My child was very happy with the stay. The staff were all very welcoming and the location was excellent – just a five-minute walk from the subway station. The breakfast was also quite good. When we checked out, the front desk attendant even asked if we wanted to take some of the hotel's bottled water with us, which was a very thoughtful touch. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Shanghai.

Had a great stay at Jinglai Hotel Lujiazui in Shanghai. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, Lujiazui, The Bund, and plenty of restaurants nearby. I checked in this morning, and it was great! The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded my room to a deluxe twin room with a window, and it was really spacious. I had a very comfortable stay. The only minor things were that there's no robot service, so I had to go down to pick up my takeout, and the elevator sometimes took a while. Also, the soundproofing isn't the best, but overall, it was still a comfortable and very good stay!
