Just parked my car, quite a distance away, and someone immediately came over to help with my luggage – super enthusiastic! You can do laundry here, and when someone was hogging the washing machine, the owner even stepped in to talk to them. The hotel offers views of Sayram Lake and is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. It's not far from Sayram Lake, just a seven to eight-kilometer drive. The price is half that of other hotels in the tourist area. Overall, it's a great value!

The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the street, with a parking lot just inside and restaurants downstairs. The hotel boasts modern and sophisticated decor, and the rooms are clean, well-laid out, and comfortable. The service is attentive, responsive, and efficient. They also offer free car washes now, making the return trip super convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of flavors to suit every taste. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and have already recommended it to friends!

The facilities are perfect, the service quality is good, the laundry room is clean and tidy and convenient to use, the bathroom is dry and wet separation design is reasonable, the bedding is clean, the air conditioning is easy to use, the shower hot water is fast, the high-rise windows are safe and well equipped, the window view is beautiful, the sound insulation is very good, the elevator is swiped and the card is used, and the safety is guaranteed. The room has no smell and the corridor has no smell.

I'm a long-time member of Dongcheng. When I was out for a trip, I saw the newly opened Boman and decided to choose it. It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time.

I particularly want to commend the front desk service. The staff were warm, polite, and processed our check-in quickly and efficiently. Seeing that we were traveling with a young child, and understanding that the child would need more space to rest, they proactively and thoughtfully upgraded our room type for free. The room was spacious and bright, giving the child plenty of room to run around without feeling cramped. Not only that, but they also specially provided complimentary breakfast. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and the taste was clean and palatable – both adults and children were very satisfied. From check-in to check-out, the service was attentive and detailed throughout, filled with a personal touch. The staff were always ready to answer questions and promptly responded to any requests. This entire stay offered incredible value for money, with excellent facilities, a comfortable environment, and truly faultless service. Our whole family had a very pleasant and worry-free stay. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely choose it again for our next trip. I highly recommend it to families traveling with children!

This stay at Boleyu Qiang Hotel was really great! Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it. Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.

Five-star review! The lady at the front desk is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly helpful; you can contact her anytime with any issues. The hotel owner, a handsome gentleman, is also very kind. We couldn't get a taxi, so he personally drove us to the scenic area for free. The hotel's location is great, surrounded by plenty of food options. Sayram Lake is breathtakingly beautiful; I'll definitely be back!

How should I put it? The hotel environment is okay, quite comfortable. The lack of air conditioning was a bit of a surprise, but it seems like hotels around here generally don't have it, so that's fine. What I couldn't stand was being assigned to room 225 last night... right next to the laundry room. I checked in around midnight, but there were still people doing laundry at 1 or 2 AM, and then again at 5 or 6 AM. The washing and drying machines were incredibly loud, and the soundproofing isn't great. After driving 600 kilometers straight from Urumqi, not getting a good night's sleep was really rough. The soundproofing definitely doesn't match the hotel's price point.

Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake! First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management. What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors. The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning. All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!

The hotel is not far from the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area, a very short drive away, with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean, and the indoor environment is good. The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.
