I have to give a shout-out to Xiao Zuo! She was so warm, attentive, and thorough. The welcome flower tea ceremony during check-in was a lovely touch, and the laundry service was convenient and clean. She was also incredibly patient and helpful with all my questions about transportation and dining recommendations.

Overall, the experience was great! And the hotel offers excellent value for money! ✅Pros: The hotel facilities are excellent. The tables are very convenient for placing items. Although the hangers are a bit mixed, there are plenty of them, including two with clips which are great for hanging socks. The air conditioning is very cool, and I personally found the hotel's duvet and pillows very comfortable! The pillows aren't too high and feel substantial and cozy. The bathroom is also spacious, with two types of showerheads, which is very convenient, and the water pressure is good. The internet is quite smooth. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and quickly resolved any issues! There's a wide variety of food delivery options nearby, and a robot delivers the food, which is super convenient and the robot is very cute. The biggest bonus is: the hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around. You can walk to the nearby subway station in just 5 minutes, and it's very close to Nanjing Road! There's also a super cute little orange cat outside the hotel that's very clean and friendly!) ❌Cons: Firstly, the bathroom drain occasionally smells, and it's quite foul. On the first day of check-in, the smell was present, but it only happened once during my subsequent five-day stay. The area behind the sink is very dirty, and the sink faucet is too low, making it inconvenient to wash clothes. Also, water tends to accumulate easily on the countertop. The toothbrush was very uncomfortable; bristles started falling out after the second use, so my friend bought new ones. There were no shower slippers. There were two blobs of glue on the main table. And there was some minor trash and paper scraps in the main and side tables. Furthermore, I felt the room was very dry; it was the first time I've experienced dry eyes and a sore throat in a hotel. My friend felt the same. Luckily, I brought eye drops + drank plenty of hot water + ordered throat lozenges, and the discomfort subsided. Outside the hotel are train tracks, so it can occasionally be a bit noisy at night. Overall, I still think the hotel is very good, and I recommend it to everyone!

Five-star review! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for transportation and dining – no need to worry about getting around at all. I especially want to commend Rourou at the front desk. I accidentally lost something and was quite anxious, but she patiently helped me search throughout, with clear problem-solving skills and incredible efficiency. She quickly resolved my issue. Her gentle yet reliable demeanor really enhanced my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Very conveniently located, by foot 15 min from metro line, there's a convenient store just downstairs that stay open till quite late, personnel was super nice and accommodating. They give you free bottled water if you ask, there's an air conditioner in the room, I didn't see any toilet paper nor did I ask but its not a very big issue. The price is downright excellent, you get what you paid for. Beds were rock hard but usually in china that the norms, bedding was clean, overall the room was quite ok there's some miscellaneous hair and strange things here and there but again, not an issue. The room was on the smaller size lol just right for the beds and a table with a chair. Recommend if all you want is a correct plus place to sleep while on holiday.

I'm a returning customer, this is my second stay, and the overall experience is still good. Generally speaking, hotels in Shanghai are more expensive than in other cities, but this one is quick to get to from Shanghai Station by subway, so the value for money is pretty decent. Most importantly, the room has a window, so it doesn't feel stuffy.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi with fast speeds and a stable signal. The rooms are clean, the bedding is excellent, and the sleep quality is good. The hotel has a great location with convenient transportation, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The views are expansive, and the interior decoration is nice.

The room was clean and tidy. I stayed for a few days, and it was very convenient for dining out and getting around. It's also very close to the train station. I recommend staying here and will definitely come back next time.

It was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided two bottles of water each day, and since our suitcase was too big to carry upstairs, they even moved it to the first floor for us, although it was a bit damp there. They also allowed us to check out two hours late.
