and eating. The hotel facilities are good, the bath water is warm and flows well, toiletries and slippers are complete, the floor drain is smooth, the faucets, lighting, TV, and door locks are in good condition, and the bedding is comfortable, especially the height of the pillows is very suitable. The breakfast is rich in variety, the restaurant environment is good, and the chefs work tirelessly to provide warm and thoughtful service. The room service is conscientious and responsible, does a good job of hygiene, and can proactively change bed sheets, pillows and quilts. Special praise to the front desk staff for being polite, enthusiastic, and considerate. They patiently helped our elderly residents use their mobile phones to solve problems, and took the initiative to ask us to come to the front desk to solve problems whenever we needed them. All in all, I had a good stay this time. If I stay in a hotel in Shenyang again in the future, I will choose this place as my first choice.

The front desk staff has a good service attitude and is very enthusiastic. The cleaning staff is serious and responsible. The transportation near the hotel is relatively convenient, not far from the Bayi Morning Market and the West Tower. There is a small refrigerator in the room. There is a little problem that there is a smell of smoke when you first enter the room, which is very strong.

The room is very clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk is not only good-looking but also very nice. Haha. She also gave me a gift during the holidays to hang on my bag. I hope everyone can be successful and all their wishes come true.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The surrounding environment is good. There are many commercial streets and it is convenient to travel.

I'm not sure if the location is good. It was a 15-minute walk to the station and the bus stop was far away, so I rented an electric bike. The room was clean and nice, but it was so dry that my nose bleeds when I wake up.
