I stayed here for a business trip to Jinshan. The room is smart, allowing me to control the air conditioning, curtains, and lighting with ease. It's so convenient to manage everything while just lounging around. The toiletries are comprehensive, and the bathroom and toilet are separate, keeping everything clean and tidy. It's quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is good. The restaurant has two floors, spacious and bright, with excellent interior design. Free parking is available right at the entrance for guests.

My stay here was truly amazing! The room was spotlessly clean – the bed linens were pristine white and smelled fresh, and not a speck of dust could be found anywhere, making for a really comfortable and pleasant stay. The front desk staff, particularly the lady (staff member #7), was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She made the check-in process quick and considerate, proactively introduced local amenities, and was extremely helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped gym and other recreational facilities on the 12th floor. It was such a treat to relax in my room after a workout. I'll definitely be back!

1. The guy at the front desk was really unhelpful: He told us parking was first-come, first-served, and if it was full, we'd have to find our own spot. He didn't even bother to give us directions, and his tone was incredibly rude. 2. The room amenities were actually quite good. The projector screen was huge, there was a wireless charger on the nightstand, and the smart toilet was clearly labeled. Even the hairdryer was a Dyson. However, the service side of things was a complete mess. The slippers were incredibly thin. 3. We went downstairs for breakfast between 7 and 8 AM, and there was hardly any food left. Only one auntie was clearing tables in between eating her own meal, using a filthy, greasy cloth to wipe down both sides of the tables repeatedly. Both the tables and sofas were grimy and oily. The quality of the breakfast food was truly disappointing. Overall, it's clear that a lot of thought went into building the hotel, but the operations are an absolute disaster. Truly, an absolute disaster.

Great value for money! The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were all very kind. It's a highly recommended place to stay, especially if you're traveling with kids, as it's close to Jinshan City Beach. The surrounding area is an older residential neighborhood with petrochemical company housing.

Overall, the hotel was great, and the service was attentive. I was even given a free room upgrade, which I really appreciate! However, I do have a couple of suggestions. During holidays, breakfast can get quite crowded, and I had to wait almost 10 minutes, which wasn't ideal. Also, many of the tables in the restaurant are angled for aesthetics, but this means they seat fewer people than if they were arranged straight. I'd recommend optimizing the table layout on busy days. Another minor issue was the elevator wait time. Every time I went to the parking lot, I had to go to the front desk to get a parking ticket, then wait for the elevator to go down to the basement. If you're in a hurry, you can always take the stairs.

Food is plentiful and transportation is convenient and fast. The guest rooms are spacious, the daily necessities are neatly wiped, the bedding is neat and soft, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and it is convenient to wash and shower. The boss is warm and thoughtful in reception, and the various services are proactive and timely. It must be highly recommended. Worth coming

Taking advantage of the Qingming Festival for a trip, I tried the Jinshan small train for the first time, never having ridden it before. It was just like a high-speed train, very clean. I also visited Jinshan's old street; it was a bit short though, not really worth a special trip. Now, about the hotel environment: I chose the 'Tuhao Gold' Vienna (a hotel chain known for its opulent decor), and despite the exterior, the room itself was very clean. The only uncomfortable thing was that the bed was too high (˵¯͒〰〰͒˵).

Everything was good, except that when I first entered the door, the ground was covered with wet water and I almost fell over. Later, I notified the front desk and asked the waiter to come and take care of it.

This is a great choice for a gathering with friends! The smart voice room is interactive and interesting. Manager No. 1 Liu is enthusiastic, arranges connecting rooms, and introduces free services. Everyone enjoyed the buffet, the laundry room solves the problem of changing clothes, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the beach and shopping malls continue the happiness. The party was super successful and must be praised!

The hotel is decent and surround it, there are eatery, hair saloon, fruit stall and others. It is very close to the factory which we are going. Overall, satisfy with the stay.
