They answered all of my questions and helped me when I needed a pharmacy. Morning breakfast was pretty good and was sometimes delivered by robot which was a fun novelty. The only small problem was the construction outside the hotel, but that was outside of their control. When I asked for a quieter room they helped me get a quieter room! I am glad I stayed here.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The surrounding environment is very quiet. The location is good and it is very close to the performance venue. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, and they upgraded the room type and gave us fruit.
