GGuest UserThe hotel is at the foot of Guanzhao Mountain, very close to the scenic spot, a minute drive. The hotel has a very good view, the balcony of the room is facing the main peak of Guanzhao Mountain, and the scenery is excellent! Because I liked the scenery of the terrace of the room, I stayed for another night the next day. The hotel breakfast is very rich, with local specialties such as Qingmingxuan, rice valley, taro bag, etc., recommend raw porridge and fried dumplings. The hotel room is large and has a sense of design. The hotel swimming pool and gym are fully equipped, and the outdoor swimming pool is also facing the main peak, which is a must-take place to punch. GGuest UserI really loved the hotel's design and ambiance. The room was comfortable, spacious, and spotless. It featured a projector, an automatic toilet, and smart room modes; with just a press of a button, the lighting and other settings would adjust automatically. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station, which was incredibly convenient. There's a courier station just a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast spread offered a good variety too! Everything tasted delicious â flavorful, not too salty or greasy. I especially recommend the *jiuniang* (sweet fermented rice soup), Sihuanhua, fried eggs, and the freshly made noodles. The staff were all very warm and friendly, always greeting us. Knowing we had traveled a long distance, they even gave us a small gift bag containing some snacks and water to help us re-energize for our journey. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! (They even upgraded us for free as our originally booked room type wasn't available due to a late check-out. *Please note: The attached photo is of the upgraded room, not our original booking.*)

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the check-in experience. The front desk service is very good and the check-in efficiency is fast. There is a parking lot. Parking is free during the stay, which is very convenient! The room is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable. There is a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is great! Because there was still a meeting that was not over yet, the lady at the front desk helped with free late check-out. Awesome! ! !

LljpcEnjoyed our 3 nights stay in this family run hotel just next to the Tulou. Had a nice river/mountain facing well equipped room with projector TV, wireless charging side table and v.comfy beds. Boss and his 2 nephews were most hospitable and offered their utmost assistance to us. . Everyone were super friendly and sociable. Hakka food is pretty good at the hotel and they do BBQs during the summer months outside at their patio , great to chill & socialise with the locals over a drink or 2 . They even had fireworks. Highly recommend to take the hotel package inclusive of the tulou night show plus a hotel set dinner.

GGuest UserThis is a super warm homestay. It is newly opened, with new equipment, clean and hygienic environment, and spacious rooms. It is completely different from the concerns and pictures when booking. We checked in on New Year's Eve. The proprietress was very welcoming and cooked a New Year's Eve dinner for us. She charged a symbolic fee, which was very warm. This B&B is owned by Zhencheng. The proprietress also took us into the building for free to watch the show on New Year's Eve. She is especially good at taking photos. At the beginning of the year, she came to cook glutinous rice breakfast for us and I gave the boss lady a big hug right away!

YYouyayoumomoyuThe entire square Tulou building, Chaoyang Tower, has been transformed into a guesthouse. It retains many of its mottled walls, giving it a strong sense of history and rustic charm. The wooden stairs, hallway floorboards, and wooden doors all creak, which the kids found quite fun. It's truly pleasant to quietly listen to the birds, admire the distant mountains, and sip tea here.
We visited during Chinese New Year, and generally felt the festive cheer was a bit lacking. For example, the front desk didn't have any New Year's candies or similar treats (which, of course, isn't a requirement). The spring couplets by the entrance had also fallen off, and the ground floor was mostly deserted, feeling very quiet and lonely.
Breakfast was served at a different guesthouse, 'Duli', and it was absolutely delicious!
The room design had some inconveniences. The countertop next to the sink was quite low, making it uncomfortable to stoop down for makeup or other activities. Hanging space for clothes was limited, and the hanging rod felt a bit shaky, so we were hesitant to put too many items on it. In the duplex room, it got quite cold at night. While the upper level had air conditioning, the lower level did not, with only a heater in the bathroom. The shower water pressure was extremely low, and the storage water heater couldn't sustain hot water for long, leading to a very poor overall showering experience.
I'd recommend visiting on a weekday, as the prices are better value. It's acceptable for a short stay, but for a longer trip, I wouldn't advise it for anyone who enjoys taking proper showers.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, very close to the scenic spot, convenient shopping nearby, convenient hotel free parking, clean and comfortable rooms, free breakfast and supper, soaking pig waist and pig liver are delicious, the oysters are also very good, you can rest assured. Changting's overall consumption is cheap and does not kill customers. You can experience the strong and simple folk customs and Hakka culture. It is indeed an old revolutionary area. I hope that the development of tourism will get better and better!

GGuest UserThe front desk is friendly and the room is large. The hotel is right behind the Ramada. There is a refrigerator, shoe cabinet, and rocking chair in the room. The overall value for money is good. However, the kettle is a bit dirty and the bed is too soft. I have a bad waist and cannot sleep on a soft bed, so I still give it 5 stars.

LlycbYongding Tulou, a destination I've long dreamed of visiting, truly lives up to its charm. It was perfect timing â spring was in full bloom â for a spontaneous trip. The guesthouse is conveniently located right next to the scenic area, easily reachable on foot. It offers all the essential amenities, provides dining options, and is very affordable. I highly recommend catching the Tulou light show; it's absolutely breathtaking!

GGuest UserTo visit Yongding Tulou, you must choose Baifu Leisure Villa. It's really a treasure homestay. More than ten meters away from Zhencheng Building. The key is that there is no need to walk 2 kilometers from the entrance of the scenic spot to have attractions. Too tired. This time I brought my grandson, my first choice is his home. As soon as I enter the house, I feel at home. The proprietress drove to the back door to pick up. The boss greeted tea warmly. The parking lot is large and can park more than 20 cars, and the rooms are fully equipped. Hygiene and clean. The bedding is comfortable, the proprietress burns a hand, and the price is high. After eating, take a few steps to see the Tulou light show and performance. Extremely convenient. Children are unwilling to leave. You Yongding Tulou strongly recommend Baifu Leisure Villa.
