"This was my second stay, and it was still fantastic! Last time, the shower pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and the hotel said they'd bring a welcome fruit platter next time. Surprisingly, it was actually there on the table in my room, and they even upgraded my room for free. There's a night market right outside the hotel with ethnic performances, and the barbecue was delicious. The hotel's landscaping is excellent. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast deserves special praise. The variety is amazing, with not only common Western bread and coffee but also many authentic local hot dishes, and the fruit was very fresh. At checkout, the staff warmly inquired about my stay. Whether it's the facilities or the service, the front desk was incredibly responsive and patiently answered all my questions. They even delivered urgent items to my room. This hotel excels in everything it offers, making it extremely good value for money."

"This was our 8th stop on our Xinjiang trip. Since I don't usually book hotels in advance, I decided on this one after seeing its proximity to Sailimu Lake. It's about a 5-minute drive from the East Gate, which is super convenient. The prices around Sailimu Lake's East Gate are generally not low, but for the sake of saving time during our trip, it was worth paying a bit more. I loved the room – it was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The service was also excellent. In the morning, I wanted to do some laundry and quickly head to the scenic area, so I asked one of the hotel's 'little horse housekeepers' (a lovely touch!) to keep an eye on it and help with drying after the wash. By the time we finished breakfast, everything was already packed up for us. Big thumbs up! The breakfast selection was decent, but there weren't enough seats. It definitely got a bit crowded during peak hours, and I couldn't even get in line for noodles."

"The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Beijing Bridge Night Market, it is very convenient to eat and go shopping, it is also suitable to drive to Sailimu Lake, parking in the courtyard is free, and self-driving travel is particularly friendly. Xiaoshi's front desk service is particularly good, the room is brand new and clean, the cleaning is in place, and the bathroom is dry and wet without smell. The whole house is intelligently controlled, the voice switch lights curtains, and also equipped with humidifiers. Xinjiang's dry weather is very comfortable. The mattress is moderately firm, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is very stable at night. There are also robots to deliver goods, self-service laundry room, travel and change is very worry-free."

"The hotel is new with excellent facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was exceptional, very warm, and thoughtful, always trying to meet guests' needs. Before we left, the front desk even made coffee, which was perfect for our long journey – truly fantastic! I would have given 5 stars for service, but the only letdown of this hotel was the restaurant. In all my ten-plus years of travel, this is the first time I've encountered such an appalling restaurant. You don't see many guests during meal times, but as soon as 10:30 AM hits, a huge number of staff suddenly appear. In the blink of an eye, all the breakfast items are cleared away – I was utterly stunned! When we asked for more, they said, ”Once it's taken inside, it's gone. The staff are rushing to eat it!” Unbelievable! These days, it seems even customer service needs to get up early and fight for food with the catering staff – truly something else! (As the woman in picture 3 said). Guests hadn't even finished eating, and the waitstaff were already sitting outside with their own meals, eating alongside the guests. It was truly speechless, not at all what you'd expect from a Wanda property! All the other services and experiences were great, but this restaurant is the ultimate failure. No matter how diligently everyone else works, as long as they have a catering department like this, this hotel will never succeed. It will erase everyone's efforts. However! The front desk service is still commendable, especially the two duty managers – they were truly dedicated. Hats off to them!"

The room itself is spacious and bright, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is clean and odor-free. All the facilities are complete and work well, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you can get a solid night's sleep after exploring the Sai Lake."
