Gali_YuWhenever I visit Disney, I always book this hotel. It's super convenient if you're driving, as they offer free parking. Every time I check in, they help me with my luggage and even offer a small refreshing drink. In the evenings, there's a late-night snack available. The breakfast is fantastic – a wide variety and delicious! When checking out, they even provide a small souvenir. The service is excellent, and the staff are all incredibly thoughtful; their greetings always brighten my day. The location is great too, very close to Wanda Plaza, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Plus, the Disney shuttle service is a huge convenience.

WantongVienna International Hotel has been my go-to hotel for many stays. As an established chain, it consistently maintains its standard: a generously sized desk, ample counter space for toiletries, conveniently placed power outlets, and a separate tea station all contribute to a truly comfortable stay.
Perhaps due to its older construction, there are a few design elements that could be improved. For instance, while the room isn't small, there isn't a suitable spot for large luggage. The clothes rail is installed too close to the wall, causing hangers to lean awkwardly. Also, the toilet paper holder isn't in a very convenient position to reach. These are minor points that could be considered during the next renovation.
Of course, the friendly staff (front desk, customer service, restaurant) and the abundant breakfast always make for a pleasant stay, and that's definitely worth mentioning.

Guest UserThis is a family-friendly hotel we keep coming back to. During the summer weekend, it's packed with kids, but it's much better outside of peak season.
The hotel offers plenty of activities. When the weather is good, you can enjoy the outdoor pool, and in the evenings, the indoor pool is also available, which includes a shallow kids' pool. Outdoors, there's a sandpit, and you can also visit Squirrel Kingdom or the arcade nearby. We also went to the petting zoo, which had a wide variety of animals, even porcupines, foxes, and raccoons. The kids had a fantastic time.
The room was quite spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower, plus a small balcony perfect for drying clothes. Overall, it was a good experience.

Guest UserFrom the moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The bedding had a high thread count, feeling luxurious yet breathable. The sofa by the window was perfectly angled to offer a fantastic view of the city skyline, and even the lighting was gently adjusted to be soft and non-glaring. The biggest pleasant surprise was being offered a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM. This meant I could leisurely enjoy breakfast and then relax in the room for a bit longer without rushing to pack up. This unhurried, relaxed feeling, free from any pressure, truly is the most luxurious experience when traveling.

Anonymous UserThis hotel was absolutely fantastic for my solo trip to Shanghai! A huge thank you for the room upgrade – the view was incredible, with the park and the 'Three-piece Suite' (Lujiazui skyscrapers) right across the way. The hotel is connected directly to a shopping mall, which was super convenient for an afternoon stroll. I drove this time, and the staff were excellent. Upon check-in, they immediately asked if I needed parking service and offered a brilliant tip: next time, I can let them know in advance to park my car above ground. The hotel's location is already superb, but having the car parked right outside was even better, making it so easy to get in and out without searching for it in the underground garage! What really stood out was the Executive Lounge. Wendy in the Executive Lounge was wonderful during afternoon tea, immediately asking if I wanted anything to drink and making me a delicious hot chocolate. She even remembered me when I came for dinner that evening – so thoughtful! Shirley, who handled my check-out, was also excellent and meticulously asked if I needed an invoice or anything else. I'll definitely be bringing my family back here next time!

This stay was a truly wonderful surprise! ✨
First and foremost, the river view from the room was absolutely stunning! The moment I opened the curtains, the entire cityscape of Shanghai and the river view unfolded before my eyes. It was so beautiful, words can't even describe it. The joy and happiness I felt in that moment really can't be fully captured by photos. Just sitting in the room, quietly gazing at the view outside, already made this trip feel incredibly worthwhile. ❤️
I especially want to thank the front desk staff! Their service was truly outstanding, so friendly and professional, and incredibly enthusiastic. She even thoughtfully upgraded our room, giving us this fantastic river view room. I have to say, this surprise really elevated the entire check-in experience to another level! A huge thank you for her attentiveness and service. Meeting such staff during a trip truly leaves a lasting and excellent impression of a hotel.
Also, the hotel's rooftop is definitely a must-visit! If you're staying here, don't miss the views from the rooftop. Standing there and looking at Shanghai's cityscape and the river view, the panoramic sight is truly breathtaking. It's beautiful during the day, and when the lights come on at night, it's a completely different atmosphere. The entire splendor of Shanghai is right before your eyes; it's truly, truly gorgeous.
From the room view and hotel service to the overall experience, this stay left me extremely satisfied. Especially in a city like Shanghai, being able to have such a beautiful river view room, waking up to such a scene in the morning, and enjoying Shanghai's dazzling night view in the evening, is truly blissful.
If you're traveling to Shanghai, I highly recommend staying here once!
Whether you're on a romantic trip, traveling with friends, or simply looking for a place to truly enjoy Shanghai's urban scenery, this place is absolutely worth it. 💕

WozhishixiangzuogehaorouThis hotel offers incredible value for money! I was surprised to find a pool and hot springs, and the room was quite spacious. While the immediate area isn't super convenient, ordering food delivery was easy, and the robot delivery was quick. The environment is absolutely lovely – surrounded by lush greenery, and the entire complex is very quiet. It was a fantastic staycation. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be better, and you have to pay upfront if you want to add it, you can't charge it to your room, which isn't very convenient. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade, which really helped with accommodating my older child.

QingjieshijiezhilvOn the second day, I switched to a executive king room. The Jin Mao Tower goes up to the 88th floor, but the top floors are for tourist sightseeing and skywalks. The hotel itself only goes up to the 85th floor, and the highest guest rooms are on the 84th. I was on the executive floor, which allowed me multiple entries to the executive lounge throughout the day. It was very luxurious, and the food was fresh. The service was excellent; they even upgraded me for free, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff were welcoming and patiently answered my questions. The gym was also very good.

Guest UserStaying here is super convenient for a Disney trip, especially if you don't want to pay the high prices of Disney hotels. This place offers incredible value for money. Plus, they have half-day tickets, which I highly recommend. It's perfect for a day and a half visit, allowing you to experience everything without getting too exhausted. One day simply isn't enough, especially for older kids. You also wouldn't have time to enjoy all the hotel's amenities, which are great and suitable for kids under 6. However, the food here is quite expensive, and ordering takeout isn't convenient. Make sure to stock up on snacks beforehand and bring them in. You can still get your meals here, and the entertainment is fantastic. The hotel also has unscheduled character interactions from afternoon to evening – we met Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie! Always believe in fairy tales, my dears!
