The front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

We booked a triple room, with each person having their own bed, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner and the receptionist were very friendly and even helped with our luggage – thumbs up! 👍 After comparing several places, I think this one was great value for money! Unfortunately, we got back too late yesterday and just video chatted with my friends, so I didn't take any pictures.

It's located in the heart of the town's main street, right across from a car charging station, and there's a convenience store and a convenience store downstairs – super convenient! My first capsule hotel experience totally exceeded my expectations! It felt really safe and cozy in there, and the bed was so clean and comfy. They even offer free laundry service, which was a huge plus. Location-wise, it's pretty great too. I was walking to the park, and it was super close to the Old East Gate entrance. Plus, there are tons of good places to eat and convenience stores nearby, making it incredibly convenient.
