This time our family went to Shanghai to stay at the Orange Hotel for two days. The overall feeling is very good, the hotel service is very warm, the waiters are very polite and warm. The hotel is clean and tidy, we live in a big bed and a small bed, sleeping very comfortable, did not find a feeling of depression like some beds. The hotel is very close to the Lujiazui Financial Center, not far from the opposite Bund, you can take a ferry back from the Bund, and the nearby buses and subways are also very convenient. There are some areas for improvement in the facilities, such as the night light cannot be set, the bathroom does not have a night light, the shower has a small seam that is easy to spill water into the bathroom (later I blocked it with a floor towel). I have reflected these problems with the waiter and they promised to improve. There is a big TV in the house, but the TV program seems to be a bit problematic, sometimes it is easy to get stuck, and there is a small degree, which children like very much. My daughter-in-law used points on Trip.com to set the room to check in at 10 o'clock. When we arrived, it was about noon, but the room had not been cleaned. The waiter felt embarrassed and sent the child delicious egg tarts, sweets and biscuits. The candy was customized by the Orange Hotel. It looks like oranges, the child likes it very much, and the waiter gave a bag when he left, and the child was happy. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, it cost 99 yuan to send three people to the room for two days. The food is quite affordable. The child was very happy these two days and said that he would stay next time. I hope the hotel will improve. We will choose the Orange Hotel in the future.

Other facilities are actually OK, but the sound insulation is really bad. The room I live in is an inner window, sharing the cavity in the middle of the room with other rooms. I was so noisy in the middle of the night that I couldn't sleep at all, as if the whole hotel was awake talking or doing other things. There is a room next door that the person did not close the inner window in doi, so the cavity in the middle has been echoing the indescribable sound 🙉 noisy me to death, I feel that I have not fallen asleep all night.
