It's a very convenient place to stay, with plenty of dining options within a few minutes' walk. The overall environment is excellent. They even gave me a thoughtful little gift upon checkout. After all, it was only 300 yuan a night, and it included a hearty breakfast. During the summer holidays, hotels in the city center easily cost over 700 yuan. While Vienna is about an hour away from the city center by metro, the round-trip transportation cost of a few dozen yuan more than makes up for the hundreds saved on the room rate. For travelers who aren't in a rush and prefer a more in-depth exploration, this is an excellent choice.

This is an excellent hotel, and I would definitely choose it again if I have the chance. My child had such a great time, they didn't even want to go home! Bob was very enthusiastic and told us all about the hotel's kid-friendly facilities. The room was quite spacious, perfect for a family without feeling cramped. It's also very convenient if you're driving, and it's ideal for younger children. The air is fresh, the environment is peaceful, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. The room was clean, and it's located directly opposite Happy Valley.

Staying at this hotel for Shanghai Disneyland was definitely a great choice! The location is superb; it's just a 10-minute walk to Chuansha subway station, making public transport incredibly convenient. The hotel offers fantastic perks, including free shuttle service to and from Pudong Airport and daily scheduled shuttle buses to Disneyland, so you don't have to worry about catching a taxi. What impressed me most was the kind and attentive front desk staff who proactively upgraded our room. The overall service was top-notch, and it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting for a trip.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with breathtaking views of both sides of the Bund right outside the window. You can directly access the North Bund promenade from the hotel's second floor, making it very convenient for a stroll. Breakfast is served until noon, allowing for a leisurely brunch, and the spread is extensive with good quality. The rooftop bar offers panoramic views of the Bund, though it's a bit warm this time of year. The room layout is well-designed and comfortable, but I'm not sure if it's due to the age of the decor, as the floorboards are slightly warped.

Located at Pudong East side which is slightly outskirt of Shanghai town but good for Disneyland/Shanghai Zoo stay. Provided the shuttle bus for the airport and Disneyland transfer. The two lady staff at night arrival were kind and polite, full of sincere greetings during arrival but the morning check in staff doesn't seem friendly compared to the night shift. The room was spacious and comfortable, comes with an intelligent toilet bowl and XiaoDu home control. and also a washing machine inside. Complimentary simple snacks and soft drinks in the fridge. Breakfast more to local Chinese cuisine well enough and acceptable but expected better for Hyatt standard. This Hotel comes with a beautiful garden beside river which is good for photography and hanging around with children, had small children's playground at the garden as well. Overall we had a great experience for our stay , but there's room for improvement on the Breakfast side and also the services from the morning shift receptionist.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for us to get to all our planned destinations in Shanghai. The breakfast restaurant offers a fantastic view, putting us in a good mood every day. On the first day, there was a small unpleasant incident when parking our car, which really brought my mood down. However, the hotel manager upgraded some of our arrangements, and I'm very grateful to him; my family was instantly happy. After all, I was the one who insisted on this hotel, and I wanted them to like it too. In the evening, I took the kids to explore the various service areas, and the hotel's design made our exploration experience truly wonderful. We had drinks and chatted at Cloud 9, and the metropolitan life of Shanghai made us yearn for more. This time we were a bit rushed. Actually, I've visited the hotel's Tian Ting (rooftop garden), the Chinese restaurant, and the Japanese restaurant before, and I found the food and service to be excellent. I hope to bring the kids back to experience them next time.

The hotel faces the sea, and the lobby has a strong artistic and luxurious style, really emphasizing a 'family-friendly' vibe, making you feel like you're already in the park. The hotel offers a wealth of free family and children's facilities, including a fun family space. The room layout is well-designed and cozy, immersing you in a technological fantasy world. They provided various complimentary drinks and slippers, which made my child incredibly happy – they didn't want to leave the room! The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and linens were pristine, giving a sense of peace of mind. The front desk staff were highly professional and exceptionally service-oriented, attentive and caring like family. It was my birthday month, and they even gave me a small gift, which I deeply appreciated! Every other staff member greeted us warmly. The entire hotel staff, from top to bottom, were incredibly enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful, making us feel at home and very warm. It provided the absolute best stay experience. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, with no hidden corners, and the bathroom was super clean with excellent water pressure for a very comfortable shower. Check-out was simple and quick, with no need to wait for room inspection. WiFi coverage was seamless throughout the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly rich with delicious food, making it a top choice for a family vacation with kids. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to friends.
