Hotels in People's Square, Shanghai

The room was clean and spacious. There was no smoke smell in the room. The location is great, close to Nanjing road and people’s square. The lady in the lobby was friendly and helpful in extending our stay with another night. We liked the dumplings and wonton from a place just around the corner, on the way to the pedestrian area.

The hotel was excellent! The room was incredibly clean and quiet, which was a huge plus for me traveling alone with my child. It's about a ten-minute walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and you can catch a bus back from the Bund. You can buy delicious butterfly pastries at the International Hotel nearby. Plus, there's a Qiqihar BBQ restaurant downstairs that my daughter and I ate at for two days straight! I think it offers fantastic value for money, definitely on par with or even better than Atour. And the staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and you can easily walk to the Bund from there! The service is fantastic, Judy was especially attentive! This is our second time booking with them. We also enjoyed a visit to the wax museum next door and had dinner at New Century 3rd Warehouse! It was a wonderful trip! We'll definitely be back next time! Love Shanghai!

We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs. Well done YouLi Hotel!! I will definitely come back to stay if am in Shanghai and will also recommend Youli Hotel to my friends!

The room is spacious enough for a single or double occupancy, and the price is quite reasonable. It's very close to the subway station, with a pedestrian street right downstairs. Bailian is right in front, and New World, World Trade Center, and POP Mart are all nearby. Joy City is just one subway stop away. The location and transportation are truly excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai. Keep up the good work!

The location is an absolute banger! Beside nanjing road, major stores, plenty of attractions close by. You can walk to the bund in 10 mins. The hotel itself is decently good. The room is clean and amenities are available. Breakfast was decent, you get what you pay for. Then again, there are many other food choices outside. Getting halal was very easy.

Great location, close to the metro. Upon check-in, I received a room upgrade. Everything in the room was satisfactory. As I later found out, the internet was good (Google and Telegram worked; at another hotel, these didn't), though the speed wasn't great. I booked a room with lounge access. It was quite modest, but good enough for a snack. Hot options included rice, chicken with vegetables, and noodles in sauce. There was also cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, and sweets. The bar was quite extensive, offering Martini, spirits, wine, champagne, and soft drinks. They didn't ask for a deposit upon check-in. It's a good option for accommodation, and it's convenient to walk to the embankment.

The hotel's location is convenient, very close to Nanjing East Road. Transportation around the hotel is great, and it's easy to catch a taxi. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The front desk service is excellent, and you can even store your luggage after checking out. [Strong] [Strong]

Staying 3 nights at this hotel and location just close to Nanjing Pedestrian Walk and The Bund. Hotel Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Especially at noon, one of the receptionist (She, Unknown her name) help us to call to a local shop which I forget to ask is there’s a VAT for the item I bought. Thanks to her. Another receptionist, Nana help us to contact the driver during midnight to pick-up cause our flight is 6am although we booked during our 2nd day stay. Thanks for the arrangement. Cleanliness of the room thumbs-up and very comfortable. During our stay, there’s a construction proceed from 9am-6pm but that is not an issue for us cause we at outside whole day. Definitely will stay again.

This time, when I brought my child to Shanghai for a trip, I still chose the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road. After a tiring full day at Disneyland, we arrived at the hotel and were grateful for the room upgrade to a suite. After checking out, we realized we had left a bag behind. A big thank you to staff member #066 who helped us find it and even arranged for it to be couriered home. The service here is absolutely amazing! Thank you very much! ❤️❤️
