My stay at the Manxin Hotel Shanghai Jing'an was truly a heartwarming experience. The hotel's decor is elegant and soothing, and my room was spotless. The smart home features were super convenient and easy to use, and the soft bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The 24-hour laundry room and well-equipped gym on the 3rd floor were fantastic perks. What impressed me most was the front desk staff – they were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and patiently assisting guests like friends. It felt like a breath of fresh air. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The 'Man Qu' lobby on the second floor was also a very pleasant spot to relax. This hotel not only helped me unwind after my travels but also made me feel right at home. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

This was my first stay here. It's not a brand new hotel, but the facilities are still good, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was standard, typical for a business hotel. The front desk service was excellent, and they offer airport drop-off, which makes getting around very convenient. The location is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, and there are plenty of small shops nearby, so finding food isn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. I've tried many hotels in the same price range, but my kids still absolutely love Sheshan Aimei. It fulfills their little wish for a beach and a pool. I didn't hesitate to book it, and my family was very satisfied. Nearby is Maya Happy Valley, and the hotel was fully booked on the day we stayed. Bob provided excellent service, really paying attention to the guests' experience. The room was quite spacious, around 55 square meters, and very clean. It had floor-to-ceiling windows, so it didn't feel cramped at all for a family. The environment is beautiful, and the facilities are comprehensive. We'll definitely come back to stay again if we get the chance!

The room overall was pretty good and very comfortable. The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and the hygiene was excellent. Room facilities were mostly fine. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and if a drink ran out, they'd proactively ask and refill it. The shuttle bus to the airport was punctual, and the front desk even gave a reminder call fifteen minutes beforehand. Within a one-kilometer radius, there's a Metro Line 2 station and a Bailian shopping mall, plus some other shops and convenience stores nearby, which is super convenient.

The room view is absolutely stunning! I was told there are only two rooms of this type facing the Bund, and you can see the Oriental Pearl Tower from here. The room is spacious and very comfortable, and the minibar is complimentary. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard. What's really great is that you can order room service 24/7, and the food is delicious. The butler was also always available for communication online. We went to Prince Restaurant on the 2nd floor, and even though it was only half an hour before closing, they welcomed us. One dish was a bit spicy, so the chef kindly remade it for us. The two wonderful staff members (a man and a woman) stayed with us the whole time, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend this place, I'll definitely come back!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! I was surprised to find a pool and hot springs, and the room was quite spacious. While the immediate area isn't super convenient, ordering food delivery was easy, and the robot delivery was quick. The environment is absolutely lovely – surrounded by lush greenery, and the entire complex is very quiet. It was a fantastic staycation. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be better, and you have to pay upfront if you want to add it, you can't charge it to your room, which isn't very convenient. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade, which really helped with accommodating my older child.

Getting around is super easy; just take the subway to Disneyland Station, then hop on the hotel shuttle directly. The hotel even offers a thoughtful complimentary shuttle service, dropping guests off at the zoo promptly at 9:00 AM and picking them up at 5:00 PM. This saved us the hassle of finding parking ourselves and made traveling with a child so much easier and more convenient. The surrounding area is also very well-equipped. Within walking distance, there are supermarkets, snack shops, convenience stores, and various restaurants. You can easily buy snacks, milk, and baby food that your child loves at any time. All daily essentials are taken care of in one go, meaning you don't need to carry a huge bag of supplies when you go out with your child. It's also very close to the subway, making it convenient to explore the city center later on. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and elegant, with simple yet cozy decor. The lobby is clean, bright, and well-ventilated, without any noisy or bustling atmosphere, which is ideal for children to rest and play. The bed was very comfortable, with a mattress that was just the right balance of soft and firm, so my child, after a day of playing, could lie down and sleep soundly. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the floor was treated with anti-slip material, so I didn't have to worry about my child slipping and falling. The attention to detail extends to the room facilities, which are also very child-friendly. The smart lighting and automatic curtains are easy to operate, so you don't have to walk back and forth to switch things on and off, making it more convenient to care for your child. The toiletries are mild and non-irritating, which gave me peace of mind using them for my child. The Wi-Fi speed was also very fast, so my child could watch cartoons occasionally and adults could use their phones without any lag. What I want to praise the most is the hotel's service. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and patient. After a hearty breakfast, we were full of energy to explore the zoo. This May Day trip to Shanghai Wild Animal Park was so easy and enjoyable because we chose Guyiju Hotel. My child had a great time, and the adults weren't exhausted.
