GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the hall, the orange fragrance came, the room was very clean, and mineral water was prepared. The orange-flavored soft candy and biscuits on the table were hungry and I could come! It is said that a good day starts in the morning. When I go to eat in our class in the morning, the restaurant service staff will warmly say good morning to you! Needless to say, the traffic is very convenient to take a taxi and walk very close to the park.

GGuest UserAlthough it is a newly opened hotel, there is no smell of formaldehyde, and there is a faint orange fragrance. The front desk lady is a little unfamiliar with the check-in business, but the check-in speed is still very fast. It is still cold when it arrives at night. We go in. Uncle security guards and the front desk ladies sent us warm mineral water first! Very praise! Too considerate! I also saw the sunrise in the morning. There is no charging pile near the hotel. I have to go one kilometer away to charge the charging. The hotel's parking lot has not been fully built. The vacant land can be parked. I am generally satisfied. The warm mineral water is extra points!

GGuest UserThis stay was an excellent experience. The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants in the shopping district, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities, including the convenience of smart devices and soft, comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was warm and attentive, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is quiet, and the on-site gym, lounge area, and laundry facilities are very practical. It's an excellent value and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city!

GGuest UserThis stay experience is directly full! The intelligent voice assistant in the room is very easy to use, no need to get out of bed, call Xiaodu to get it all. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and sleepy, and it was intimately equipped with a soft and hard pillow. The front desk lady was warm and quick, and the check-in and check-out were super fast. The price is super high, I will choose this one next time!

By chance, I stayed at Block B of Blue Lake International Hotel. I originally had the mentality of trying it out. I didn’t expect to have a perfect stay experience that far exceeded expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the whole process was surrounded by intimate service and elegant environment. Every detail makes people feel comfortable, completely subverting my inherent impression of the hotels around the scenic spot, and I really want to recommend this treasure hotel to every friend who comes to travel.
Let me talk about the most touching service. The service of Block B of Blue Lake International Hotel is completely called ”home away from home”, without the slightest perfunctory and guest, all from the heart of meticulous and enthusiastic. When checking in, the front desk staff smiled throughout, with a gentle and professional attitude, without any drag, and quickly and efficiently completed the process of identity verification and room card processing. Considering our long-distance running, the staff took the initiative to hand over warm tea, patiently explained the hotel's facilities, surrounding play guides, and even meticulously informed us of the restaurant's meal time, breakfast category, travel taxi tips, every reminder is just right, Let people put down the fatigue of the journey instantly.

GGuest UserI went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserThe deluxe standard room was quite good, actually really nice. Its proximity to the Sayram Lake Scenic Area is very convenient. Breakfast was just okay. I'd advise visitors to book in advance. Definitely avoid the loft rooms; they're a huge mistake. The toilet in the loft smelled awful and the odor wouldn't dissipate, like a septic tank.

GGuest UserSailimu Lake likes this hotel very much. First of all, I have to say that the front desk staff Mira looks good. Even if the service is in place, I recommended the delicious surroundings. The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time!

MM221185****Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake!
First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management.
What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors.
The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning.
All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!
