The place was really good. They cleaned every day in our room. The breakfast was so delicious and we could experience traditional Chinese cuisine. Thank you so much for this pleasant experience. The only problem was in the shower (the showerhead didn’t work properly but it wasn’t a big deal)

I'd always heard about the great equipment at Heguang Alien Esports Hotel, so I made a special trip to their Zhangjiang branch in Shanghai to check it out. I was a bit worried the hype might be exaggerated, but I was completely blown away! The computers are the latest models, boot up incredibly fast, and can run even the most demanding AAA games with maxed-out settings without any lag. The monitors are high-refresh rate, and the color and refresh rate are both top-notch. The mouse pad is extra thick and feels fantastic, with no strange smells. The room's cleanliness was also spot-on; even the keyboard crevices were spotless, with not a single snack crumb in sight.

I booked this business hotel specifically for a client meeting here in town, and it turned out to be perfect for both my own stay and for hosting clients. The overall experience was outstanding, far exceeding my expectations in every aspect, and definitely deserves a full five-star rating. First off, the hotel's exterior and lobby were stylishly minimalist, clean, and elegant. The decor exuded a refined business ambiance – high-end without being ostentatious. It made a great impression for welcoming business partners and clients, really setting the right tone. The hotel's management was well-organized and efficient, and the environment was spotless. Public areas were regularly cleaned and disinfected, making the whole place feel clean, airy, and very comfortable to be in. The guest room experience was superb. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with a well-planned and reasonable layout. There was ample storage, so luggage and personal items could be neatly organized. The cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and stain-free, and the duvet was fluffy and comfortable, effectively alleviating the fatigue of travel and work. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation; opening the window quickly aired out the space, keeping the room dry and comfortable without any stuffiness. All facilities throughout the room were well-maintained and in perfect working order – the TV, air conditioning, bathroom fixtures, and furniture all operated smoothly, with no damage or noise, making for an extremely pleasant stay. As a business hotel, its practicality and convenience were spot on. High-speed WiFi was available throughout, with a stable and strong signal, and fast internet speeds in every corner. This fully met all business needs, from office work to online communication and video conferences. The spacious and flat business desk in the room was comfortable for prolonged work sessions, perfect for handling urgent tasks or organizing documents. The hotel's location was excellent, making travel incredibly convenient, whether by taxi, walking, or public transport. The surrounding commercial area was well-developed, offering a full range of dining, shopping, and leisure options, which made business travel incredibly convenient. The hotel's service team was highly professional, with everyone showing genuine service awareness and treating guests with sincerity and patience. In particular, the check-in and check-out process with the front desk staff, especially Xiao Chen, was quick and efficient, avoiding any tedious waits. Services like luggage storage, item borrowing, route inquiries, and assistance with requests were all thoughtful and well-executed. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, without any frustrating details. The hotel breakfast was high-quality, with fresh ingredients and a rich variety, balancing meat and vegetables, and dry and wet dishes. It was nutritionally balanced, tasted authentic, and catered to popular tastes. The breakfast area was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable dining experience. The hotel's overall pricing was reasonable and affordable, offering outstanding value for money compared to other business hotels of similar caliber and in the same location. It perfectly balanced quality, service, environment, and practicality. There were no hidden costs or overcharging; the living experience was genuinely good. It's suitable for individual business travelers seeking a quiet, comfortable, hassle-free, and convenient stay, as well as for business receptions, where the environment is presentable and the quality is evident. I was very satisfied with this stay; both the hardware facilities and the soft services deserve commendation. I've already recommended it to colleagues and friends in the industry, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips. Honestly, five-star recommendation!

Everything else was fine. This was my second stay. The first time, I booked through the United Airlines Hotels website, and the room was cleaner and on a higher floor, which I was satisfied with. This time, I booked through Trip.com; the price was cheaper, but I was on the 10th floor in a single room. Nothing else changed, but there were mosquitoes at night, which meant I couldn't sleep well. I couldn't find any mosquito repellent either, which was really unbearable. I hope this can be improved for my next stay.

The rooms in the East Building are really dated. I know that old state guesthouses are bound to have older decor, but the stains on the carpet were just awful, and the furniture edges weren't clean. When I pulled open a cabinet door, the handle just fell off. I'd already stayed at Xijiao, so I thought I was prepared, but I wasn't prepared for this. There was also a slight smell in the room. The kids' playground was even worse – tiny and dirty. After it rained, the ground was covered in moss, and no one bothered to clean it up; it was a slip-and-fall waiting to happen. The staff, compared to other five-star hotels, lacked any real service awareness. While they were polite, they didn't solve any problems. Only the garden was decent for a stroll, but even then, the accessible area was quite small, with a large portion being a villa district.

The room was great, the comforter wasn't stiff, and the service was excellent. It's very close to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and about 2km from the subway station.

This is an awesome little hotel with friendly staff. The daily breakfast had way more options than expected for the hotel size and also has a nightly porridge (congee) service which is awesome. Free laundry room with 2 washers/dryers which was the original reason for booking. There’s a large shopping area and mall close by and walkable with great restaurants. Luckin Coffee is really close for morning coffee. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the Pudong area.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff is polite and thoughtful, responds promptly when asking, breakfast options are many and the ingredients are fresh, and you can relax and live. Check-in also sent a small fruit plate, the fruit plate fruit is fresh and delicious! The overall environment is great! Push! ! !

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! They offer a free shuttle service to Disneyland, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the Petronas Towers, and there's a charging station nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is attentive, and it's great value for money. Highly recommended!

Booked with Jojo again for my child's college entrance exam. It seems we're destined to stay at this hotel for both the spring and autumn exams. Both the facilities and services are great! We loved the complimentary fruit, late check-out, luggage service, and robot food delivery. A big thank you to Jojo from the hotel staff for her warm care and excellent service! 🌹🌹🌹
