I've booked Mercure hotels several times and have always been satisfied. This particular hotel has a very spacious room. When I booked this room type, I was drawn to the 2.4-meter king-size bed, which is perfect for a family of three. What's most commendable is the generous shower space and excellent water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower experience. It also has an underground parking lot with charging stations, which is very convenient for those traveling by car!

The hotel is 1.8km from the subway station. It's walkable if you don't have much luggage. The room is small but very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The shower pressure is good. Breakfast is a bit Western-style. The restaurant on the first floor is good. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at the Grand Metropark Hotel Shanghai Pudong multiple times, and my overall experience has always been fantastic – definitely five stars! The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Zhangjiang, just a few minutes' walk from Guanglan Road Metro Station (Line 2), making it super convenient to get to Disneyland or downtown. There's also a shopping mall nearby, so both travel and shopping are a breeze. The rooms are spacious and bright, and housekeeping does an immaculate job. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains effectively block out outside noise, allowing for a good rest after a long day. The bathroom facilities are complete, and the toiletries are of excellent quality. Hot water is available 24/7, with thoughtful details everywhere. The hotel also boasts a heated swimming pool and a professional gym, perfect for unwinding after work. The art gallery on the first floor has a wonderful ambiance, offering plenty of leisure options. The breakfast selection is extensive, combining Hong Kong-style and local Shanghai flavors, with fresh and delicious ingredients. Chilly at the front desk provides gentle and attentive service, responding promptly. The smart guide robot is also a cool, innovative touch. The self-service laundry room offers a one-stop solution for washing and drying, which is especially convenient for business travelers. Whether for business travel or a short getaway, this hotel is perfectly suited. The environment, service, and facilities are impeccable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Pudong. Highly recommended!

Everything else was fine. This was my second stay. The first time, I booked through the United Airlines Hotels website, and the room was cleaner and on a higher floor, which I was satisfied with. This time, I booked through Trip.com; the price was cheaper, but I was on the 10th floor in a single room. Nothing else changed, but there were mosquitoes at night, which meant I couldn't sleep well. I couldn't find any mosquito repellent either, which was really unbearable. I hope this can be improved for my next stay.

The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were just right, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. All room facilities were complete and in good working order, with the TV and air conditioning functioning perfectly, and full WiFi signal. The soundproofing was exceptional; even facing the street, we heard almost no traffic noise. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure was excellent. The hotel is well-managed, offering thoughtful and attentive service, and its value for money is outstanding compared to similar hotels. Our entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, with no unpleasant issues. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

The location is excellent. There are many restaurants right on the street below the hotel, making dining incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Shuguang Hospital, within walking distance. With two universities just across the road, a wide range of amenities are easily accessible. The front desk staff were very friendly and patient. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were excellent and very cooperative.

This hotel is near the Zhangjiang Science Hall, so it is the most convient hotel if you have any activities there. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast provides lots of options. One thing I want to point out: although the room is equipped with many intelligent things. For instance, toilet is intelligent, I do not really understand the design. As you can see from the attached gif, when you approach the toilet, the lid lifts automatically, which is great. However, the toilet seat also lifts. Is it designed only considering how males use it? And in addition, there are many males sit to use the toilet instead of standing. This is a very funny design, and I have to push down the toilet seat everytime to use it, which does not help with the life but create lots of troubles.
