"Five-star recommendation for this hotel! A butler called me even before check-in, and after finding out we were a party of three, they upgraded us to a suite for free. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the butler was still incredibly friendly, helped us with our luggage, and offered warm ginger tea, hot milk, and a variety of snacks. The butler also carried our bags to the room, explaining all the facilities and services along the way. In the evening, they sent various thoughtful tips in our WeChat group. On check-out day, they also gave us a warm farewell. Super, super recommended! The butler service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. Highly, highly recommended! Seriously, truly recommended!"

"The stay was great! The staff were all very helpful and had excellent service! We chose a one-bedroom apartment, and the ”Starry Sky Room” was very comfortable and spacious. The room was clean and tidy, and it was very close to the visitor center; there were plenty of restaurants on the street behind it, which was convenient."

Fortunately, I saw it every day. The girl at the front desk is very cute, the room is very soft and the floor heating is very good, the bath water temperature is very good, that is, there is no natural gas introduction in the lake, and the bath time needs to be controlled. ～ Clean and tidy is very good."

This hotel in Sailimu Lake did not step on thunder at all, the room was clean and comfortable, the window was opened to the lake view, it was super convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning, and there was no need to get up early.
