"On our last night at Sayram Lake, we checked into the newly opened Shuiyunshan Pullman Hotel this year. We initially chose it for convenience, but ended up being charmed by a series of small, thoughtful touches. During check-in, the front desk cheerfully mentioned the 'afternoon tea gift' was on the fifth floor of the adjacent building. Even more surprising, despite booking a standard twin room, we found children's toothbrushes and soft-soled slippers upon entering. The light-colored, fluffy carpet was spotless, a rare achievement for a new hotel, showcasing exceptional housekeeping. You absolutely must try the in-room dining; the food is better than most restaurants in Xinjiang. The young lady who delivered our meal was incredibly sweet – kudos to her! Breakfast was another delightful surprise. Xinjiang milk tea paired with baursak is a standard, and both coffee machines were equipped with ice buckets. New hotels often falter on details, but this one excelled with its attentiveness. More memorable than the scenery itself was this perfect warmth."

The air was fresh and clean. The room layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete and modern, especially the bed is very comfortable, and I slept well at night. In addition, the separate toilet from the bathroom is also very satisfactory. The oversized bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath, and you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the city from the window, which is very pleasing to the eye. Overall, this is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel. I like the environment and service here very much, and I look forward to staying again. "Facilities: The hotel's hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all of good quality. They provided a travel-sized pair of toothbrushes and enough toothpaste for half a month. The drinking cups were individually wrapped in plastic, making them convenient to take on the road. The attention to detail in the amenities for travelers was impressive. Right in the hotel lobby, there's a self-service machine to buy Sayram Lake tickets. The hotel is located just behind the Old East Gate, and it's very convenient to drive to the New East Gate area for dining. After staying a few days, I no longer needed navigation to get to and from the lake for meals. Room: The duplex room had two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably with the two types of pillows provided. On the fourth floor, there's a platform that gets plenty of sunlight and is very quiet, offering lake views. The laundry room on the basement level had relatively new and clean ironing facilities. The hotel also has a campsite within the 'Dianjiangtai' area. I even borrowed the hotel's kettle to make coffee and watch the sunset by the lake, which was very satisfying. In July, during Xinjiang's peak season, hotels are fully booked. Many hotels priced between 1500-2000 on Ctrip often receive average reviews for their accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip's itinerary planner, Yan Yan, and I personally feel that the amenities are five-star+ with a great personalized butler service experience. The yogurt at the hotel breakfast was delicious!"

"We booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us. Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient. There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful. The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park. Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay."

"I absolutely have to give the Indigo Hotel Sayram Lake a perfect five stars! This stay at Sayram Lake far exceeded my expectations, and I can't help but rave about it! First, a special thank you to Hans at the front desk. Check-in was incredibly efficient; he even helped us with our large luggage and patiently explained all the hotel's facilities. His gentle yet professional attitude instantly relieved most of our travel fatigue, making a huge positive impression! At check-out, we met the manager, Maggie, who was incredibly welcoming. She not only patiently helped us with the check-out process but also showed us the hotel's unique landscape design and offered thoughtful suggestions for nearby attractions, making us feel truly warm and welcome. As for the room, we stayed in a mountain view room, with a breathtaking and soothing view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window. The room facilities were new, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were of high quality, and the entire room was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing and comfortable stay – truly meeting the standards of a high-end resort hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Sayram Lake. The service and facilities are impeccable, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!"

"Arrived at the hotel at 22:00, the front desk said that the garden view twin room was upgraded to a parent-child room, which is more comfortable. The actual room decoration smells super heavy. The promotional picture should be a decoration effect picture, but there is a difference in reality. The bath water is not hot (my companions were a little cold watching the sunset at Sai Lake, and wanted to take a hot bath to warm up), and it became colder and colder. The front desk said that because it was full, everyone took a bath at the same time, so the water temperature was not enough. The water was hot after taking a bath ten or twenty minutes later. I waited for an hour and the water temperature was still not hot enough. The room is indeed quite large, the bed is quite comfortable, and the bathroom is large enough for dry and wet separation, but the supporting facilities are a bit cheap. You will understand it after staying there. The breakfast is priced at 68 yuan per person. To be honest, it is expensive. There is no yogurt and coffee (the chain hotel I stayed in a few nights ago provided them). The taste is still good. There are not many varieties, but it is enough to eat."
