Everything was excellent! The food, rooms, classes, museums are all great value, the staff are all very nice, and it's easy to get a private class during the off-season!

No disposable items, including shampoo, but the room is still clean and tidy. Send the children to the tennis school for a night. The front desk of the hotel is very warm and helpful.

The hotel is not pulling on 4 stars, the room was not very clean, the smell of sewer was constantly. It was hard to find a room on the day of settlement, huge territory, 15 minutes walked with suitcases, looking and asking nobody. For each additional option take money, the safe in the room is paid, for the towels for the pool take a deposit of 20€, for the chips on which you can take drinks, deposit of 2€, for water constantly it was necessary to go to bars and dining room, in the room no mini-bar. From these nuances and there is a general impression of a hotel in which you are not willing to return. From the pluses - polite staff, a large choice of food, beautiful bays near the hotel, no problem with renting a car from the hotel.

最高のホテルです。 日本からの便で夜中到着でしたが24時間チェックイン可能なため、受付にてホテルマンが対応してくれました。 ホテルはオールインクルーシブなため、朝食、昼食、夜食に困りません。モーニングのチュロスをチョコレートにディップするのが最高なので是非試してください。 ホテル周辺に食事ができるレストランが少ないため、ステイ中はホテルで食事を取ることをお勧めします。 滞在中はプールサイドにて過ごすことがメインとなりますが、プールでのイベントが一日中行われているため、全く飽きないです！むしろ最高でした。日によってアクティビティは変わりますが、私たちが滞在していた日程では、10時からプールがオープンするため、少し前に行ってプールに近い席を確保しました。そして自由参加のsupヨガに参加して汗を流した後にプールへジャンプ。最高。 次にプールエクササイズに参加。こちらも自由参加でゆっくりとしたエクササイズ。最高。次にプールアクティビティで音楽に乗って激しめのエクササイズ。最高。ここまででクタクタだっため、夕方に行われた水球大会はプールサイドから観覧していました。こちらも自由参加でたくさんの人が参加されていました！なかなか見応えがあって楽しそうで次は是非参加したいと思います。 オールインクルーシブなため、基本は食事やドリンクに困りませんが、ビーチサイドのカフェテリアでは2〜4ユーロで美味しいジェラートが売っていたため2回購入クオリティも高くとても美味しかったので、是非購入をお勧めします！ 日本人スタッフの方もいらっしゃり日本語で教えていただき大変助かりました！近くに歩いて15分ほどで行ける綺麗なビーチもあり、プールもビーチも満喫できて最高でした！ 次も絶対に泊まりたいホテルとなりました〜♪
