"The facilities were good, but I didn't quite understand the cultural atmosphere. Many of the hotel's signs seemed strange. For example, the floor signs inside the elevator—besides the English, what do the rest mean? Maybe my knowledge is insufficient, but I don't quite understand! I encountered some incomprehensible issues with breakfast. The tea service provided tea leaves and hot water for self-brewing was excellent, but the hot water only stayed at around 70 degrees Celsius. How were we supposed to brew tea? Also, the coffee machine seemed to have a problem; it took the staff over ten minutes to make coffee!"

Also, the storefronts downstairs are under renovation, so it was a bit noisy in the mornings. When checking in at night, the front desk asked us to scan the hotel's QR code and then exit once we reached the coupon page, which felt like a push for promotion and wasn't a great experience. Guests will naturally promote a good hotel; I hope they consider removing this step in the future."

The hotel's front desk manager, a man, was incredibly patient with the children. As soon as we checked in, he gave them local specialty snacks, and in the evening, he even sent fruit to the kids – so incredibly thoughtful! The hotel environment was clean and hygienic, and the loft room facilities were very family-friendly for groups. You can really tell that the hotel considers families with children in every detail, which made our trip with the kids much easier. We will definitely choose this place again next time!"

There is also a laundry room, so you can easily solve any minor troubles during the trip.
