Warwick le Lagon Resort & Spa, Vanuatu Reviews

Disappointing for a reputable resort. It is very dated, needs an upgrade. Our Lagoon view room and a an adjoining door, the neighbours sounded like they were living in our room. Gym was old, torn equipment & malfunctioning. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm, breakfast kept running out of rentals such, milk, coffee, plates, teacups etc (staff were working hard), when wheeling luggage in path, surface is rough and dangerous. Staff were the exception to our experience, they were friendly and would go out of their way to help.

The service was super super bad! I have made the complaint at reception I don’t know it has been submitted to the higher level. When I get to the hotel, no one serve me and I have been waited them 10 mins of looking at they talking. Every staff I couldn’t see a smile while talking to me. After I complained about this, Sam gave us a smile and show some level of professionalism and he was the only one. We changed one room so I know that there are 2 bottle of water in the room, but the second room we stay only have one, I called house keeping and asked for one more they said because you only live one night, you should pay for it, I told them that I only have one originally in the room but they refuse. Food is just so so and very expensive. Overall, Vanuatu has a lot of hotels with very good service and people and amenities, no need to go Warwick, the worst experience I had in the island.

Warick Le Legon Resort and Spa is amazing, I was lucky enough to have a villa over the water.. and it didnt disappoint. The Staf are awesome, and the facilities are very good. This is a fantastic place for everyone to stay, especially families as there is many pools of varying depths to choose from. The buffet breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I have sene anywhere, so much to choose from and everything was hot.. rather than luke warm like many others. Thank you to everyone at Warwick Le Lagon Resort for everything. And thank you for the lovely treat I found on my bed when I came home from dinenr last night. Such a lovely surprise.

We stayed at 5 different Resorts in Port Vila Vanuatu and this was by far our favourite! Immediately when arriving in the lobby you will be wowed, the location and resort is incredible. The staff are so friendly and the food is fantastic. There are so many on-site facilities and water equipment to take advantage of and the Lagoon is a great place to swim or even take a boat ride through. We didn't want to leave, this place is definitely a little haven and wr are 100% staying here next time we're back in Poet Vila. Thank you Warwick Le Lagoon, you are SUPERB to say the least, love how much the people here really value the guests. You feel appreciated and welcome here and it's great 👍 😁

The room facilities are not complete, the room is particularly poor, the hygiene is not cleaned properly, the waiter service is poor, and the breakfast is poor

The breakfast at the resort hotel was average. It was the same after staying for more than ten days. The scenery at the hotel is really good. There is a lot of fun at the beach.

This hotel has many entertainment activities, such as golf competitions and morning hikes, which are all organized by the entertainment department employees. There is also a children's club for those with children, where employees teach children how to make local cookies, and there are also all kinds of recreational facilities. Breakfast was very rich. There is a resident singer in the evening. Awesome~ Will come again next time!

The environment is not very good

Magnificent location, exceptional lagoon view. Very good breakfast. Great activities (kayak, paddle, catamaran...), possibility of going kayaking on the island of Erakor opposite. Ideal for families (kids club). Room a bit old. We will return without hesitation.

Really bad service…

The view of the hotel is beautiful. The room type is small. There are many activities in the hotel, and there are resident singers every night. It may be the peak season, there are many tourists, and most of the service staff are more enthusiastic.

Very poor experience: 1. The hair dryer in the room was missing. I called 3 times and waited for an hour but it still didn’t come. Finally, I rushed to the front desk and said it was not their responsibility. 2. The taxi monopoly in front of the hotel said that the bus could not come in, and then said that it was not allowed by law and said that it did not respect Vanuatu. Simply outrageous and unreasonable! 3. There is a charge for Wi-Fi! ! ! This is the first time I have seen a hotel at this price without Wi-Fi. 4. The hotel looks okay from the outside, but the facilities are old and the beauty on the outside is ruined. The hotel management is extremely poor and various departments are not coordinated with each other. The front desk didn't know anything. I really missed such a beautiful scene in vain.

Advantages: Snorkeling is available directly in the hotel, children have three meals for free, there is a kids club, and the swimming pool is relatively clean. Disadvantages: The room facilities are old, the roof will leak during heavy rains, the service cannot keep up, and various requests will be delayed for four or five hours. For example, asking the front desk to deliver water to the room. In addition, the restaurant is of average quality. Breakfast is the same every day. There seems to be a lot of variety, but the taste is just OK.
