I would highly recommend Changdi Inn, housed in a family owned tulou in a peaceful spot by the river in the village. a very unique experience! Our host Steven spoke great English and was the most friendly and helpful host. Our dinner was prepared by the mother and we could enjoy that and breakfast in the tulou courtyard. Very special !

This hotel is a beautifully converted tulou, offering a modern and polished take on a traditional structure. While it may lack some of the original lived-in charm you might expect from such heritage buildings, it still provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service was a standout, staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which really enhanced the overall experience. As for the room design, we were initially impressed by the split-level layout, with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom and toilet below. However, this became a bit inconvenient, especially for older guests needing to use the bathroom during the night. The shower setup was another slight drawback, as there’s no space to hang clothes or towels inside. This means you have to change outside the shower area, making it difficult for others to use the lower level at the same time. These were minor inconveniences rather than major issues, and they didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The location is right in the scenic area, so it is super convenient to go back to the accommodation when you are tired. There is also an exclusive parking lot, which makes self-driving parties ecstatic🚗 The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is clean and soft, and the large windows face the natural scenery. In the morning, I was awakened by the sun and birdsong, and I felt happy🌿 The bathroom is also clean and the facilities are easy to use. I especially praise the boss! He is as enthusiastic as a family member and thoughtfully planned a tour route for us. This service is amazing👍 I will stay here again next time I come, and it is a five-star recommendation~

The hotel is at the foot of Guanzhao Mountain, very close to the scenic spot, a minute drive. The hotel has a very good view, the balcony of the room is facing the main peak of Guanzhao Mountain, and the scenery is excellent! Because I liked the scenery of the terrace of the room, I stayed for another night the next day. The hotel breakfast is very rich, with local specialties such as Qingmingxuan, rice valley, taro bag, etc., recommend raw porridge and fried dumplings. The hotel room is large and has a sense of design. The hotel swimming pool and gym are fully equipped, and the outdoor swimming pool is also facing the main peak, which is a must-take place to punch. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, the afternoon tea presented is also very good, like 👍

This stay was really a surprise! From the beginning of the get off the bus, I felt full of intimate, the front desk check-in was fast, the room type was very good, highly recommended. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft like a cloud, and I slept super heavy at night. The breakfast shop at the entrance of the hotel has many types to choose from, and the boiling water is really delicious! It is only three minutes away from the ancient city of Changting. It is convenient to go to attractions and business districts. Next time you come to live here, you must have five stars!

Staying in a modern room within a centuries-old Tulou was an incredible experience! They even installed an elevator in the Tulou, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is right next to the Tulou Prince scenic area, and there's parking available for those driving. What made it even better was the fantastic evening show; we specifically came for it and felt it was totally worth the trip! My only minor complaint is that the mattress was a bit too soft, and after a day of driving, it wasn't great for my back. Luckily, there was a firm daybed I could sleep on. I'd recommend visiting during the off-season; it's quieter at night, and you'll feel like you have the whole Tulou to yourself for photos. However, it's still a good idea to bring noise-canceling headphones, otherwise, you might get woken up early by tour groups checking in.

In fact, this time from Malaysia to Yongding is to find roots. After talking to her, she was very happy to introduce me to the tour guide. After the tour guide took me to a lot of earth buildings, I found the ancestors by the way. In the evening, I returned to the hotel and met my sister at the front desk. We talked again before getting off work. She knew my hometown and was very happy to help me. I said that there were relatives who could help me find my hometown relatives. After about an hour, I received her good news, saying that there are relatives there. I will have people from my hometown to meet later. I am so excited and excited to receive her news. The key is that there is no need to walk 2 kilometers from the entrance of the scenic spot to have attractions. Too tired. This time I brought my grandson, my first choice is his home. As soon as I enter the house, I feel at home. The proprietress drove to the back door to pick up. The boss greeted tea warmly. The parking lot is large and can park more than 20 cars, and the rooms are fully equipped. Hygiene and clean. The bedding is comfortable, the proprietress burns a hand, and the price is high.
