Not usually someone at the front desk so you have to call. But this place was nice and the location was great.

This hotel accepts foreigners. Firstly on arrival the reception was empty. After waiting for almost 30min we decided to contact their number, only then someone showed up. The common areas were all dirty and messy as you can see on the photos. The room floor was not the cleanest and no heating apart from an electric blanket and it was freezing. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. They didn't change the towel every day, so we ended up cleaning ourselves on damp towels. It is a cheap bedroom but be prepared for some uncomfortable nights.
