"The room was clean and tidy, and its proximity to the scenic spots was very convenient. The facilities were complete, and the service attitude was excellent. The owner was very friendly; as soon as we checked in, he offered us a room upgrade to one with a skylight. The room was spacious, and seeing the night sky from outside at night was incredibly peaceful. The next morning, I woke up naturally with the rising sun, which was very relaxing. "I booked a pet-friendly hotel on Ctrip for my ski trip to Sayram. It's located in the heart of the town's main street, right across from a car charging station, and there's a convenience store and a convenience store downstairs – super convenient! It wasn't crowded during the off-season, so the price was very attractive, and it even included breakfast for two. They upgraded my room for free, and the decor and cleanliness were top-notch. The owners, all from Chongqing and Sichuan, were very welcoming. The grilled sausages for breakfast were delicious, and you can even bring your dog – they were all full! The best part was meeting the owners while I was taking photos at the ski resort during the day. Sayram Lake is definitely worth visiting in winter, especially for skiers. I highly recommend this hotel/guesthouse."

🙂 Sharing a hidden gem hotel I discovered in Bole. Last night, we returned to Bole City from Sayram Lake Scenic Area after 10 PM. We had booked the Bole Xihai Lijing Hotel (Bole Grand Bazaar Branch) in advance. The hotel is located right next to the Grand Bazaar, with beautiful night views and convenient parking. The lobby was very comfortable, with a luxurious and warm decor. The receptionists were friendly and attentive. The room was even more satisfying; it was very warm, fully equipped with smart technology including a smart toilet, automatic curtains, a smart bathroom mirror, a hairdryer, and a kettle. The room was clean and tidy, with attention to detail, and even included an emergency flashlight, bottled water, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was on the third floor, beautifully decorated and clean. Unfortunately, we forgot the breakfast time and arrived late the next morning; the restaurant had already closed. However, a lovely lady in the restaurant said they had some side dishes, steamed buns, eggs, and milk, and offered to prepare them for us if possible. Surprisingly, the side dishes were plentiful and delicious, including incredibly tasty braised beef. The milk was also authentic and rich, making for a truly satisfying meal. I'm so grateful for the hotel restaurant's attentive service! 🌹🌹 Also, there's a Snow Lotus Restaurant next to the hotel entrance, with luxurious decor and a strong exotic flair. It's always brightly lit and packed at night. On our evening at the hotel, we had a hot and comforting lamb soup rice (everything at the restaurant was delicious, but it was too late to try it). During this trip, I only stayed one night at the hotel and didn't have time to explore the bazaar. Next time I'm in Bole, this hotel will be my go-to place! ❤🥰🥰

Finally made it to the highly anticipated Sayram Lake! My classmate insisted we try the vendace restaurant, Gaobaigu Yufang. Once I entered the room, I realized Gaobaigu Yufang was right 'in front' of me! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great hot water and effective air conditioning. The hotel also provided a fruit platter and snacks that were exceptionally delicious/unique. It's very close to Sayram Lake, making it convenient to get around. After returning from the scenic area, we went to Gaobaigu Yufang for dinner – perfect! The vendace, a must-try at the restaurant, was prepared two ways: half steamed and half in a hotpot. It was a full and rewarding day, and a very satisfying stay. Thank you, thank you again!

I really appreciate the camp shuttle service for helping me with my heavy luggage, both from the car park to my tent and then back again. A big thank you to the service staff! The room decor was lovely, the surrounding environment was beautiful, and it was a short drive to the scenic area. It was very convenient to drive around the lake, entering and exiting through the East Gate to return to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 6 PM and left for the scenic area at 8:30 PM. Feeling that we wouldn't make it back before the restaurant closed at 11 PM, we paid in advance and arranged for our meal to be delivered to our room at 10 PM. We returned at midnight and were so happy to see our packed meal waiting on the table as promised. The next day, after checking out at 10 AM, we went back to the scenic area again, this time entering through the East Gate and exiting through the South Gate, to get another look at Sayram Lake, which we hadn't seen clearly the day before! 😄

When I booked the yurt, my simple desire was to bring my 4-and-a-half-year-old to experience Kazakh culture and a different way of life. But... Surprise 1: Located at the highest point of Sai Lake, I could wake up to watch the sunrise and even see the entire lake. For adults, the view is incredible. Surprise 2: The owners are a family of three. Their son is a handsome Kazakh man who speaks Mandarin the best in the family. He handles all customer communications, making communication seamless. The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they'll do their best to satisfy any request, as long as they can. Surprise 3: They have a herd of cattle, and another family on the hill behind them has a herd of sheep. They also have two sheepdogs and several horses. It's a truly delightful experience for children. They can play with the dogs, talk to the lambs, ride horses, and ride horses... And they even learned to distinguish between sheep and cow dung, as it's so common and natural. Surprise 4: For dinner, we ordered lamb skewers, braised lamb chops, and pilaf. Two adults and one child couldn't finish them all; the portions were generous and the flavors were excellent. The clear mutton soup had no mutton smell at all (it's best to order it in advance, as it takes about two hours to simmer). Of course, if you're choosing a yurt, you should be prepared. Only consider choosing one if you can accept the following: 1) There's no private toilet, only a dry toilet, and no showers. 2) There's a stove inside, and you have to add the charcoal yourself at night, otherwise it won't last until the next morning. 3) The standard of cleanliness should be comparable to other yurts, not five-star hotels. Overall, if I were to stay in this area again, I would still choose this yurt.

In order to visit Sailimu Lake during the off-season period, I chose to book a yurt for one night~ The 5-point praise given by everyone is because I prepared myself mentally before going to the yurt, but it was really much better than I expected! ! The yurt is very warm and clean, and my uncle provided firewood in advance. Although it is true that there are dry toilets and no bathing, the feeling of following the locals also gave me a very novel experience. In the morning, my husband used a kettle (a cassette stove and a kettle that he brought with him) to help me wash my hair. There are always more ways than difficulties. Uncle, aunt, and Xiaoye are very enthusiastic. The spicy and sour potato shreds and tomato scrambled eggs made by aunt are really my mother's taste~The mutton is really fragrant~ There was also a super beautiful Milky Way and shooting stars. The two of them drank and took pictures of the stars and played until 3 o'clock at night. Forgive the city children for not seeing the world. I really like it here, but I can’t stay another night because of my schedule, but I will immediately recommend it to my friends who are going next! Anyway, I heard that April and May are the most beautiful seasons in Sailimu Lake. See you there~

酒店位於賽里木湖遊客中心一公里多點距離，走路需要十幾分鍾，早上老闆幫忙送到遊客中心，這點很好，但自由行遊客建議不要直接下在遊客中心，不然走到這個住宿點有點距離，這周邊很多地方都在建設，走過去連個像樣的人行道都沒有，訂之前在網上看了很久，因為我是非自駕遊客希望能節省自己精力，看這家評分不錯，但實際那幾個差評所説的所有情況都有，比如洗澡水忽冷忽熱的問題，馬桶蓋會一點點動靜就莫名其妙自己打開放下，提供的是一次性的毛巾浴巾問題，有點評説這個價格連都毛巾都不提供，店家回覆説考慮到衞生原因，但這個一次性用品質量屬於較差的產品，一看就是節約成本，我是7月4號入住，旁邊一塊空地上有一個售票活動區域幾個大山炮音響，播放着一些很老的燒腦神曲，從我入住的下午六點鐘吵到凌晨12點，這個酒店沒有內線電話，入住會説加個微信，有問題方便溝通，我十一點多鐘吵得實在睡不着，微信詢問店家旁邊的活動幾點結束，回覆説十二點，我説那你們知道這個活動很吵，還在入住時幫我安排在最靠近廣場活動的這麪呢，她回覆説所有的房間都很吵👍，當天入住率比較低通過走廊可以看到很多空房間，而給我辦了最靠近廣場音響的這一邊，如果店家要提升服務希望從住客角度考慮問題，你敷衍一句所有房間都很吵，那你們又能經營多久呢？我雖然作為遊客住個一天就走了，但我花774住的這一晚感受非常不好，房號622，這個房間還有一點就是在走廊邊上，晚上入住較晚的客人走路説話都很吵，酒店的門就是那種普通名宿的薄板木門，在樓梯口抽煙的煙味也會很容易飄進來，對於這個幾個大音響要吵到十二點的情況，之前沒有在評論裏看到有人反應，不知道是大家都喜歡在十二點之後入睡還是怎樣，我買的是774一晚的大床房，這個價格不如在博樂住希爾頓，第二天一早趕到遊客中心，散客的景交車也10點左右開始，在一點看許多人評論説吃飯方便，其實這個小鎮的位置是很孤立的，就是許多簡餐小店，也有大店但如果想吃點好的，可能博樂的選擇會更豐富。賽里木湖景區很美，希望大家都能玩的開心！

We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

The service attitude of the young lady at the front desk was very good. When I entered the door last night to help with the luggage, I kept asking for warmth. It was very good and warm. I also prepared small snacks and hot tea for us. It's so cold, so heartwarming The homestay is very big overall! The decoration is also good, the room is very clean, good, good, will come again next time.

The room is good, with an inner and outer suit, and it is quite comfortable to stay in. The location is also good, very close to the east gate of the scenic area, and it is very convenient to go in and out, but the hygiene is not good. I am used to wiping everywhere, and to be honest, it is really not clean. The service is not good. This kind of apartment is basically half-check-in and half-check-out, but sometimes they will say hello when you come in and out, and they will automatically refill the bottled water the next day. To be honest, if the hygiene of the B&B apartment near the scenic area is better, it is okay to live, because the house is in a good location
