The best hotel, I recommend, family hotel
Super hotel, worth the money. Excellent large beds, good shower, spacious rooms. We had a family vacation. There is an early check-in. Thanks to the Russian-speaking man ❤️ very nice. The rooms are not worn out. They give water and feed breakfast (omelettes, pancakes, porridge, sausages, milk ... buffet) the hotel went to meet and was very hospitable.
One minus, there are no mosquito nets and the air conditioner does not work, we had to kill mosquitoes all night (they are very brutal)
In the room there are gels and drinking water

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Shown in photos. Also the bathr

The Boutique hotel Baku is very close to the bustling Nizami street while being situated in a quiet lane, so that you are away from the noise yet close to the city centre. The master suite was spacious for the three of us and all the amenities were provided. The elevator was a welcome relief compared to a lot of other hotels in Baku. The breakfast buffet was excellent The staff were efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend this hotel The extra bed in the room needs to be of better quality. Hope the management works on this suggestion

The single room on the third floor near the reception is small and soundproofed. If you fall asleep in the middle of the night, you will be awakened by the voice outside. I couldn't bear it. I called them to whisper a little, a little better. The next day I asked for a room change, the service attitude was good, and I changed a triple room on the second floor. The rooms are well furnished and the exterior layout is also very characteristic, but there is no shower curtain in the shower room, and the whole bathroom is wet in the shower. I can't imagine how three people would live together.

The service is really good. A Chinese-speaking girl was arranged to greet us when we checked in. The service staff in the restaurant and reception were very nice. However, the facilities and rooms are indeed a little worse than other Ritz-Carlton hotels. Overall, it's 4 stars.

It was a wonderful 12 days for our family in Baku and at the Shirvanshah Hotel. And the hotel staff - at every level (from the concierge who greeted us with a smile every day, to the receptionists who made sure the room was cleaned, especially the nice receptionist who advised us where best to buy Azerbaijani souvenirs, to the anonymous cleaning ladies) - kept up this impression. In solving a certain problem, we could count on the help of the hotel manager - Mr Emil. On top of all this, the smug service of the restaurant waiters. We would especially like to thank Mr Elvin, who took care of the guests every day at breakfast. He discreetly, tactfully watched over every hotel guest. And above all, we thank Mr Yusif. It was because of him that we would come to the hotel restaurant for evening dinner. We met many waiters, but Mr Yusif's level of service to guests is the highest of the highest. A class of its own. We were and are very impressed.

The first trip to Azerbaijan, I really hesitated for a long time when booking the hotel. Finally, I decided to book the Sheraton Baku International Travel Agency, which is very close to the ancient city subway station.
In conclusion, it is correct to book the Sheraton Hotel in Baku International Travel Agency and the price is very high.
1. Very close to the ancient city subway station, about 10 minutes walk. It is also a ten-minute walk to the ancient city.
There is an underground passage on the right side of the hotel gate, and after passing through the seaside park, you can see the Caspian Sea. The Caspian side room and restaurant can see the beautiful sea view, without any obstruction, watching the sunrise every day to eat breakfast, it is so happy.
Very close to the carpet museum, a few hundred meters
There is a big shopping mall and supermarket a few hundred meters away, so it is convenient to buy things.
4. There is also an episode in this stay. After I checked in on the same day, I found that the room was different from the room type I booked, and I responded to the front desk. As a result, there was just a big tour group that day without a room. Mr. Samad at the front desk and Elvira, the blonde beauty manager, actively helped us solve the problem, and gave us snacks, fruits, etc., and also attached a handwritten card.
From here, it can be seen that the staff of the Sheraton Baku International Travel Agency are well-trained, and the staff communicate with each other and the upper and lower levels accurately and efficiently, giving the feeling that all employees are working together to provide the best service. And Elvira manager also often went to the restaurant to check the dishes, saw us dining, immediately came over to ask if there was any problem, how to rest. I have been employed by Japanese airlines for more than 20 years in Japan. I think Japan's service is world-class. I didn't expect to experience the service of the Sheraton Baku International Travel Agency in Azerbaijan.
Besides, the restaurant is also very good, the breakfast is rich, the dishes are often changed, every chef is dedicated to the work, not only cooking, even the guests are paying attention to everything, once when the dishes, if not careful, the clip will touch the lighting on the dishes, Immediately the two chefs adjusted the lights above the dishes. The croissant pie is the most recommended in the bread. The freshly baked, crispy and very delicious. Of course, whole wheat and nut bread are also very good. Mr. Murad of the restaurant also greeted us in Chinese, often came to see what we needed, and then brought us hot coffee or tea. They were always paying attention to the guests and really felt their warm service.
Regarding towels, mineral water, slippers, etc. Call the front desk, the handsome guy in the room service immediately sent it, very fast, stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Baku International Travel Agency for eight nights, every time it was like this, very good
After this trip to Baku, Azerbaijan, I returned home, and I would like to thank all the hotel staff, led by the beauty manager Elvira, for making my trip have a lot of good experiences and new feelings. Next time I go to Baku, Azerbaijan, I hope to stay at the Sheraton Hotel Baku International Travel Agency. Thanks again to all the staff.

I stayed with my friends in the first week of October, 2022. Badam de Art has the friendliest, helpful, kindest staff that one can think of; from the hotel managers to the concierge to the room service, everything was impeccable. The breakfast menu and the rest of the restaurant options both continental and Chinese are as good as any 5 star hotel. It is v near Downtown baku. If someone want to stay near the city centre but take a break from the 24 /7 hustlebustke, this hotel is your best choice indeed. The elevated location of the hotel offers rooms that open into sea views from the terrace where you can see the city scape and the Caspian sea sprawled before your eyes. The hotel manager haver Najafzada and Ali are very thorough professionals and very friendly.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

Ssabih saeedmughalHands down the best hotel in Baku. Very friendly, helpful and amazing staff. Especially Mr. Hussayn was very friendly and went out of his way to help us and other guests in every way. Gem of a person and an amazing hotel.
GGuest UserStayed in this hotel twice. Excellent location near the promenade. No settlement problems. The hotel staff always met at the entrance and accompanied to the room, personally explained everything. Clean, light, pleasant apartments with everything necessary. It was nice to have a balcony on which you could sit and enjoy the excellent view.
GGuest UserAmazing stay , excellent service from the reception above above excellence ! ,The location is perfect everything is a walk a way ! Perfect hotel .. the only issue is the housekeeping they dont clean they only arrange .. I faced issue with the toilet and noticed that its wasnt cleaned at all! Even the room tissue box was empty they didnt fill it they didnt notice because they dont clean even when I requested tissue box it was kept a side not in the tissue box container .. However, receptionist are always eager to help and assist they even offer the cleaning service mid night just to help ! A perfect hotel they only need to work on elevating the housekeepers
Note: rooms at a lower level and on a particular road are very noisy because of the cars you cant sleep , so request moving to a higher floor or another side of the hotel
GGuest UserThe people of Azerbaijan are very friendly to the Chinese, and the guy at the front desk here is one of them. Since the flight to Baku was in the morning, I thought I would store my luggage at the hotel first and check in in the afternoon. When we arrived at the hotel, it was just after 7 o'clock in the morning. The guy at the front desk not only checked us in early but also gave us free breakfast for the day, which made us very happy.
I have stayed at the Sapphire Inn with groups on various occasions over the past few years, and unfortunately, the standards have been declining with each stay. Every time, I hoped it would improve because it would be a shame to let such a promising place go to ruin. The hotel has a perfect location, space and good facilities, but it lacks effective management. The front desk systems and staff are disorganized, making check-in a nightmare. Housekeeping is understaffed and unmotivated, while the breakfast staff are more interested in personal conversations than providing good service (though the breakfast food itself is quite good). The few staff members who do try hard are not supported by colleagues and the necessary systems to succeed. The room carpets are dirty and stained, with no apparent effort to clean them over the years. During our last stay, housekeeping did not service the rooms during the day as a standard practice. We occupied 10 rooms, so we have a reliable basis for this observation. Upon returning in the late afternoon, it took significant effort from guests to get housekeeping to take action. Sadly, I can no longer consider staying at this hotel in the future. This is a heartfelt call to whoever is in charge to take action and save this potentially great hotel.
AAmmad KhalilOur Flight got cancelled due to visa issues, we went to a different hotel called MAAJID HOTEL in old city,
Before yesterday we were here for 5 nights, after spending one night in maajid hotel we missed the amenities & luxuries we had in this hotel so early morning we decided to come back to AUSTIN HOTEL BAKU again because its in the heart of baku , every time whether its day or night you look outside the window, you see the world alive in nice dresses & good moods, i would say its the HILTON HOTEL OF VEGAS in Baku.
No scam at all but please book this hotel only through trip.com because trip.com get you half price, i came here personally to check the price for a room , they quoted me a $100 night which is reasonable but i opened trip.com app & found the same room price in just $50 a night then i try to book & its done in just 1 minute.
No Scam
No overcharge
Very friendly staff
Staff is so good like they talk to you like they are your family members.
I am very impressed, i will visit this hotel again & again & again but only through trip.com
GGuest UserThe hotel was chosen for a long time and painfully, because there are very few reviews. And those that were not given an idea in general about this place. Chose because of the convenient location and accessibility to the sights of the city. So, the Hotel is located in the ”Old Town”. The taxi driver dodged for a long time in search of a hotel. After being told that this building ”Damn it” was found. We arrived at the hotel at midnight. (late arrival) at the reception we were met by a hotel employee who does not speak Russian, we had to explain ourselves in English. Having paid for the hotel (you can in euros), we were given 1 electronic key (for three adults) and escorted to the room. The young man brought our suitcases up to the 3rd floor. The room is large with three separate beds (this was the main criterion when choosing a hotel). The window is small, overlooking the courtyard. The description of the room fully matches the description on the websites. The room has everything you need. Kettle and tea accessories, glasses, water (reported only with cleaning in the room). A large closet that lacked ”hangers”-hangers. The air conditioner worked properly. But for some reason, he periodically (or turned it off) turned off when we went out for a walk in the evening. WiFi in the room is also good. In the bathroom: shampoo, soap, shower gel. There were not enough towels and bathrobes, when booking a room for 3 people, there were bathrobes and towels for 2. In the morning they asked - they reported with the cleaning. The shower cabin was leaking a little, after taking a shower, water accumulated on the floor. The problem was solved - they asked for towels for the legs. There were interruptions with cold water. Hot flowed properly! The hotel staff at the reception are very helpful people!! There was also a young man who spoke Russian. In the future, our problems and questions were solved through him. He told us where it is better to go to the beach. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of the building - on the roof. There is a terrace overlooking the Philharmonic Garden and the Flame Towers. Breakfasts are monotonous: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs with sausage, sausages, sliced 2 types of sausage and cheese (plates are small, sometimes we didn’t get it, we had to ask) milk and corn balls, a long loaf, butter, jam, olives. Kettle with boiling water, instant coffee and tea bags. A very small plate of fruit (watermelon, peach, plum) On the first day, the restaurant staff (there are two of them, one speaks a little Russian) offered us Turkish coffee and tea in a teapot. And so every morning, when they saw us, they prepared DELICIOUS tea and coffee. They even served a separate plate of fruit slices a couple of times!!! Special thanks to them for this. In the evening, tea is served from a samovar. Plays live music. In general, we were satisfied with our choice of hotel. The hotel and restaurant staff are very polite and helpful. They try to help and please the guests. About cleaning the room you need to remind at the reception!!! The hotel is within walking distance of the city's attractions. Near the metro station, Devichya b
GGuest UserMy stay at the Bristol Hotel from 1st Sept to 5th Sept 2023, room No 103, in Baku was an absolute nightmare that stretched over four agonizing nights. Despite its touted central location, this ancient relic of a place doesn't even come close to resembling the ”hotel” it's advertised as online. It's more like a dingy rental hostel with delusions of grandeur. Let's talk about breakfast – a lackluster, uninspired routine that required us to play a waiting game at their absurdly inconvenient hours. And don't even get me started on the absence of room service or the complete absence of drinking water. It's as if they're actively trying to make your stay as miserable as possible. The rooms are laughably non-soundproof, and the pitiful window curtains do nothing to shield you from the relentless onslaught of intrusive light, especially with a blaring nightclub next door. The fact that management couldn't care less about replacing those curtains is infuriating. But wait, there's more! The bathroom lock decided to throw a wrench into my already dreadful experience. I found myself trapped inside the bathroom, envisioning a nightmarish scenario where my partner wasn't in the room to rescue me. Can you imagine being stuck in there for hours, or even days? In all seriousness, I implore you, in the strongest terms possible, to steer clear of this establishment. It's an absolute travesty, and you deserve far better for your stay.
RRebecca CoatesThe service was not the best when we arrived. The receptionists took their time to assist us and when we finally were given keys, they just pointed to the lift and left us.
The hotel room was quite outdated with a broken leaky fridge and a bulky TV. However, the balcony was quite nice and the view was amazing.
The food was really good and it was plentiful.
AArtyom PetukhovWhen I checked in I was told the door is broken so I could not open it with the electronic key and they'll open it, but it's gonna be fixed the next day. Of course it was never fixed and I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. Felt REALLY awkward. Then some day some random woman (she was working here I believe) just opened my door and walked in while I was in my room at midnight, saw me, said sorry and run away. What was that I have no idea, but it kinda gives you an idea about their take on privacy. The TV was not working, because the cable was literally torn apart, the WiFi broke down several times and one time it was more than 24 hours. The showerhead was broken, the water from the shower never went the way it supposed to, but straight to the floor, the toilet was not really attached to the floor (thankfully it was attached to communications). With that being said, I still think the hotel is okay for the price, the room was nice, big and clean and had a personal balcony and the staff were really friendly.
