The Stargazing Room was romantic and comfortable, with panoramic views that were absolutely superb – allowing us to take in the lake and mountain scenery without even leaving the room. The afternoon tea selection was rich and the ingredients were fresh; the buffet breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options. Staying here allows you to immerse yourself in the magnificent beauty of Sailimu Lake while enjoying comfortable and well-appointed services. It's definitely worth staying at when visiting Sailimu Lake."

"I came to visit Sayram Lake, and because I had to meet someone at the train station the next day, I booked the Wanda Realm which is close to the station. The hotel is very new, probably just opened recently. The decor is also very modern, and the staff are enthusiastic. Recommended."

"The room was beautiful, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. We had a butler who helped with our luggage throughout our stay, and they even gave us a lovely little lamb souvenir when we left. A pleasant surprise was that I didn't need to manually adjust the air conditioning; the hotel automatically regulated the temperature due to the significant day-night temperature difference. It would be cool during the day and warm at night (the airflow was so well controlled I barely noticed it at first). There are many food options right outside, and late-night snacks are also available. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Although I was initially hesitant after seeing some negative reviews during booking, my actual experience was completely fine. Indigo is still a trustworthy brand. I hope your hotel will be even better the next time I visit Sayram Lake."

"This newly opened hotel still has a bit of that new renovation smell. The room was quite clean and tidy, and through the big window, you could see Sayram Lake. The breakfast was good and even had popcorn, but make sure you don't go to the wrong restaurant – don't ask me how I know! I showed my room card to the staff member at the entrance for breakfast, but she didn't even remind me I was in the wrong place. We had already sat down and started eating. Later, my friends couldn't find us, and after we reconnected, we realized our actual restaurant was on the 3rd floor."

The location is very convenient to go anywhere, sleep is very quiet, there is no downtown area next to it, very like. The little wooden girl at the front desk smiled sweetly, but she was cute and loved ～ All the questions we asked were answered in great detail. Also give the laundry service a big praise. We planned to go out after washing our clothes, so let the hotel staff help us take the clothes back to the room. When we returned to the room, we received the clothes that were folded and packed in bags, which had been dried and soft by the dryer. Really thank you very much, the service is very thoughtful, very good!"
