It was a great stay ! It’s in the center of all famous attractions. Really surprised of additional customer service they provided especially Nana for her help and excellent customer service. She also provided us a nice gifts after our check out! Really amazing! Would be back here again. 🥰

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. I arranged a birthday surprise for my girlfriend in advance, including balloons, flowers and a special room decoration. The hotel team was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. They understood exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was beautifully prepared before we arrived. The surprise turned out even better than expected, and my girlfriend was absolutely delighted. The communication with the hotel was excellent, and the staff were genuinely kind and accommodating. Thank you so much to the entire team for making her birthday so special. We will definitely remember this stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Great location, next to metro people square just 5mins walk only Lots of local food around the conner. The room is nice, enough space for 1or 2 persons The water pressure is goooood Have xiaodu that can control everything by ur voice (in Chinese language)

The location is excellent, about a ten-minute walk from Nanjing Road's No.1 Department Store and Asia Building. It's also close to the subway station. The room layout is well-designed, and the staff are enthusiastic. I had a great stay.

Would definitely recommend and revisit. Location very convenient. The room was very clean, there was a massage chair which was great. The washroom shower was clean, toilet was clean, sink was clean, bed felt clean, shampoo n soap didn't feel rough. I only took a video of the inside of the room, no picture to upload, but the lobby looks hella nice. The room looked fancy, the carpet inside the room didn't smell stuffy. The AC worked well. Service was great, very fast; cleaners were friendly too. Only complaints would be, elevators wait takes a while, and halfway AC on 7th flr could not cover the entire hallway. .

Not too close to the metro or Nanjing road but great location for DiDi-based traveling. Family Mart is right next door. Luckin Cofee is just opposite so very convenient to stay. Room is great, not too big or too small with everything you need. Highly recommended room with electric toilet seat. Staffs are super nice.

The room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to Shanghai Railway Station, about a 300-meter walk. The takeout and drinks around the area are excellent. The hotel service was top-notch, and I loved the unique scent of the shower gel!

Riding the coattails of Typhoon 'Bai Haitun' (White Dolphin) as it just left Shanghai, I planned this summer's Shanghai museum tour, intensely visiting the Shanghai Natural History Museum, Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, Shanghai Museum (East Hall), and Shanghai Museum (People's Square). I also took the opportunity to browse the Shanghai Postal Museum, Nanjing Road, and the Bund, walking 20,000 steps daily. During this trip, my biggest relief was choosing the right hotel. This is a newly opened hotel near Nanjing Road and People's Square, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The hotel facilities are new and modern, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. Its location is the most noteworthy: directly opposite is Shimao Plaza and New World, and a short walk further takes you to Nanjing Road. Subway lines 1, 2, and 8 surround it, making it incredibly convenient to explore and dine out. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. Although it rained on and off during this trip, the hotel's warm smiles dispersed any gloom. Highly recommended!

The hotel stay was very comfortable. Although there was no window, the room didn't feel stuffy. It's newly renovated, and the environment is very pleasant with no dirt. The only minor issue was that the bathroom sink countertop tended to accumulate water, which softened the toothbrush packaging. Other than that, everything was great; it was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy at night.

Very nice room , with lovely staff. I was able to check in a bit earlier that was great thanks to Abby and another young lady working with her at the reception. The full buffet breakfast was very convenient with a lot of choice before starting the day. Not much English speaker but they do have phone translator. The entrance is on a back street but very easy to find. 3min walk from metro line 1 and 15min from people's park. Will stay again.
