**Amenities**: The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, a wet/dry separated bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for tea and relaxing.
**Environment**: It's very close to the new Sayram Lake Tourist Center, just a traffic light away by car, takes only a few minutes. After verifying your ID (provided you've bought tickets in advance), you can enter. Turning right takes you counter-clockwise around the lake, and turning left takes you clockwise.
**Service**: There's a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service. Whatever you need, just message them on WeChat and they respond very quickly.

GGuest UserUpon checking in at night, the front desk upgraded me to a lake view room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the lake, and they even gave me a small box of snacks. Congee was available in the evening, with a limited selection of dishes, but it was convenient for guests who didn't want to go out for dinner. The 7th-floor observation deck was still under construction, but you could already go up to watch the sunset. The staff were exceptionally friendly; when I asked for bottled water at the restaurant, they immediately went to the front desk to get it for us. The farewell chat during check-out was also very thoughtful. The souvenir included a fridge magnet and a postcard, and the front desk helped us carry our luggage to the car and even gave us two packs of drip coffee. It felt very welcoming and personal. I'll definitely prioritize choosing this hotel next time.

FFAIRLADYMOMOFinally made it to the highly anticipated Sayram Lake! My classmate insisted we try the vendace restaurant, Gaobaigu Yufang. Once I entered the room, I realized Gaobaigu Yufang was right 'in front' of me! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great hot water and effective air conditioning. The hotel also provided a fruit platter and snacks that were exceptionally delicious/unique. It's very close to Sayram Lake, making it convenient to get around. After returning from the scenic area, we went to Gaobaigu Yufang for dinner – perfect! The vendace, a must-try at the restaurant, was prepared two ways: half steamed and half in a hotpot. It was a full and rewarding day, and a very satisfying stay. Thank you, thank you again!

GGuest UserBooked this last minute upon arriving at the scenic spot, choosing it based on good reviews. The service upon arrival was warm and welcoming. You could tell it's a new hotel. The front desk girl spoke very softly and kindly provided children's slippers and toiletries for my child. The room size was good, and the bedding was excellent and comfortable to sleep on. Any minor issues that arose during our stay were quickly resolved, and their proactive approach to problem-solving made the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. It's very cost-effective. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and all the staff were very enthusiastic and patient. They also gave me Xinjiang dried fruits as a gift when I checked in. The breakfast was halal, with a wide variety and was especially delicious, especially the baked noodle and the tomato and egg dish. I will come again next time! Highly recommended

LLizzzzzzzzyThe room was great, and very clean. The shower was the best I've had during my whole trip in Xinjiang! It's also rare to find a humidifier in the room, which I highly recommend turning on before you sleep! The windows in both the room and the lobby offer a direct view of Sayram Lake, which is beautiful! The breakfast was also plentiful and tasted decent. My only regret is that the land in front of the hotel is currently under construction for an unknown project. It's bare, and there's construction during the day, though they clear out at night. I hope it's finished by my next visit!

The room was spotless, with brand new facilities, and the quiet environment made for a truly relaxing stay. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and any inquiries. They were also proactive in offering help when needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes that were all delicious. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience with good value for money. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, you can't go wrong with this hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located near the Sayram Lake Tourist Center, making it very convenient to enter the scenic area. Our room was upgraded, and we could even catch a glimpse of Sayram Lake – it was truly beautiful.
However, despite being a Marriott, some of the amenities felt a bit lacking. The children's toiletries provided were dirty; it looked like they had been used and not properly cleaned before being put back in the box. Luckily, we had brought our own, so we didn't need to use theirs.
The sound insulation in the room was poor. Perhaps because our room was close to the emergency exit, it was especially noisy in the morning. Still, it wasn't a huge impact on me, so it wasn't a big deal.
