"I enjoyed my short stay here. It was very conveniently located to the train station. However, it was hard to find foods so I had to order food online. The hotel is very clean, but my room did smell a little bit like smoke. So I had to keep the window open, but unfortunately the window screen was a bit broken so some mosquitoes came in. But once the smell was mostly out, it was a really pleasant stay. The bathroom was really clean and the bedding was spotless. Watching TV was also nice and I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious. One of the best I've had actually!"

Upon arrival, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. On a rainy day, a security guard even met me with an umbrella. What truly impressed me was that the room was equipped with smart devices throughout, offering immense convenience. It's genuinely rare to find a hotel in this city that offers such outstanding value for money at this price point. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Away from the hustle and bustle, a wonderful retreat. Late at night, I looked up at the sky. The Milky Way was very close and the stars were within reach. It's full of design, with every detail showing thought. The red house is cute in the sun, and the lights are charming in the night. The blue whale model in the middle of the B&B is truly a sight to behold. The housekeeper did his duty and called in advance to inform us of the precautions. When you encounter a problem, you can find someone via WeChat, and the response is very fast, which makes you feel reassured and comfortable. The shortcomings are that dinner is not yet available and the bar is not fully utilized. There is another Easter egg for me. The mountain road leading to the B&B has nine twists and turns, which ignited my passion for driving. Of course, as long as the speed is kept below 35 hours, this road with few vehicles is still very safe."

Maybe there was a problem with his communication. However, as a service industry, the hotel will face various situations and should cooperate with guests to solve the problem. If it cannot be solved, it is beyond the ability of the guests, and the guests will understand. Free pick up and drop off at the train station"

"Let me tell you why I give it 1 point: 1. The whole lobby is so big and grand, but there is only one sofa for multiple people at the front desk 2. If you forget to bring your ID card, you are not allowed to check in. You can't use the electronic ID card on WeChat or Alipay. You have to go to the police station to get a certificate (this is a bad review for the Longyan Municipal Government) 3. There are no children's slippers and toothbrushes for the price of more than 400, which is not friendly to children 4. There is no anti-slip mat in the bathroom, which is a safety hazard for the elderly and children to take a bath 5. A deposit of 400 is required for check-in, which is not a good experience. Now high and low hotels basically don't charge it 6. There are two bottles of drinking water in the room, and the other four bottles need to be paid. I can't think of a few bottles of water for a room at this price. . . 7. The breakfast is satisfactory, but the yogurt machine experience is too bad. It took a long time to get half a cup 8. The hot milk is filled by a machine. When a glass cup is filled with a cup of hot milk, the cup is too hot. You waiters should try it yourself The room is large, the location is good, and the parking is convenient!"

There is also a bathtub, which is great for relaxing after a tiring day at the Tulou. It would be even better if disposable bathtub liners were provided. I brought my own this time, but some guests may not have brought their own. It would be best if the hotel could provide them, as it makes bathing more reassuring. #Cleanliness Overall, the cleanliness is good. It's a family-built house, and it's considered a relatively large hotel in this town. #Service The owners are very helpful. They gave us several room keys, allowing us to choose one to stay in. #Breakfast Breakfast is not provided. You can find local snacks near the hotel. I had a beef feast at a nearby food stall the night before."
