Hotel room was clean with great shower. Breakfast was average. WiFi was very poor.

We were met late at night at the airport by a lovely gentleman called Mpho, he was very attentive from start to finish. Check in was smooth with Tebogo and relatively fast. In the morning breakfast was great, great mix of western and local foods were on display. Staff were very friendly and approachable throughout our stay. The only slight improvement I would recommend would be having a shower mat as the showers were rather slippery as well as a shower curtain or doors.

The customer service from the airport to hotel was outstanding. I really like the female driver from Hilton. Her demeanor was great her English was better and we got to hotel around 10:45 pm. The room and hospitality was great. I will come back in December

Everything is perfect in the hotel, there was even a self-service laundry. The chef in the restaurant cooked very tasty. I would stay here again

The room is OK, but the service is a bit bad. The hotel has a laundry machine and dryer. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite, and you can exchange money.

The air conditioning sensor alarm in the room kept ringing, which was terrible.

Very satisfied, there is a Chinese restaurant opposite. It's very convenient to cross the road. The price is a little more expensive, so it is recommended to pay with a credit card. The boss is still better. One time I asked the lady boss to collect Alipay without a credit card. The conversion rate is very high and not cost-effective.

The hotel is located in the core business district, with a superior geographical location. The front desk checked in quickly, and this time we also enjoyed the extended check-out service. We were satisfied

設施在博茨當地來説是足夠的，但是對照其他地區的希爾頓確實相差較大。感覺房間較小，室內情況差不多是國內新裝修的漢庭水平，沒有全季和亞朵好。

The area was very clean. Comfortable bed and very welcoming stuff. I had the best time of my life. Would visit again soon❤️

I felt like I was home the entire time, I stayed for two months. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even took me to places I could tour and hangout around the city. The amenities were very clean and user friendly.There is a salon right opposite. I can comfortably recommend it to any one looking to stay for long periods.

I highly recommend this hotel, it is very good and offers good value for money. All the restaurant staff were very friendly and pro-actively helpful, from the chef who made nice eggs as per your order to the service staff with their welcoming and warm smiles. I had a breakfast meeting with two of my colleagues and the breakfast buffet had adequate options. Everything was tasty and delicious, one of my colleagues also recommended the restaurant and mentioned the food was great the last time he was there for dinner(He highly recommends the steaks). I appreciated the friendly staff and good service.

I was assisted by Khusto ,waiter he was very polite ,Staff iin general is very friendly,breakfast was really great ,Welldone to the Chefs. Hot chocolate was delivered on time which is also commendable,thank you I will definitely come back
