We checked in on New Year's Eve, and they gave the kids New Year's goodie bags. Every day, the lobby staff greeted us warmly! For breakfast the next day, they specially prepared a customized meal for the kids – shrimp fried rice and 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork), which was a delightful surprise! The hotel is relatively new, and our stay was excellent. Getting around by taxi was convenient with no traffic jams. We'll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

I've found a real gem in this modern tower. The hotel occupies floors 15 to 18, and the reception is a 10/10 – the staff are super friendly, they offer coffee, tea, and little pastries, and there's also a very comfortable coworking area. The rooms are like a small studio with a kitchenette: microwave, washing machine, dryer, a full-size fridge, and plenty of closet space. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the shower… wow! The water pressure is amazing, absolutely wonderful. The door is floor-to-ceiling, so steam from long showers doesn't escape into the rest of the room. The sink area is a bit small, but it's fine for one or two people. Special mention: the magnifying mirror and the Japanese toilet – a real luxury that I really appreciated. We were so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay by 3 more days. The only downside: the metro is about 1 km away, maybe a bit more. But the value for money is so good that what you save on the hotel easily covers a taxi ride. From now on, this will be my go-to place in Shanghai. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

My family, this stay at the esports hotel was an absolute blast! The computer was top-notch, and it played AAA games without any lag. The screen was high-definition, and the keyboard and mouse felt fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the surrounding area was convenient for dining. I'll definitely be back for another gaming experience here. Highly recommended!

Heyi Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Park Songhong Road Metro Station Branch) is simply amazing! The facilities are very new after the 2019 renovation, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The location is superb, not far from Songhong Road Metro Station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. They also offer thoughtful services like free parking, a laundry room, and luggage storage, which made my stay very comfortable. The price is also very reasonable, and they even had summer discounts, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shanghai.

The hotel's directions were also exceptionally clear, so we had no trouble finding our way. The hotel rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, and furnished to feel warm and inviting. The beds were soft and comfortable, with clean and plush pillows and duvets, ensuring we had a good night's sleep every night. The in-room amenities were also excellent and fully met all our needs. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always offering assistance with a smile. Whenever we had an issue, they patiently addressed our concerns and went out of their way to resolve them. All in all, this hotel truly stood out as a highlight of our trip. We were extremely satisfied with everything, from the service and facilities to the overall environment. We would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays and wholeheartedly recommend it to other travelers.

The room was very quiet, the roommates who lived with were very conscious, the room was always in a quiet state, the boss was also very atmospheric, the air purifier, the air conditioner was not stopped for 24 hours. The room is not allowed to smoke and eat takeaway, and the management is also in place. There are two public areas, the outside is a smoking public area, and the inside is an office public area. Vending machines, drinking fountains are available, and the facilities are very complete. Health has a special aunt to clean, slippers three-piece sets are changed for one guest, very good!

My family came to Shanghai and wanted to stay cheaply, so they booked this place. It is very close to the subway station and in the market. There is a lot of life nearby, many small commodity markets, and the things are cheap. The prices are not high. My family likes it very much. The hotel facilities are a bit old, it should have been opened for a long time.
