"Book here last minute so that i dont have to rush to Pudong Airport the next day. Its cheap but surprisingly its super clean & beautiful hotel, nice smell , big room , big super king bed with a balcony. The receptionist can speak English , a plus point. The next day my flight got delayed & the staff give me late check out til 2pm. Thanks. I tried a breakfast even i didnt prebook it coz i plan to wake up late. I just pay rmb40 for the healthy bfast. Just the same floor as mine. Very near. I will book here again if i got a chance. Its very highly recommended. Btw surrouding are actually residence area with a residence mall , massage , salon , coffee shop & jist eveything that u need is here. The driver just send us until here at the square as picture attach coz theres no road to the lobby"

"The location is super convenient, really close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. I also liked that they had a gym and laundry room. I'd definitely stay here again!"

Laundry room available too Very clean room with interesting layout, showers with glass door. Hotel is relatively easy to access from train station and easy to didi from Will definitely come back again!"

"The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even assisting me with calling a taxi to retrieve my phone – truly excellent service. The cleaning staff during check-in were also very warm and attentive, asking if I needed anything and assuring me I could reach out to them anytime. That was really wonderful. The hotel is located within the Hongqiao Business District, very close to Hongqiao Station. The location is great, and transportation is convenient. It was my first time staying in a duplex room, and it was a fantastic experience. The price wasn't expensive, making it truly great value for money. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"A good hotel for staying in the city. Easy to go anywhere which is the main tourist point. The staff was friendly and helpful. Want to plan a city walk here, book this hotel is reasonable. Near to the famous crab meat noodles, lai lai xiao long, fruits stall with cheap price, Nanjing walking street...just walk can reach. Nearby also a Singapore investor shopping mall with lots of food choices. Downstairs is the 🚇 metro. Metro to Shanghai Train Station just a few stops to travel. Only the breakfast was too little of choices, until I skipped all the breakfast...😂"

"When checking in, the front desk staff should really pay attention to their attitude. One woman (who seemed like a manager) was quite unfriendly. Finding our room was like navigating a maze. On the upside, the breakfast was delicious."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. It is located on the most famous street in Shanghai and near two subway stations. If you want to visit the city and stay in a lively atmosphere I recommend a hotel like this. Although the rooms our not very fancy, our room was very convenient and we had a view to East Nanjing road. They have also a very convenient lobby and you can enjoy having tea or coffee. The staffs were very kind, polite, helpful, and professional and they should be thanked."

"My sister and I had a fantastic 1 night layover stay in double executive room. Very modern hotel and welcoming service when we arrived. My sister actually forgot her passport in the seat pocket on the plane from beijing and the hotel were excellent they helped us retrieve it and even went the extra mile to take us to the airport to get it. The communication from hotel supervisors where amazing! Then the breakfast wow we were so impressed. We had a good night's rest and a great start to our 12hr flight home to NZ. There is a massage spa 200mtr around the corner. Highly reccomend this new hotel and they provide complimentary shuttle to airport , disney etc."

"This time, I brought my child to stay in the Green Sprout Space Slide Room, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. It's definitely a treasure trove for parents with kids, completely freeing up adults while the little ones have a blast the whole time! The room has a soothing space theme overall, decorated with a playful, childlike feel and full of atmosphere. As soon as we opened the door, my child's eyes lit up, and they immediately dove into play mode. The most outstanding features of the room are the private slide and ball pit. The slide's slope is incredibly well-designed, smooth with no snagging, and it's fully padded with soft materials and rounded edges, ensuring maximum safety. I didn't have to worry at all about my child getting hurt, which was a huge relief for me as a parent. The colorful ball pit balls were clean, fluffy, and plentiful. Combined with the fun slide, they created an exclusive indoor playground. My child repeatedly climbed up and slid down, playing freely and joyfully in the ball pit, full of energy and constant laughter. Throughout our stay, I didn't need to entertain or coax my child at all; they played happily by themselves, completely avoiding boredom or tantrums, making it a truly relaxing experience for parents. Beyond the thoughtful play facilities, the room's hygiene was also a big plus. The entire room was clean and tidy, with no dust in any corners. The slide and ball pit were also perfectly maintained and odor-free, showing great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and airy with a logical layout; the play area and rest area were clearly separated and didn't interfere with each other. Adults could relax while children played without disturbance, balancing both fun and comfort. The staff service was also exceptionally gentle and attentive, responding promptly and with patience, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. This stay was very comfortable; it's a high-value, highly entertaining, and super safe family room that perfectly meets the needs of traveling with children. The value for money is outstanding, and it's already on my top list for family trips. I will definitely choose this place again for future outings with my child, and I highly recommend it to all parents traveling with kids!"
