Very comfort stay in this hotel. Walking distance to Nanjing East metro and the bund. Children have a good sleep.

It's a well priced hotel with good views (upper levels), it was clean and the staff very helpful. The clothes driers could do with replacing and its a few blocks away from the bund per say but walking through back streets made it easy to get there

I booked the river view room, and it was awesome!
It's much better than what I expected.
If you stay at this hotel, you should choose the river view room.
Also, I appreciate staff's assistance.
I would like to come back to Shanghai and stay at this hotel again.

The staff isn’t helpful in checking in, we booked two rooms for three nights and the room is not ready for us even we arrived by 5pm, we have to wait for a long time and they did not inform us when the rooms are ready, I need to asked them

Clean, a very good location, near nanjing rd, bellboy is very helpful with didi service. They welcomed us with warm bottle of water to keep our hands warm. Spacious room and big beds. All very pleasant. Thank you for having us.
