The boss is warm and thoughtful, friendly and patient, and can answer any questions at any time. The overall price is super high, the experience of staying is excellent, I will choose this one next time I come, I highly recommend 👍!"

The boss is very welcoming, parking is convenient, there is a large free parking lot at the door, the room is very clean, the supporting facilities are complete, and free mineral water is also given. The price is very high. I will choose here if I have the opportunity to come in the future.

這次在佛坪白馬星辰民宿的體驗堪稱滿分！雙層木屋自帶詩意濾鏡，推開窗便是蒼翠山巒，連呼吸都帶着山野的清甜，完美實現“躺平即度假”！民宿裏的三餐含在房費中更是驚喜，老闆親手栽種的有機蔬菜，每一口都是原生態的鮮，做法既地道又乾淨。最貼心的是老闆超熱情，有求必應，還把蚊蟲防護做到極致，本怕蟲星人全程安心住～雖然身處自然，晚上開燈屋外會有一些蚊蟲飛，但房間裏幾乎沒有蚊蟲打擾！想逃離城市、沉浸式感受慢生活的朋友閉眼沖，這裏就是夢中的治癒天堂！

It is recommended to prepare some children's slippers, dental appliances and other comfortable and warm details to improve the service for this kind of customer group traveling with the whole family. At night, no one came to the hotel room to send water for an hour. Later, I called to urge, and a male employee said impatiently, ”The hotel is not serving your family.” I want to say, I am letting two bottles of water to the room, how difficult is the service? Because there are no employees working? The breakfast type is generally the same. The hotel is far away, and there are more and more new energy vehicles. It is recommended to support a few charging piles that are even slow charging, which will feel very convenient and intimate for many customers.
