The room wasn't huge, but the location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the plaza, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to ATMs. But the absolute best part was the service! It was the best service I've ever experienced in my life! We arrived at the hotel around 6-7 AM on an early flight, starving. Most places weren't open yet, so we asked if we could have our breakfast for that day, skipping the breakfast that was included for the next day. The front desk said yes. And the breakfast here is à la carte. While Mexican food isn't my favorite, the presentation was lovely, and they brought us some fruit and yogurt first, which was delicious and refreshing. On the day we left, there was a big event happening, and they warned us about traffic, leaving a notice in advance to help us plan our time. Since we didn't have breakfast included on our last day, the front desk still let us get free coffee, bread, and drinks with our room key, and they were quite tasty! In Mexico City, a simple bread and coffee can cost 50 pesos, and a proper meal starts from 100 pesos. When we left, the hotel even helped us load our luggage into the car without asking for a tip!

What a lovely stay at a historical building with class and great service. Free meals 24/7 was unbelievable! Free local walking tour everyday at 9 am. Though small number of rooms, it was cozy and personal. It was very close to a walking street for shopping and food. Highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing! We love the service and the 24 hour free drinks and sandwiches from the coffee shop! We also had a welcome drink of tequila (and juice for our kids!) super recommended! The hotel is very clean!

The hotel location is perfect. It is central in historical center, walking to any attractions in historical center only takes less than 10 minutes. Just next to the pedestrian walking street, but very quiet at night. Hotel provides bottled water and apples. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel staff is courteous and very helpful.

The hotel provided wonderful service throughout my stay. I became quite ill during my visit, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The café’s service, along with the fresh fruit and food offerings, was excellent and very much appreciated. The rooms are somewhat small. The bed is comfortable for one person, but it may feel a bit tight for two. It would also have been nice if the rooms were equipped with a kettle to heat water for tea.

The service was excellent, I arrived at 5am in the morning from Singapore, and although there wasn't any room available for early check-in, the staff was kind and nice to offer me free breakfast. And knowing I am tired from the travelling, they gave me the room at the earliest. The room is great, the breakfast is fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone coming to Mexico City.

Friendly staff, good location

The hotel felt a bit cramped but the inclusive food and drinks offered at the 24-hour cafe made it worthwhile. Location is central, but the neighborhood is a bit drab.

The best hotel I could have chosen. Extremely well located, our reservation included breakfast, which was a FULL breakfast. Also the reservation included 24/7 access to their Cafe Historico where you could get coffee hot chocolate, pastries, light sandwiches, salads...awesome. Free bottled water all the time as many as you want. Rooms are somewhat small but incredibly clean and enough to charge batteries to continue with your trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Oh my god, this hotel has amazing service! They even have a 24-hour walk-in cafe where you can always grab water and fruit. You absolutely must stay here when you visit Mexico City.
