Fantastic stay in this hotel with spectacular view! The unique cliff view is definitely worth every penny! We have chosen a room with direct view to the waterfall. As our stay was on a Friday, the waterfall was not available which is bit to our disappointment. But waking up this morning (Sat), the waterfall is on. So nice! And so lucky we can catch the chance to take some more photos! At night, there is a lighting show in the open cliff area. So we taken our dinner out the balcony to enjoy the light show. Nice activity at night! The service of this hotel tops all experiences with hotels. When I checked in, the staff asked if can add my WeChat account for instant customer service purposes. Then I received tips for the nearby travel spots, dining assistance, caring services such as asking me if needs to take my food delivery up to the room for me and asking if I need another taller pillow etc. The complementary fruit platter and dessert and some freebie at time of checkout are indeed a bonus surprise.

An older hotel, you can tell it was once grand. The room layout is very sensible, and the construction materials are solid. The view is expansive, with a great landscape outside the window. However, due to its age, there are some moldy bumps on the walls. The TV is also quite old; I couldn't turn it off completely with the remote and had to find the button on the TV itself to switch it off. Service was excellent. I encountered a small issue after checking in, and the hotel was very prompt in helping me resolve it.

This family-friendly hotel is quite famous, and I've been wanting to try it for a while. I couldn't book a room for this Sunday using my voucher initially, but then two days prior, I saw a twin room became available. I quickly seized the last bit of the summer vacation to check out this hotel in Sheshan. There are many entertainment attractions nearby: Happy Valley, Guangfulin Cultural Relics, and Maya Beach Water Park are right across the street. The hotel itself features an artificial beach and a swimming pool. The Squirrel Park alone is enough to keep my two young babies entertained for two days. Bob provided excellent service. After checking out, I saw a Ctrip 919 event offering two nights for 999 RMB, so I immediately bought it, eagerly awaiting our next family trip!

The hotel's location is surrounded by shopping and dining areas, all within easy walking distance. The room was clean, offered great value for money, and the front desk service was also quite good.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with a smart 'Xiaodu' (voice assistant). There's a small pool in the common area, along with swings and a trampoline. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, generally comfortable, I slept really well. Environment: The courtyard is full of green plants, the ecology is great, and it has an elegant and unique charm. There are also cute little animals around. The lobby has a retro style, and each building is decorated differently, which is quite interesting. Service: Warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. They were able to answer pretty much all of my questions.

Staying at Pillow Court Hotel during my business trip to Songjiang was an absolute steal! The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable – I fell asleep almost instantly. The room even came with a small tea set, which was lovely for relaxing with a cup of tea after a long day of work. The TV supported screen mirroring, making it great for both leisure and work. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, a smart heated toilet, and stable, ample hot water – truly thought out with great attention to detail. The amenities were very practical. On the second floor, there are self-service washing machines and dryers, so you can easily do laundry and dry your clothes. There's also a free gym for workouts. Ample parking within the courtyard means no stress for those driving. They offer a wide variety of room types, including king rooms, executive view rooms, and suites, so even frequent business travelers won't get bored. The hotel is conveniently located near a university town, making dining and shopping easy. It's quiet and not noisy, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the overall service was thoughtful and attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Songjiang. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, Kevin at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and efficient with the check-in process; there were no delays, and he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The room's cleanliness was exceptional—the floors, vanity, and bedding were spotless and odor-free. The mattress was perfectly comfortable, providing a truly restful sleep. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. Hot water was readily available and maintained a consistent temperature. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, making it ideal for both short trips and longer stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

It was very close to Shanghai Songjiang Railway Station, only half a kilometer away on foot. The price was fair and affordable, offering excellent value for money. The service was warm and attentive, and I was extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend it!
