GGuest UserThe hotel has a fantastic location, right on the street, with a parking lot just inside and restaurants downstairs. The hotel boasts modern and sophisticated decor, and the rooms are clean, well-laid out, and comfortable.
The service is attentive, responsive, and efficient. They also offer free car washes now, making the return trip super convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of flavors to suit every taste. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and have already recommended it to friends!

GGuest UserAlthough it is a newly opened hotel, there is no smell of formaldehyde, and there is a faint orange fragrance. The front desk lady is a little unfamiliar with the check-in business, but the check-in speed is still very fast. It is still cold when it arrives at night. We go in. Uncle security guards and the front desk ladies sent us warm mineral water first! Very praise! Too considerate! I also saw the sunrise in the morning. There is no charging pile near the hotel. I have to go one kilometer away to charge the charging. The hotel's parking lot has not been fully built. The vacant land can be parked. I am generally satisfied. The warm mineral water is extra points!

GGuest UserMy recent stay at Jifeng International Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of overall cleanliness and environment. The front desk's subsequent apology was also very sincere. However, there are a few detailed issues I'd like to provide feedback on.
The toilet in my room malfunctioned multiple times after check-in. When I called for maintenance using the in-room intercom at 12:30 AM, the front desk said the call had static and they couldn't hear me clearly, then asked for my phone number. But my number was already registered in their system when I checked in that afternoon. If they had focused on resolving the toilet issue first, instead of spending time confirming information they already had, the problem could have been addressed much sooner. Moreover, if they could hear my phone number clearly, they should have also been able to hear my maintenance request.
Additionally, the next morning, despite having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door and it not yet being check-out time, a staff member repeatedly knocked and attempted to open the door with a key card. Luckily, we had engaged the security chain, preventing an awkward situation.
The hotel's hardware and environment are excellent, and I hope they can further optimize facility maintenance, repair request procedures, and room management in the future, so these details don't detract from the guest experience.

PPaakJyu WuThe hotel is very nice and in a great location. It is opposite the modern central city and has a night market. It is very convenient to eat around. In addition, the hotel has a laundry room and a gym. After washing, you can take the clothes directly back to the room and hang them up, and they will be dry the next morning. Because the room heating is really sufficient! The price is not expensive and breakfast is included. Really great value! Highly recommended. .

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the whole process was surrounded by intimate service and elegant environment. Every detail makes people feel comfortable, completely subverting my inherent impression of the hotels around the scenic spot, and I really want to recommend this treasure hotel to every friend who comes to travel.
Let me talk about the most touching service. The service of Block B of Blue Lake International Hotel is completely called ”home away from home”, without the slightest perfunctory and guest, all from the heart of meticulous and enthusiastic. When checking in, the front desk staff smiled throughout, with a gentle and professional attitude, without any drag, and quickly and efficiently completed the process of identity verification and room card processing. Considering our long-distance running, the staff took the initiative to hand over warm tea, patiently explained the hotel's facilities, surrounding play guides, and even meticulously informed us of the restaurant's meal time, breakfast category, travel taxi tips, every reminder is just right, Let people put down the fatigue of the journey instantly.

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

GGuest UserSailimu Lake likes this hotel very much. First of all, I have to say that the front desk staff Mira looks good. Even if the service is in place, I recommended the delicious surroundings. The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

We booked three rooms, and the hotel arranged for them all to be on the same floor, with rooms next to each other, making it convenient to take care of my parents.
Facilities: The facilities weren't comprehensive, but they were sufficient. The sofa in the double room was very comfortable.
Cleanliness: It was quite clean; there were no obvious stains in the room.
Environment: The location is good; it's convenient to drive and park downstairs.
Service: The receptionist, Xiao Liu, was very friendly and answered all our questions.
