Great value for a layover, but brace for the morning rush. Pros: · For the rate, the room is perfectly comfortable and the food is decent. The breakfast spread (seen in the pics) actually offers a good mix—Chinese food, plus coffee and juices. For a quick airport stop, it hits the spot. · Convenient transport: If you skip the shuttle, ordering a taxi directly from the hotel to the airport is super easy and fast. Cons to note: · Elevator & shuttle crowds: The biggest inconvenience is the morning checkout rush. Everyone is heading to the airport at the same time, so the elevators get jammed, and the queue for the bus shuttle can be crowded. It's absolutely fine for the price. Just leave your room 15–20 minutes earlier than you think you need to, or simply grab a taxi from the front door to avoid the shuttle chaos. Would stay again for an early flight.

The hotel front desk staff and the housekeeping staff I encountered were all very friendly, which made my stay quite pleasant. I'm willing to extend my stay, and because the airport shuttle service experience was excellent, I will always choose Dihang Hotel when staying overnight for a layover at Pudong Airport.

Facilities: Average, a bit old. Hygiene: Around 10 AM, I wanted to get into bed and felt something gritty on my calf. I thought it was the pattern on the sheet, but when I turned on my flashlight, I saw tiny particles. I have no idea what they were. Service: I called the front desk, and they asked me what it was. I said I didn't know. The staff member who came to check also asked me what it was, and I repeated that I didn't know. They then suggested it might be cookie crumbs from my daughter. I booked a double bed, and my daughter was on the other bed the whole time; my bed's duvet hadn't even been disturbed. I didn't push the issue, I just wanted fresh bedding, but that suggestion made me feel like they were trying to shirk responsibility. This kind of service is truly uncomfortable. These unknown particles could be a big deal or a small one... Breakfast: Especially bad. You're better off just eating at the airport. Children over a certain height are charged an extra 30 yuan per person.

This is my first review on Trip.com, and it's for this hotel! The check-in staff, Jeery Zhang, was incredibly warm and helpful, resolving all our requests. She was very responsible and empathetic. I'm pleasantly surprised to find such a 5-star service experience in a Holiday Inn, even within China. The concierge service was excellent too, assisting us with our luggage.

This hotel is excellent! The breakfast spread is fantastic and delicious. They even offer noodles and wontons in the evening. After a long day at Disneyland, the shuttle provides snacks and drinks. They also bring foot bath tubs to your room at night, which is a nice touch. The rooms are very clean, and the staff's service is superb; they always greet you warmly. The BBQ place across the street is also very good, and they even have robots delivering takeout to the rooms.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, though I wish there were more drink choices. The airport shuttle bus was on time, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially employees #26 and #17. We booked the duplex twin room, and even with a lot of luggage, it still felt very spacious, not cramped as I'd worried. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, even with our late check-in, and proactively helped us arrange the airport shuttle for the next day. The shuttle driver was also very friendly.

The hotel environment is clean, and the room facilities are well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious. The staff provides excellent service. The only drawback is the air conditioner fan in the room, which is too noisy. Even on the lowest setting, the fan makes a strong, whirring sound, making it difficult to sleep properly.

First off, the front desk service was excellent. Most importantly, they offer airport shuttle service, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi in the scorching heat – super convenient! All you have to do is call the driver after collecting your luggage. The shuttle runs every hour, and for trips to the airport, you just need to book in advance with the front desk. My only suggestion is that upon arrival, it would be helpful if the driver could specify which terminal we've reached, to avoid getting off at the wrong one. My family and another family actually got off at the wrong terminal this time, but thankfully we asked the driver and got back on the bus. Now for the room: it was a decent size, clean, and tidy, with no strange odors. The bathroom decor was a bit dated, probably a few years old, but the shower drain wasn't clogged. The bed was great, a 1.8-meter bed that was very comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was simple, not many options, but sufficient for a quick bite. The hotel is quite far from the city center, over an hour's drive, and taxis are expensive. However, it's perfect for those catching a flight the next day! Overall, I personally think this hotel offers great value for money, especially for travelers on a layover.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers shuttle service. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Although some areas on the first floor were under renovation and we had to share the laundry area with the neighboring hotel, it was still very good. With the windows and doors closed in summer, the construction noise outside wasn't too bothersome. You can easily head into Shanghai to check out that exhibition, it's fantastic!
