GGuest UserGetting around is super convenient; the subway station is just a two-minute walk across the road. The dorms are separated by gender, and the communal bathrooms are constantly being cleaned by an auntie. The showers even have a small dry area, which is really handy for putting your clothes. The room isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate. The soundproofing isn't the best, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, especially if your room is in the middle of the corridor. They even gave out cute little zongzi (rice dumpling) keychains for the Dragon Boat Festival! I'd definitely stay here again!

NNinidianxiaThe hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. However, precisely because of its prime location, the room rates are quite high, and the rooms themselves are rather small. Breakfast is delivered to the room and includes steamed buns, eggs, and soy milk, which I personally found quite good. The room was also relatively quiet. If you prioritize convenience and don't mind smaller room sizes or more basic facilities, this place is a good choice.

GGuest UserHad everything we needed, for the price paid. Very comfortable stay and I thought it was worth it. Close to where we needed to be. It was hard to find from the address but it was nice regardless and surrounding area was very chill and in a more local area. I don't have an image of the hotel itself but I have pictures of surrounding area and the street where room was.

JJanelleDAT ChenThe hotel proactively reached out to us a few days before our stay and set up a WeChat service group where all check-in information was communicated. During our stay, whenever we needed something or had a question, the staff in the group were very quick and helpful with their responses. The hotel's decor is quite artistic, and all the facilities are in good condition and clean. A special shout-out to the washer-dryer combo – with a family, we have a lot of laundry daily, so this machine was incredibly practical. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. It's close to the road but surprisingly quiet. The only suggestion I have is to provide a few bottles of complimentary water.

GGuest UserThis time, I brought my family to stay at this Sika Designer Panorama B&B in Lujiazui, and the overall experience completely exceeded our expectations – it definitely deserves a five-star rating! The room hygiene was impeccable; every corner of the house was spotless and gleaming. The bedding was soft and tidy, which made us feel especially at ease with kids. The location is superb, offering expansive panoramic views of the Lujiazui cityscape, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent natural light. In the evening, we could also enjoy the city's night view. The facilities are comprehensive; the IMAX high-definition projector created an amazing cinematic atmosphere. The exquisite five-person residence was spacious and airy, so our family never felt cramped. The host's service was thoughtful and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and promptly responding to any issues. The decor features a simple yet elegant designer style, and the environment is quiet and refined. It's also very convenient for getting around, sightseeing, and dining. This place is perfect for family trips with children, offering incredible value for money. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Shanghai!

GGemiNOTthe1Not even a 15 minute walk from the closest metro station (地铁站). And there's so many restaurants nearby, including Shanghai cuisine. Plus, rideshare bikes are available (i.e. 哈罗, **, 和滴滴自行车). When I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice auntie who helped me at the front desk. She was very patient with my mediocre Chinese speaking skills and politely inquired about my travel plans. The elevator is in plain sight in the entry way, which is VERY handy if you just walked all those 15 minutes from the metro station or if you have heavy luggage. It also does not require you to swipe/scan a room key. The second floor is one long hallway. And the doors allow you to either type in a code or tap/swipe your room key. I never used the code, just the tap/swipe method. I highly recommend this hotel if you have mobility issues because of the lack of steep stairs, elevator access, and hallway layout. Just be careful hopping into the bathroom because of the large gap. After entering the room (see the pictures I attached), the vibes were pretty nice. Sleek, modern, and clean. I liked the floor level separation between the entryway and the bedroom area as well as the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it has two pairs of slippers, which managed to fit my big feet (US Size 11-11.5 / China Size 46-47). However, as you can see in the images provided, the toilet is very close to the sink, with little space for you to spread out your legs. But I did not care because the water temperature changes so fast and you don't have to wait like 10 minutes like at so many other hotels. The toiletries provided in the room include one small bottle each of shampoo and body wash as well as two small rolls of toilet paper. Plus, they have two body towels, two hand towels, one medium towel, a hair dryer. There is more than enough storage space for one or two people. There's a closet with shelves and hangers in the bedroom area. Then there's a refrigerator, and then so much cabinet space in the entry area. If you need air conditioning or heating in the room, there is a white controller that connects to an AC unit affixed to the ceiling and upper wall area. The window curtains allowed for a deep dark sleeping experience, which I absolutely loved. The washing machine works well but has a small interior, so you may need to do multiple loads. If you don't understand Chinese, the labels correspond to different settings, which I recommend consulting. The one I used (春秋 / Spring and Autumn) was perfect for me when I was there in February. My only real critique is that the windows did not shut all the way and I had no idea of how to fix the issue. I forgot about it until the last day, though. Also, be sure to wear earplugs since the street noises are insanely loud if you have a road-facing room. I hope that this review gives a decent bit of context for even just one person!

LlingdingThe room that I was in looked unfinished (it’s hard to describe but I am attaching pictures). The construction was extremely shoddy - exposed concrete and wires, walls with rough cut marks, duct tape on the walls. The TV was hanging by a wire, and the wall was basically a board with no soundproofing. Additionally, the hallway was extremely strange - the floor undulated up and down, almost like walking outdoors on a hill, with lots of curves and turns. It felt like the movie “Backrooms.” The whole thing made me feel unsafe (is this building up to code?!) so I changed my reservation and checked out after one night. As I was leaving, I saw inside some other rooms, which looked normal and like the pictures. Maybe you need the “smart light luxury” room to have a good experience. A few positives to note: 1) the bed was comfortable, 2) the staff was friendly, 3) bathroom was clean and looked nice. Unfortunately, I could not overlook the other problems.

GGuest UserThe place is quite nice and homey. There’s a lot of cookwares and kitchen utensils, also smart projector for entertainment. The place is easy to find, even though we need to walk a quiet distance from the nearest station. Still reachable though. There’s also many stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hosts are very helpful and professional. I would recommend to stay here bcs it offers excellent value for money…
