The geographical conditions of the hotel are excellent, the window is Sailimu Lake, and there are no vehicles around. The lobby manager Xiao Guo is very nice and patiently helps me arrange the strategy (where to cheer, play, eat, etc.). My clothes are dirty, he intimately helped me take the dirty clothes to the washing machine to wash, wash and dry them and put them at the door of my room. This is commendable. Stayed here after visiting Sayram Lake, and it's much better value for money than staying directly in the scenic area. It's about a 1-hour drive to Sayram Lake. **Facilities:** Very new, and there's parking right downstairs. **Service:** Excellent service; the security guard even helped with our luggage. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy.

Facilities: Basic facilities are OK, but there are two points: First, the charging socket is really weird. The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles. Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Investment is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy. Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂

On September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out.

I went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Five-star review! The lady at the front desk is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly helpful; you can contact her anytime with any issues. The hotel owner, a handsome gentleman, is also very kind. We couldn't get a taxi, so he personally drove us to the scenic area for free. The hotel's location is great, surrounded by plenty of food options. Sayram Lake is breathtakingly beautiful; I'll definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is superb, right by Sayram Lake. The room was spacious and clean, with underfloor heating that kept it warm and cozy. The facilities were exquisite and complete, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making for an excellent night's sleep. Ainur provided thoughtful and attentive service, even upgrading us to a family room when she saw we had a child. Getting around the area is convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs, so you can easily take care of all your dining needs. This is definitely the top choice when visiting Sayram Lake – it’s such a relaxing and healing experience.

Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake! First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management. What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors. The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning. All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!

The hotel is not far from the east gate of Sayram Lake scenic area, a very short drive away, with plenty of parking. The rooms are clean, and the indoor environment is good. The accommodation area is quiet and free from noise. However, when taking a hot shower, there's only enough hot water for one person; the next person has to wait a long time, which needs improvement. The breakfast is rich and good, and the restaurant is quite large. There were water stains on the plates, possibly indicating they hadn't been disinfected yet. Outside the window, you can see snow-capped mountains. Construction workers were redecorating the hotel's exterior, so the outdoor facilities aren't finished yet. Overall, it didn't affect our stay.

I'm a long-time member of Dongcheng. When I was out for a trip, I saw the newly opened Boman and decided to choose it. It met my expectations, with dry and wet areas separated and very clean. The front desk girl was very friendly and provided directions to nearby night markets. When I checked out, the manager asked about my stay and gave me suggestions for going to Sailimu Lake, which was very helpful. It was a very good stay and I would choose this store again next time.
