Hotels in Pudong International Airport Area, Shanghai

This is one of the better hotels near Pudong Airport. I stayed in a high-floor twin room for two nights, and it was quiet both evenings. Of course, you could hear planes and the metro, but generally, there was no disturbance. The room windows were small, but the space was good, and the wet/dry separation was convenient. The facilities were also quite comprehensive. Especially, the hotel breakfast was excellent for the price; even if you had an early flight, they'd pack it for you, which was fantastic. The airport shuttle service was also very prompt, with staff helping with luggage. It was a professional bus, and the service was great.

This was a good stay overall. The hotel offers an efficient shuttle service, which was a huge convenience for catching my flight the next day. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and provided professional and attentive service throughout. All in all, it's great value for money with excellent service, highly recommended for travelers with early morning flights. I'd give it a 90% recommendation.

Aside from its excellent location, this hotel is practically part of Pudong Airport, especially whether you're going to T1 or T2. It's the closest hotel to baggage drop-off and security. However, because of this, and even though I was prepared for an older hotel with somewhat outdated facilities due to its age, I never expected to have such trouble finding it after collecting my luggage. I walked around in circles until I finally had to ask airport staff for directions. It turns out the entrance is a cylindrical structure between T1 and T2, and you take an elevator up. The most frustrating part is that this cylindrical entrance only opens in one direction. I must have walked past it three or four times, always on the backside of the entrance, completely missing it. And to make matters worse, the airport map didn't even show the hotel's location. After finally taking the elevator up, there was no sheltered walkway to the lobby, and since it was raining that day, I got soaked.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We booked a deluxe king room, and it was actually more spacious than we expected, about 40 square meters. Even with the sofa bed pulled out, there was still plenty of room to move around, so a family of four wouldn't feel cramped at all. The hotel's decor is very new, with a simple and modern design. The lighting and color scheme are very pleasant. The king-size bed is huge (probably 2.4 meters wide) and there's also a sofa, a table and chairs, and a good-sized luggage area, so there's space even if you have multiple suitcases. The carpet design is quite distinctive, making the whole room feel vibrant. The bathroom is very large, and the wet and dry areas are well-separated. The shower stall is spacious, the vanity is big, and the mirror and lighting design are beautiful. Overall, it's very clean and tidy. We were traveling with children, and the sofa bed, when extended, is about 1.5 meters wide, which is enough for two kids to sleep comfortably without impacting the main living space. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. The location is excellent, right between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. It's a 10-minute walk from the terminals and a 5-minute walk to Metro Line 2, all indoors. Overall, a perfect score! 💯

This hotel is excellent! The breakfast spread is fantastic and delicious. They even offer noodles and wontons in the evening. After a long day at Disneyland, the shuttle provides snacks and drinks. They also bring foot bath tubs to your room at night, which is a nice touch. The rooms are very clean, and the staff's service is superb; they always greet you warmly. The BBQ place across the street is also very good, and they even have robots delivering takeout to the rooms.

Had a fantastic stay! Arrived very late, but the front desk staff, especially Ms. 10, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even upgraded me to a quieter and more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise. The driver was also very kind and responsible, helping with my luggage. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of options. I'll definitely be rebooking here on my next trip to Pudong!

Excellent stay for 3 nights, clean and comfortable. Both the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious, offering great value for money. The hotel's shuttle bus provides 24-hour transfers to Pudong Airport, and the front desk service was outstanding, especially Judy – she was super!

Location inside terminal 2 is perfect for early morning international flights. No hassle or stress. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. Big bed and shower. The staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended

First off, the front desk service was excellent. Most importantly, they offer airport shuttle service, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi in the scorching heat – super convenient! All you have to do is call the driver after collecting your luggage. The shuttle runs every hour, and for trips to the airport, you just need to book in advance with the front desk. My only suggestion is that upon arrival, it would be helpful if the driver could specify which terminal we've reached, to avoid getting off at the wrong one. My family and another family actually got off at the wrong terminal this time, but thankfully we asked the driver and got back on the bus. Now for the room: it was a decent size, clean, and tidy, with no strange odors. The bathroom decor was a bit dated, probably a few years old, but the shower drain wasn't clogged. The bed was great, a 1.8-meter bed that was very comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was simple, not many options, but sufficient for a quick bite. The hotel is quite far from the city center, over an hour's drive, and taxis are expensive. However, it's perfect for those catching a flight the next day! Overall, I personally think this hotel offers great value for money, especially for travelers on a layover.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It's very close to Pudong Airport and has an airport bus. The family room was huge and even had a kids' play area. The hotel's service of receiving packages was incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were super friendly. I forgot to pick up my package, but I had already left. The hotel staff helped me find it and even assisted with the return. Overall, this hotel booking was well beyond what I expected. Thank you for the thoughtful service!
