GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos.

GGuest UserSai Lake Wangshan No.1 Courtyard was an absolute 10/10 experience! The butler provided impeccable one-on-one service, making my entire stay worry-free. The room decor was exquisite, creating a fantastic ambiance. The breakfast was delicious and definitely made the trip worthwhile! The biggest surprise was the complimentary coffee to go when checking out – so thoughtful and heartwarming, simply amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sai Lake!

LLiuxiuzhongThe bedding was exceptionally comfortable, the room was well-appointed and clean, the staff was professional and welcoming, parking was convenient, the coffee on the first floor was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, the front desk staff was attentive and helpful, and laundry was easy to do. It was a very satisfying experience. The room rate was also very affordable, and they even upgraded me. Thank you so much to the beautiful front desk staff for their excellent review.

YYanjuluoshixiaFacilities: Basic facilities are OK, but there are two points: First, the charging socket is really weird. The business may think that guests generally don't have many charging devices. There is no charging device on the table, only one under the table; there is only one on the side of the bed. The business considerately considers that the guests need to go to bed early after a day of playing. Second, the underground parking lot is like post-war Iraq, with few lights. The hotel does not have breakfast, but the 24-hour beef noodle restaurant on the corner has a unique pickled cabbage noodles.
Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK
Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy.
Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂

GGuest UserOn September 26, 2025, my husband and I drove from Tangshan City, Hebei Province to Xinjiang to Sailimu Lake and checked into this hotel. It was beyond my expectation. The hotel facilities were advanced, with smart toilets, smart curtains, and very good hygiene. There were no dead corners. We stayed in 15 or 16 hotels along the way, but only this one had a body scale. It was so thoughtful to be able to weigh ourselves. It was really comfortable to stay here. I took a photo of the hotel before checking out.

LLaibayueThe B&B is about 2km away from the tourist center, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk. You can call the owner to pick you up. It is quite convenient to go back and forth to the tourist center.
There are gourmet restaurants around the B&B. You can choose whether you want to eat stir-fried dishes or snacks. The average price per person is about 30-100. After all, the price at the entrance of the scenic spot is normal~
The room is a loft with two floors. There is no air conditioning, but it is not cold. The toilet is on the first floor. There is no dry and wet separation. Taking a shower will splash water everywhere in the bathroom. It is very comfortable to take a shower with a heater.
There is no socket in the toilet to plug in the hair dryer. There is only one socket in the living room on the entire first floor. The router, kettle, and hair dryer can only be used one out of three, and cannot be used at the same time because there are not enough sockets. This can be optimized.
The price is a bit high, and the cost performance is not high, but the service and internal environment are good. It is recommended to stay in Yining City and Bole City during the peak season~

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

MM43317****The room was great; the heating was so good even the bed was warm! We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall.

Environment: There are surveillance cameras in the lobby or in the glass room, so you don't have to worry about too many people. You just can't wash. But living in Saihu is really more convenient. If you don't have a budget, you can really consider it.
