The Bund Puyan Hotel, Shanghai

My room type can take the city view with Pearl tower at the back. Unfortunately, the weather was foggy and rainy; can vaguely see it. The room is nice and clean; great for couples. For amenities, you have to collect it yourself before entering the room. It’s not far from East Nanjing road - shopping street.

The moment we walk in our room we were wow by the view. I can sit by the window n watch it all night. It's fascinating! The staff members are courteous and very helpful. A big plus to washing machine room.Even the lady working there help us with the laundry. The next day we got upgraded to a bigger room which is a big surprise! Thank you Shirley for being e,extremely nice to us. We enjoyed our stay in The Bund Puyan and highly recommend others to stay here. Will definitely visit Shanghai n stay here again.

My room was spotless—the marble bathroom gleamed, the linens were fresh and crisp, and not a single speck of dust was to be found. The housekeeping team deserves high praise for their meticulous attention to detail; it truly feels like you are the first person to ever stay in the room. The Puyan The Bund Hotel is more than just a place to sleep;it's a destination in itself. With its 5-star cleanliness, luxurious amenities, and service that redefines hospitality, it has set a new benchmark for my hotel experiences. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will undoubtedly be returning on my next trip to Shanghai. A truly memorable stay.

Nice view, alwaus will think to stay in hotel.. So suitable for my relax trip

The view is the best thing about this hotel. Location is 10 mins walk to the Bund and Nanjing street. Breakfast spread is ok but not so good. The bed and pillow is quite comfortable but the air condition constantly make weird noises. The stained carpet is unpleasant. Hand shower is broken and was just simply taped instead of replacing a new one

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and the location of the hotel was extremely convenient. Would recommend
