The resort is really beautiful in terms of the nature.The staff was really kind and welcoming.Although when booking be clear on the room as I booked a villa facing the river view but was given the room way smaller only with a bath tub when my booking shows shower aswell as that room is bigger and more spacious.I contacted the reception and luckily we was moved to the new room. The restaurant has nice food but they should add more vegetarian options to their menu. We tried booking the spa however they could not accommodate us yet they told us that just to call them 1 hour before. The breakfast needs to improve abit on the selection ,as every day it the same thing and no change sometimes the pastries was not too fresh aswell. More options to beverages aswell to be noted.The pool bar service is very slow and there no one there to attend to you when you require service takes very long to recieve your drinks. Room service should be 24hours in case of your flight been late and you require something to eat and drink.

This is an amazing nice place. It is very clean and the whole resort is well maintained. I don’t understand why the management of this resort decided to use AI improved pictures. I was thinking maybe a scam. So pls use real pictures. You resort is so beautiful.

We loved our stay at Koi resort. It’s peaceful, beautiful grounds, close to the beach, 2 lovely pools, breakfast is amazing and there is a free shuttle to the old town a few times a day. We will hopefully come back sometime.

The hotel is located near the beach and has a private beach, which is excellent. We really enjoyed this. The breakfast, room, pool - all quite luxurious. The transfer to the ancient town is very convenient.

We visited the resort with family and friends (kids and elderly people included). The personnel was helpful and smiling. We loved the massage in the spa and free bikes. There was also free kayak in the hotels lake. Breakfast was amazing with a huge buffet (banana bread was super). Thank you very much for your services! The environment was like a post cart.

This was the best pick I made for a Vietnam stay. If you want a comfortable room with a deep bathtub, a huge bed, access to a private beach area, a big pool overlooking a river, pick this place! A good choice for a relaxing stay. Also, there’s a wide selection of local and international food at breakfast

The Koi was a lovely surprise for us! Located across from Cua Dai Beach and a 20 minute grab drive into old Hoi An. Breakfast was delicious and the staff are very friendly. Our room was large and spacious! We loved our stay there

The resort’s amenities are very good, pool is great, breakfast is amazing and the room with view to the lake is also incredible. The gym is very small and very few equipments. We left cash in our bags inside the room and because it was partially outside of the bag the housekeeping took it and placed it in the safe box which was a bit awkward because we spent some time looking for it. I know it’s a policy but we wish we knew where our money was beforehand. No money was taken from us though. To use the sauna in the spa you have to book in advance and there is an extra charge for it. Apart from that it was a very good stay.

The food was monotonous, and the pastries were poor. The staff were very friendly, and the beach was close by. The peace and quiet, a nice pool, and the shuttle bus to Hoi An were definite advantages. Overall, I rate my stay positively.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms and staff were amazing. The location during our stay was not the greatest as the weather was bad and the area was a lot more quiet/dead than other areas we visited. If you are looking to kick back and relax it is a beautiful spot.

Aircon in room not comfortable, 23°C is cold and 24°C is hot at night 2. Room smells stuffy even with aircon and fan on all day 3. Toilet was blocked once, but fixed upon request 4. Water pressure is weak in shower 5. No water in tap and toilet twice during my stay 6. Activities offered in resort require payment 7. Both swimming pools are small 8. No iron available for guest use

This excellent hotel is located on the beach side of Hoi An, over a bridge on its own island. The rooms are beautiful, dark transitional rooms in Vietnamese style. All the rooms are located in tropical landscaping. We had a family room, and they added a separate single bed. The breakfast was excellent, and there was a good selection of Vietnamese and Continental options. There was a restaurant which we used a lot as the food was excellent. The outdoor swimming pool was very large, with a Koi Fish sculpture in the middle. We spent a lot of time in it. There was a private beach across the road. It was a 30-minute ride into the Hoi An Old Town and 60 60-minute ride to Da Nang The staff were all invaluable and accommodating. We had a delightful stay and would highly recommend it.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, perfect for a family trip.
