We really enjoyed our stay at the Treasury. Staff were super friendly and let us have a late checkout as well as leave our baggage while we explored on our last night. Even let us borrow umbrellas!! Room was beautiful also. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai.

I actually wanted to stay in a different hotel (the one I stayed before), but it was fully booked so I chose this one and I had a very pleasant stay, even though it was just for one night. I got a better room than I originally booked. I'm a fan of loft flats, so it was a surprise for me lol It's quite small, but very cosy. The room was very clean, had everything needed for a stay. The staff doesn't speak English, even though it's almost a city centre of Shanghai, so prepare a translator. But still was helpful. I surely will stay here again and would recommend this place. The location is great as well.

Before our trip, I contacted the hotel from my home country to arrange a birthday surprise for my friend. Abel was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He responded promptly, provided detailed information about the room decoration options, and even suggested different color themes to make the setup more special. Throughout the entire process, he stayed in touch, answered all my questions, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. When we arrived, the room looked even better than I had imagined. The surprise brought so much joy to my friend, and it made her birthday truly memorable. No one had ever organized such a surprise for her before, so seeing her reaction was absolutely priceless. I am very grateful to Abel for helping make this special moment possible. I would also like to say a few words about the hotel itself. While the property may not be the newest in Shanghai, it is exceptionally well maintained, clean, comfortable, and full of character. The breakfasts are delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the location is simply outstanding, making it easy to explore the city. Choosing Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World was definitely the right decision for us. We have been enjoying every day of our stay and creating wonderful memories here. We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs. Well done YouLi Hotel!! I will definitely come back to stay if am in Shanghai and will also recommend Youli Hotel to my friends!

Just listen carefully from me... Please you must check all the towel , bed sheet before you use... My experience in this hotel is very very terrible there is a human **** in the towel ... Very traumatic until now remember this things.... I also feel that they dont doing their job as a housekeeping , my pillow , my bed sheet they don't change it .. only put the pillow in the place.. I already tell the hotel and they just say sorry and blaa...bla...bla... , give me merchandise. Please re consider to stay in this hotel .... And for you guys please check the towel before you use it this affect to anywhere anyplace hotel that you stay..

The location is an absolute banger! Beside nanjing road, major stores, plenty of attractions close by. You can walk to the bund in 10 mins. The hotel itself is decently good. The room is clean and amenities are available. Breakfast was decent, you get what you pay for. Then again, there are many other food choices outside. Getting halal was very easy.

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Shanghai and enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent ( walk right out onto Nanjing Pedestrian street) The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room was spacious! Check in was a breeze. We opted for the family room and it had a separate living area and bedroom. It was super nice. We had a view of Nanjing Rd and heard zero noise from the bustling road below us. They provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room along with a mini fridge filled with various items ( drinks, beer, water and chocolates) They provided a safe, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers and robes. It was my sons birthday they day we arrived and they sent a cake to our room:) I had mentioned that in the booking along with a request for a view. Both were obliged :) The breakfast was excellent with a ton of options ( both American and Asian cuisine) There is plenty of seating and great views! The concierge was fantastic! They arranged a riverboat cruise for us and an amazing massage for my mom and I. The spa was great and we had the most relaxing massage. The spa staff was fantastic and so friendly. They even took us in very last minute without issue. Though it is separate from the hotel- they gave a fantastic discount for being a guest there. Our stay was a 10/10 and I would stay here again!!

The location is excellent, very close to Nanjing East Road, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Food delivery is handled by robots, and the environment is quiet and refined. The double room was quite spacious, and the staff were friendly and responsive. It offers great value for money and a comfortable stay. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was bright and airy, with good soundproofing. The front desk service was warm and attentive to details. My stay was incredibly satisfying, highly recommended!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Chalet Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, shopping areas, restaurants, and many popular attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel provided good facilities that made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. A special thank you to Xiao Lei for his exceptional service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. He was always friendly, welcoming, and willing to assist whenever needed. We especially appreciated his help in arranging a private car transfer to Pudong Airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. The combination of the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, facilities, and outstanding customer service made our stay a memorable one. The room had excellent natural light, and the housekeeping was meticulous with no unpleasant odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. Check-in at the front desk was quick and thoughtful. The water pressure in the bathroom was stable. Overall, it offered outstanding value for money and convenient access. Very satisfied. 076.
