The breakfast hours were generous, and the food was fresh and delicious. A special shout-out to Xiao Zhang, who proactively reminded us about the breakfast closing time and helped us with our luggage. Their service was incredibly warm and attentive. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great location near the I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. The location was excellent and one of the biggest reasons I’d recommend it. It was very convenient for getting around the city, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, convenience stores, and many of the main attractions. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and saved a lot of travel time. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout my stay. Everything felt fresh when I arrived, and the housekeeping team clearly takes pride in keeping the rooms in great condition. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the service was consistently professional throughout my visit. One feature I really enjoyed was the delivery robot. Having food deliveries brought directly to the room by the robot was both convenient and a fun experience. It’s a great modern touch that makes the hotel stand out and adds to the overall guest experience. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money with a great location, very clean rooms, outstanding staff, and thoughtful modern features. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again on my next trip.

I booked a king-size bed room for five nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a laundry room on the first floor with washing machines and dryers. Breakfast included a simple Chinese buffet. The hotel is conveniently located near Shanghai Railway Station, with a bus stop right outside, making transportation easy. It offers good value for money.

My stay at the Jinjiang Inn was quite nice! Mostly because of the always friendly and helpful staff! They helped me on multiple occasions throughout my stay there like answering questions, translating for me or just helping me navigate Chinese online services. Dragon especially in the last few days did help me and a courier to send a parcel back home. Smaller inconveniences I had with the room were solved quite fast as well. Things I missed were a door hanger signaling to clean or not to clean the room today, and a somewhat better view out of my window. Don't expect to be able to see far, the view is blocked by some kind of construction. Apart from that I liked the hotel!

Above all, it’s a good place to stay, considered the cleaning standard it’s not that bad, it miss to clean the wall some times and places a bit in the corner, btw receptionist are very kind and nice, really helpful and ready to solve problems and find solutions, we had to stay initially for 3 nights, at the end we stayed for almost 10 days, Wi-Fi works, and everything is fine, plus there is free service of washing machine! 8/10

This place has a great location. Although it's small, it offers excellent value for money, especially for its central city location. It's quite clean, a truly fair price. They even have a smart toilet, central air conditioning, and a dryer.

I couldn't sleep the whole night because it was so noisy. I've never stayed in a room so noisy before. The waitress who stayed that day was very nice. My child was woken up in the early hours of the morning. I reported it to the front desk, but they came to deal with the problem. I was told to go back to sleep with the child. How could I fall asleep? All night long, upstairs and downstairs, the door did not stop, the movement was super invincible, I was convinced
