We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Haichang Ocean Park with our child, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet. The staff were thoughtful and attentive; they even provided a separate children's toiletries set when they saw we had a child. The hotel's location is convenient for getting to the park. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with plenty of hot water. Our child slept really well, which made our trip even better. Highly recommend for family travel!

The package I bought was great value for money, which explains why the hotel was so busy. Rooms weren't ready on time, and we mostly had to wait for key cards. Front desk agent Xiao Liu was very nice; she upgraded our room, which was huge with an amazing view. We could even watch the fireworks show from Haichang Park across the way right from our bed at night. The air conditioning was powerful, and the room was very clean. However, there were a few downsides. The internet speed was very slow. Although the room provided a washing machine, there was no laundry detergent, so I had to buy a laundry pod via a QR code in the room, which was delivered by a robot (no outside delivery allowed). When I got it, the pod's packaging had no easy-tear opening, and there were no scissors in the room, so I had to bite it open. Also, there were too few trash cans; only the living room and bathroom had them, which was inconvenient. The method for connecting to Wi-Fi, as instructed on the TV, always showed a password error, and I couldn't figure out why. You had to pay a deposit to borrow an umbrella from the front desk. The breakfast selection wasn't very wide, but it was incredibly crowded. The noodles at the noodle station on the first day weren't cooked through, probably because they were too busy, but they were fine on the second day. Regardless, this hotel is very suitable for family trips, and I would choose to stay here again in the future.

This hotel is conveniently located 1-2 metro stops from the station, and it's easy to get around by bike. It's also very close to Dishui Lake and Cloud Bookstore, both within walking or cycling distance. There are chain convenience stores nearby as well. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant European-style decor, befitting a major chain brand.

We drove there, and the journey was smooth. It's conveniently located near the newly opened Longguang Blue Whale World Shopping Mall, which is worth a visit. There's a free parking lot available. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Breakfast was quite good, offering items like noodles and mini wontons.

Check-in was swift, their smiles were infectious, and they proactively introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding area, making you feel welcome the moment you step through the door. Breakfast Experience: I experienced breakfast on the second morning, and I must commend its 'rich variety.' Both Chinese and Western options were available, the selection was quite comprehensive, and the taste was good, powering me up for the day ahead. We brought our family to Lingang for a mini-vacation. To seamlessly connect to the Yaoxue Water World, we ultimately decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Lingang Snow World. We paid extra to upgrade to a scenic view room, and the hotel even provided us with a butler. The scenic view rooms at the hotel are truly excellent; you can see the castle and the water park's infinity pool right from your window. The TV in the room is also very large, and even the tissue box has a snow and ice theme. The breakfast buffet restaurant on the second floor has a lovely Nordic vibe, almost like being in a Disney restaurant. It's beautiful no matter where you take photos. The breakfast selection is quite rich, with scallion oil noodles at the noodle station and freshly made roujiamo by a staff member, which were delicious. Remember to go early; around 9 AM, there might be queues and crowd control at the restaurant entrance. Direct access to the water park from the third floor of the hotel is incredibly convenient! After swimming, you can go straight back to your room to shower. The hotel is also quite thoughtful; the air conditioning in the public areas isn't too cold, so you don't have to worry about catching a cold after swimming. It would be perfect if hotel guests could enter and exit the water park unlimited times in a day, but unfortunately, it's only one entry and exit. The hotel's location is also good, with many dining options nearby that offer great value for money and taste. The facilities are very well-equipped. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully presented us with a small gift. It's the thought that counts, and our whole family was very satisfied with this stay.

A very nice hotel. Clean, convenient and staff were accommodating. Advantage having a store next door if needing food/drinks supplies. Breakfast buffet was good. Offering salad, cereal, hot noodles, eggs, rice, porridge, dumplings, hot and cold drinks etc. Quality and cleanliness was good. Approximately 20 minutes walk to Dishui Lake metro station and a few minutes walk to the lake promenade. Offers tea packets and 2 water bottles to boil water in the kettle (you can always ask for more). They have laundry service and can check on the TV of the washing/dryer machine for availability. Overall a very nice stay. The only downside was the fireworks going off till 1am, but it's expected as it is Chinese New Year period 😂

The location is fantastic, just over a kilometer from the aquarium, so a quick taxi ride gets you there in minutes – super convenient for getting around. The value for money is incredible; the price is great, and the rooms are spotless. They even provide disposable bath towels and face towels, showing great attention to hygiene. Downstairs, there are tons of shops and all kinds of restaurants, so you don't have to go far for a meal. The room itself was tidy and comfortable with all the amenities you need. For a family trip with kids, staying here saved us so much time and effort. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Lingang.
