We booked a five-person room here for our company team-building event, reserving it a week in advance through their mini-program. Everything went smoothly, and check-in was a breeze. I'd seen some reviews mentioning order cancellations via the mini-program, but we had no such issues. All the computers in the room had identical specs, so playing online games was completely lag-free with no ping drops. The cleanliness was also excellent; every spot was spotless, and the gaming chairs were really comfortable – we sat for an entire afternoon without getting tired. Everyone had a great time, and we'll definitely come back here for our next team-building event.

The gym is well-equipped and maintained, although I'm not sure why they put frosted film on the large mirrors that used to make the space so bright. The lighting in the rooms and public areas also seems to be due for an upgrade. I'm not sure if it's related to the previous 'flag incident,' but the service felt a bit stiff and defensive. Overall, it's a good stay.

The staff were friendly and very patient, and the photo quality was excellent; my family was very happy with the final pictures. The hotel's landscaping is decent, with a large green area and two water bodies, South Lake and East Lake. However, I personally feel the scenic quality isn't as refined as Xijiao Hotel. Xijiao's gardens are more beautiful, layered, and unique, not just a simple pile of plants. I initially booked the North Building, which has newer decor, but when I called the hotel to confirm, they mentioned that breakfast wasn't available there every day and required walking or taking a concierge car to the East Building. Considering I was mainly staying with elderly family members, I rebooked the East Building. The facilities are indeed a bit old, but well-maintained, and the underground parking is quite spacious. The room was clean and hygienic, but the central air conditioning was noticeably noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Moreover, there was a persistent unpleasant odor in the room, which was quite bothersome. It might have been coming from the air conditioning. Since it was hot, I couldn't keep the balcony door open for ventilation or turn off the AC, so I had to spray a lot of perfume to mask the smell... And the toiletries in the East Building are not L'Occitane! The breakfast in the East Building is very average. The variety is limited, the ingredients are mediocre, and the taste is uninspiring. The bread and cakes weren't good, and there was only one flavor of jam in small packets; the other types were directly in glass jars. The roasted bacon had no pork flavor at all. Only the tofu pudding and freshly made noodles were decent. The window seats offer a nice view, and you can see the 'Three-piece Suite' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers in Pudong) towards the west.

The WiFi coverage is excellent, and the network is stable and fast, ensuring no interruptions for work or entertainment. Service: The service throughout my stay was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, making the entire experience from check-in to check-out fantastic. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and check-in was efficient and quick.

The room facilities were great—clean, practical, and looked brand new. I had a good rest. However, the breakfast was unexpectedly disappointing and didn't live up to the quality of Atour's facilities. The noodles were clumpy, and the mini wonton soup was bland and watery, completely lacking any pork fat. The chef's skill is questionable. The bacon wasn't authentic; it was the starchy kind. It seems from now on, I'll just book rooms without breakfast at HUAZHU Group hotels. 48 yuan for that kind of breakfast is not worth it. Many previous reviews mentioned a rich breakfast, but that certainly wasn't my experience.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff is polite and thoughtful, responds promptly when asking, breakfast options are many and the ingredients are fresh, and you can relax and live. Check-in also sent a small fruit plate, the fruit plate fruit is fresh and delicious! The overall environment is great! Push! ! !

The room was great, and free parking is a huge plus. It's not far from the city center, and getting around by subway is super convenient. The room was spotless, and being away from the main road, it was incredibly quiet. The service was warm and attentive, truly excellent.

The highlight was definitely the service. They offered complimentary hot patches, which were a lifesaver for travel fatigue. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the exhibition center, and the lobby had a World Cup TV playing. The staff were all so enthusiastic and friendly; as a guest, I felt very well taken care of.
