Best experience in Shanghai. Thanks for Mandarin Oriental to give best view and service. The room was excellent and the reception girl Sherry Angelia was really friendly and sweet. Will keep the memories of the stay there.

Our family became Fans of M.O. after this stay. We checked-in in the midnight and the staff Kent and Linda were so thoughtful and professional to settle us in with our kids quickly. In addition to the warm hospitality and services, there are star-awarded restaurants in M.O. that are very family friendly. Strongly recommended for those, especially families with kids, who look for a quality time in Shanghai.

Fantastic view of the huangpu river. Facilities in the room esp charging facilities might need some update in the future to stay on top of the fierce competition.

What a wonderful experience it is to stay at the Mandarin Oriental, the place is not only comfortable but also spotless, we loved the river view room we had, breakfast was delicious and of course the human touch made a difference, Wenbo Zhao the duty manager made sure to get all what we need so we could feel like at home. The whole experience was wonderful!

Amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental Pudong.
The rooms are wonderful, the view on the river is breathtaking. Make sure to try the Qi bar at night, the mixology is also very good.

We like how clean and smoke smell free it is. Had a huge round bath in the room, good view. The breakfast buffet has an extensive menu, very nice
