The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the staff provided exceptional service. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Shanghai, and I highly recommend this hotel. It's also very close to Disneyland, just a few kilometers away, with a shuttle bus service daily. The breakfast was delicious, a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and there's free coffee in the lobby too.

ObaasimaThe hotel room itself was beautiful and clean and I appreciated the free toiletry bag. The free minibar was not much but a couple sodas and water but no snacks which was disappointing. The tea time at the lobby was also not much and food was covered with fleas. They could do more to ensure a clean lobby as it was unkept when I arrived and they were also dealing with a water leak that seemed to be resolved the next day. The laundry room was also very nice though I never used it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and happy I chosethis hotel.

First off, the front desk service was excellent. Most importantly, they offer airport shuttle service, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi in the scorching heat – super convenient! All you have to do is call the driver after collecting your luggage. The shuttle runs every hour, and for trips to the airport, you just need to book in advance with the front desk. My only suggestion is that upon arrival, it would be helpful if the driver could specify which terminal we've reached, to avoid getting off at the wrong one. My family and another family actually got off at the wrong terminal this time, but thankfully we asked the driver and got back on the bus.
Now for the room: it was a decent size, clean, and tidy, with no strange odors. The bathroom decor was a bit dated, probably a few years old, but the shower drain wasn't clogged. The bed was great, a 1.8-meter bed that was very comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was simple, not many options, but sufficient for a quick bite. The hotel is quite far from the city center, over an hour's drive, and taxis are expensive. However, it's perfect for those catching a flight the next day!
Overall, I personally think this hotel offers great value for money, especially for travelers on a layover.

The room overall was pretty good and very comfortable. The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and the hygiene was excellent. Room facilities were mostly fine. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and if a drink ran out, they'd proactively ask and refill it. The shuttle bus to the airport was punctual, and the front desk even gave a reminder call fifteen minutes beforehand. Within a one-kilometer radius, there's a Metro Line 2 station and a Bailian shopping mall, plus some other shops and convenience stores nearby, which is super convenient.

Anonymous UserI booked this room for a client during a busy exhibition period when rooms were scarce. Luckily, I met Elio from Guest Relations at the front desk, who helped me with the Ctrip booking. His service was excellent and very patient! My client mentioned that even though the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are comprehensive, including the largest gym, an indoor pool, and three restaurants. Maintenance is also very good, though there's a lack of power strips. Checking out, I encountered Elio again, and he smoothly processed the invoice for me! My client was very satisfied and had a great productive stay!

Guest UserI made a last-minute decision to stay at this hotel, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They personally escorted me to my room, explaining all the features and amenities, and even highlighted the hotel's special services. The room offered a direct view of the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' skyline, including the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower – the entire panorama was right before my eyes. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's still very well-maintained. The breakfast selection was extensive. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserBig shout out to Bob for his excellent service! He was incredibly attentive to our needs and always responded promptly. He helped us out so much during our stay. My kids absolutely loved the outdoor pool and didn't want to leave even at check-out, saying they want to come back again. Besides the pool, there's also a beach with very fine sand, open rain or shine. The hotel has a large bathtub, and they provide disposable bath liners, which made bath time for the kids a lot of fun. The balcony view is great, and being at the foot of the mountain means the air is wonderfully fresh.

WozhishixiangzuogehaorouThis hotel offers incredible value for money! I was surprised to find a pool and hot springs, and the room was quite spacious. While the immediate area isn't super convenient, ordering food delivery was easy, and the robot delivery was quick. The environment is absolutely lovely – surrounded by lush greenery, and the entire complex is very quiet. It was a fantastic staycation. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be better, and you have to pay upfront if you want to add it, you can't charge it to your room, which isn't very convenient. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade, which really helped with accommodating my older child.

Guest UserThis was my second stay at the Grand Hyatt Jinmao, and it continues to maintain the consistent high standards of an established five-star hotel. The concierge staff proactively helped with my luggage and guided me attentively throughout the process. Check-in was very quick, so guests don't have to wait long. The room was exceptionally clean; there was no dust in the wardrobe or nightstand crevices, the bathroom was dry with no standing water, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. Sitting by the window, you get a panoramic view of Lujiazui – towering buildings by day and a dazzling cityscape by night. With convenient access to the subway and shopping malls nearby, it’s an excellent choice for accommodation in Shanghai, whether you're traveling for leisure or business.

Guest UserHello! I stayed in room 17148 at your hotel on August 22nd. My experience was excellent; all the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home, and the resort atmosphere was wonderful. The exclusive merchandise, early park entry benefits, and the rich breakfast all left a great impression on me.
I need a bit of assistance: After checking out, I suspect I left a blue ice cube-shaped charging plug in the room. Could you please help me search for it in room 17148? If it's found, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mail it back to me with shipping costs paid upon delivery. Thank you very much!
