The room was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with our luggage. If you arrive early and a room is available, they even allow early check-in, so you don't have to worry about your bags. Excellent service overall!

The overall style of the hotel is simple and elegant, the lobby has a great atmosphere, the hallways are quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be disturbed by outside noise at all. The room layout is well-designed, with clear distinctions between the work and rest areas, and the room size is ample, so it doesn't feel cramped. The room cleanliness is impeccable, and the toiletries have a fresh scent. The bedding is comfortable, allowing for a good rest and relaxation after a busy day. Front desk staff Z handled check-in and extension procedures quickly and even proactively offered recommendations for nearby dining and shopping spots. The hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room, providing complete amenities. Overall, the stay was comfortable and reassuring. Choosing this hotel was a great decision, and I will definitely book it again in the future.

Atour Hotel, as always, everything is great. The hotel is very central, within walking distance to Waibaidu Bridge, the pedestrian street, and the Bund. The transportation is also excellent; if you're driving, it's green lights all the way – no need to wait at Shanghai's traffic lights, just continuous green for over 100 seconds. Highly recommend!

I stayed in a twin room, which was very spacious with a comfortable layout that separated the different functional areas. The room was clean and odor-free, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The hotel is located on the North Bund, offering convenient transportation with a subway station nearby. There are also many large shopping malls in the vicinity, making shopping and dining very easy. It's just a few kilometers to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which is super convenient.

The location is great, in North Bund. It's about a 10-minute walk from Tilanqiao subway station, and for downtown Shanghai, where every inch of land is precious, the price is really good. I checked in quite late, but the front desk upgraded my room, which was a nice touch. The service was good, and the room was clean. I especially like the hairdryer, I even bought the same model for my own home. Overall, a positive review.

If you're staying here, don't miss the views from the rooftop. Standing there and looking at Shanghai's cityscape and the river view, the panoramic sight is truly breathtaking. It's beautiful during the day, and when the lights come on at night, it's a completely different atmosphere. The entire splendor of Shanghai is right before your eyes; it's truly, truly gorgeous. From the room view and hotel service to the overall experience, this stay left me extremely satisfied. Especially in a city like Shanghai, being able to have such a beautiful river view room, waking up to such a scene in the morning, and enjoying Shanghai's dazzling night view in the evening, is truly blissful. If you're traveling to Shanghai, I highly recommend staying here once! Whether you're on a romantic trip, traveling with friends, or simply looking for a place to truly enjoy Shanghai's urban scenery, this place is absolutely worth it. 💕

Environment: The hotel has a great location with a beautiful river view from the lobby. It's very convenient, with a shopping mall downstairs and close to the North Bund. Cleanliness: The newly opened hotel is relatively clean. Service: Perhaps due to its recent opening, the service is somewhat lacking. My room wasn't ready by 2 PM when I checked in. I told the front desk they would call me when it was ready, but they never did, and I had to go to the front desk to ask. There were no disposable toiletries in the room, so I had to grab something to take with me. Invoices couldn't be entered with a single click, and many details need improvement. The tissue box was empty when I checked in. Facilities: It's a new hotel, but there are many minor issues, such as the bathroom nightlight flickering at night.

I usually stay in five-star hotels, and this was my first time at Atour. You can walk from Yangpu Riverside to North Bund, and this Atour hotel offers the best value for money along the river. It's a 5-minute walk to the riverside, and you can also ride shared bikes along this stretch. The walking and cycling paths are very clean, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Huangpu River and the bustling Lujiazui all the way. We arrived at the hotel around 2 PM. Shanghai was hot, humid, and sunny. As soon as we entered, the front desk staff immediately offered us two bottles of ice-cold mineral water, providing service with a constant smile. They were very professional, comparable to five-star hotels, and it felt wonderful. The lobby is very cozy and fully equipped with a laundry room, gym, study, and lounge area. There's also a 'Late Night Porridge' reminder poster next to the elevator. To our pleasant surprise, they upgraded our room type from an executive twin to a deluxe twin, and the room windows could be opened for ventilation. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-thought-out design and many clever details, making it very convenient. It also came with a mini-fridge containing 1 can of Coke, 1 can of Sprite, 2 bottles of mineral water, and 2 bottles of Atour's own tea drinks. We instinctively looked for a price list but couldn't find one. We nervously called the front desk (because the room rate was very affordable) only to find out everything was complimentary! Additionally, the toiletries, slippers, and other amenities were of excellent quality, exceeding the standard for a four-diamond hotel. All in all, I highly recommend it; the value for money is exceptional! 👍

What a pleasant surprise! A room with an amazing river view! I booked the Hermès 18, and the view was spectacular, the room was cozy, and the facilities were all there. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job, paying attention to every detail. Plus, there's a private elevator, which made me feel very secure. The location is absolutely perfect, just 500 meters from the Bund, and you can see the Bund landscape right from your room! Overall, a five-star experience. I'll definitely be back!
