Nice hotel. Great location. The breakfast was very good with many options, including Chinese food, fruits, cereals, pastry, etc. Room is spacious for two persons (we are a couple with a baby). Only drawbacks were wifi (could not make it work during the whole stay but didn't bother to complaint about it because we were using a eSIM with unlimited data) and no closet/wordrove to leave the clothes in. There were a few places to place some clothes and stuff but were all reachable by our 2 year son and it would have been a mess if he got to put s hand on them. Overall we had a great time in this hotel. I recommend it.

The staff here are super friendly and great at helping us find cool tourist spots and food, plus they're good at telling us all about the hotel's stuff. Shanghai's awesome, and I'd totally stay at this hotel again since it's only a 5-minute walk to the metro. And it's just two stops to the GaoTie Shanghai Train station. The rooms have all these smart gadgets, like XiaoDu and a smart toilet. Such a great experience!

The room was very clean and had no strange odors. All the staff were very friendly. I booked a twin room, and the front desk upgraded us to a family room for free when they saw my husband and I had a child. When we were checking out, my husband asked me to buy some water, and the front desk overheard and gave us two bottles of mineral water for free. The service was really thoughtful. The most important thing is that this hotel has a great location. It's only about a 20 RMB Didi ride to the Bund, and the People's Square subway station is just a few hundred meters away. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is also very close. Even better, this hotel is very close to the Shanghai International Trade Hotel Bakery, just two blocks away. The beef noodles downstairs are delicious and cheap, only 16 RMB a bowl, and they're open until 1 AM. There's also a Shanghai soup dumpling place downstairs that's very tasty, and many celebrities have visited it. This is my honest review, and I hope it helps future travelers.

Traveling with my son, the experience was fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; the subway station is just across the road. Our main destinations this trip were the Shanghai Museum at People's Square and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and getting to them was so easy! All the nearby attractions are very accessible. The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are clean and elegant with complete facilities. Both the laundry room and gym are open 24 hours. The front desk staff were very professional and polite, always ready to assist guests. It's a very warm and comfortable hotel; I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was of high quality, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted good. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers who prioritize sleep quality and service. Plus, its prime location right next to Nanjing Road is a huge bonus.

The location was very convenient. In 20 minutes you could walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Road If you need local sim, there is a small shop called China Unicom (Guizhou Road Zhigong Shop) with convenient price. You find there also CCC powerbanks. There is free tea and juice at the reception Reception in 24h opened They accepted us before check in time and offered us a better room in change of some fee. It was on 10 floor facing the Shanghai tower. The room was clean and offered drinking water and possibility to make tea. Every day there was cleaning, changing towels, New water botule and tea... Refrigerator, safe-depozit box, personal use objects (tooth brush, toothpaste, ear cottons, razer, comb, slippers), hair-dryer, bath suppliers (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, handsoap) Robots for food service... The staff very helpful.

I was looking for accommodation in Shanghai and compared many places, and the negative reviews made me a bit worried! After staying, I found it to be very good! My child is particular about rooms and wasn't very satisfied with the previous chain hotels we stayed in, but was actually very happy with this private apartment! As soon as we entered, we saw a huge window, all three rooms were spacious, and the window view was first-class! The place was very new and clean, fully equipped, just like home. Unlike chain hotels where you can't hang clothes to dry, here it was no problem at all! Renting such a luxurious apartment for less than a thousand was incredibly good value. Five people renting two hotel rooms would cost more than this. I wish I had booked this place as soon as I arrived in Shanghai! The previous places I rented were expensive and small! It's a shame that when I asked the owner to extend our stay, they said it was already booked! Haha! After booking, I added the owner on WeChat, and they sent the password for direct check-in! Any requests we had during our stay were handled very promptly. The service was indeed excellent! We even got a red packet when we checked out! The downside is that it's a bit far from the subway station, about ten minutes, and the external environment is a bit old, but the internal environment is perfect! A 500 deposit is required. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons, definitely worth staying!

This hotel offers truly excellent service and quality! I rarely write hotel reviews, but this time I really have to give them a shout-out! I arrived quite early on the day of check-in, and since my booked one-bedroom suite wasn't available, the staff kindly upgraded me to a terrace suite for free. That was so sweet! The hotel perfectly embodies an elegant, old-school French charm – the room colors and textures all feel very luxurious. And the best part is! When you order takeout, staff will deliver it directly to your door, and super fast too! It's difficult to park right in front of the hotel, so you have to go across the street to get picked up. I want to especially thank Liu Xiangwen, a staff member, for helping me carry my luggage all the way. He was incredibly thoughtful!

I stayed for two nights, and the location is unbeatable – super convenient for strolling down Nanjing Road, dining, and shopping. Once, after washing clothes, I realized I had no hangers, so I just grabbed a few from the front desk. The cleaning staff tidied up the common areas every day, and the hot water supply was stable. There were enough power outlets by the beds. The only minor issue was occasional footsteps in the hallway, but drawing the curtain pretty much blocked it out. If you're on a budget and visiting Shanghai, this place is definitely worth considering. I compared several places, and when I left my umbrella behind on the subway, the front desk had kept it safe for me when I returned. Check-in was efficient, and they briefly went over the important points. The bedding was fresh and had no odd smells. You can also get hot water in the common area. You can't expect a hostel to be exactly like a hotel, but for this location and price, it truly exceeded my expectations.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel is right next to Nanjing Pedestrian Street. It's about 300 meters to the subway station and around 1000 meters to the Bund, which is super convenient. The staff were also excellent! Next time I'm in Shanghai for class, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, but it's clear it hasn't been renovated in a while. The bed, however, was very comfortable and clean. My main complaint is that there were clumps of hair stuck to the bathroom floor. I think it might be because of the dark-colored tiles, making it hard for housekeeping to spot them. I didn't mention it to my friend, otherwise, she definitely would have thrown a fit.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I’m just as happy with it as the first time. The hotel is very comfortable and is located in the heart of the Bund, close to shopping malls and many attractions, making it a great choice for shopping and sightseeing. I usually stay here for only one or two nights, but the location and convenience keep bringing me back. Getting around is very easy. The hotel is well connected to public transportation, and traveling from the airport is convenient. You can reach it by metro with only one transfer (or even a direct line from some airport routes), making the journey simple and hassle-free. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Plus House at The Bund

First, the good points: The washing machine and dryer were super convenient, allowing us to wash our clothes during our trip – everything felt clean and tidy! It rained the day we arrived, so we were stuck inside, but the kids had a blast playing house on both floors. It's about a six-minute walk to the metro station, which is decent. The Bund is just a ten-minute walk away, perfect for admiring the historic architecture and the Oriental Pearl Tower, and experiencing the two different worlds along the Huangpu River. If you turn left out of the hotel and walk one block, you'll find a breakfast spot selling buns, porridge, and eggs at market prices. Now for the downsides: Don't expect much in the way of room service or friendly smiles from the staff.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the [Shanghai Yijun Hotel] during my trip to Shanghai! The location is absolutely perfect; the subway entrance is right outside, making it just a few stops to popular spots like Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and Chenghuang Temple. After a long day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back to a spotlessly clean room with a meticulously made bed. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile whenever we entered or left. The price was very reasonable, and given the excellent service and cleanliness, it offers truly amazing value for money!
