The location is absolutely perfect. You are right across the street from the waterfront. If you stay in at least floor 3 you have a view if you’re facing that way. There’s a bus stop in front of the hotel and you’re walking. Distance to old Shanghai and Yu Garden. We had an issue our first night with water from the air conditioning dripping on the bed. They moved us to another room and it wasn’t a problem. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again. Nice buffet breakfast and gym as well.

We enjoyed staying here as a family of 5. The Host provided excellent services and try to accommodate our request. The location of this unit is near the Bund and very close to Nanjing Road. As a muslim, Halal food also easily accessible nearby the location. From the window of the unit you can see the Towers and hear the bell from the Bund colonial clock.

The hotel, probably due to the building's original design, has steps at the room entrances, inside the rooms, and leading to the restaurant. If you're bothered by steps, be prepared for that [chuckle]. The hotel entrance is on a one-way street with a 3-minute parking limit, so be mindful of the time when taking a taxi. For visiting the Bund, the location is excellent. You can turn right out of the hotel and walk a few minutes to reach it, and it faces the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The rooftop restaurant also has a terrace with views of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the Custom House clock tower. Inside the room, the smart toilet, Dyson hairdryer, and curtain lighting are all intelligently controlled, and the facilities are quite new. The mini-fridge offers complimentary soft drinks and snacks. The concierge, front desk, customer service staff, and restaurant service were all very professional and top-notch; I was extremely satisfied with the service. There's a professional travel photography service downstairs, which is very convenient for those who like to take photos. They offer services even a bit later in the day, and you can easily go back to your room to change clothes.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet had a mix of western food and Chinese food. The only improvement I would suggest is a more powerful toaster, but that obviously isn’t a deal breaker. We stayed in a lovely room with a balcony. The housekeeping was wonderful and came every day during our stay. The view of the Bund from the elevator waiting area/lobby was really nice, especially in the evening. Highly recommend staying at Blossom House!

This place is incredibly convenient, right next to the Bund and Nanjing Pedestrian Street – literally just a few hundred meters away. We happened to be here during a lockdown this time, and I was so glad it was so close, which made things much easier. If you're planning to visit the Bund and Nanjing Road, I highly recommend staying here!

Lady Luck was on my side when I managed to snag a room at One City One Room, specifically the Seagull on the Bund, one of the most prestigious, and known to old Shanghainese as the Seagull Hotel. I brought my family to check it out. **Transportation:** Not super convenient, taking a taxi is best. The surrounding area is full of famous Shanghai tourist attractions. **Room View:** Lujiazui to the left, the Bund to the right, and the Waibaidu Bridge directly below – absolutely stunning. The view is definitely the biggest selling point of the Seagull on the Bund. **Room Amenities:** This was my first time encountering a capsule coffee machine with oat milk – they truly understand Shanghai! Such thoughtful details, very touching. They also provided high-quality fruits, including imported cherries and dragon fruit. Plus, there was so much wine, drinks, chocolates, and pastries that we couldn't even finish them all. The hardware facilities were all top-notch, and the wireless charger was very convenient. **Breakfast:** The breakfast spread was truly a feast for the eyes, instantly making me understand the phrase ”beauty that whets the appetite.” It perfectly showcased Shanghai's exquisite refinement. **Service:** I can't help but mention again how beautiful the young lady who served us was. Every staff member was incredibly well-trained, truly impeccable. Overall, although the hotel is expensive, the attention to detail is superb. If you have the budget, it's definitely worth experiencing.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. It's just a 10-minute walk to The Bund and the core area of the colonial buildings, plus it's very close to the subway station. The staff were all incredibly helpful, polite, and proactively assisted us, promptly addressing any requests we had.

The location is also fantastic, very close to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which was super convenient.

Room is generally clean , just that the headboard that is against the wall is kind of dusty . There was also mold on the toilet ceiling so .. Abit off putting . Wish they could handle that .So definitely wish that they paid attention to that. Toiletries were provided so that’s great , housekeeping also gives you fresh towels everyday . The only downside to this hotel is that it’s too popular and there’s only one lift . The wait for the lift is extremely long and even people aren’t staying there will come and take pictures outside / inside the building so there’s always people at all times of the day . Also the entrance is at the SIDE of the building , so something to take note when arriving. Cars generally can’t stop at the road side for too long as well , so if you do call a uber it’s going to be a rush to get on and off . Also . There’s ongoing construction outside of the hotel so it is especially noisy in the morning if you choose the balcony rooms . The noise started at 7am for me.

The room is very good, it is my favorite attic room, there is a small skylight, lying on the bed can enjoy the night sky~ The wooden decoration style has a special taste, open the window to see the Oriental Pearl and the Bund scenery, my boyfriend and I like it very much, I will choose this next time~~
