yihui926Visiting my wife's university professor, so I chose this small hotel near his house. Very clean and beautiful surroundings. There are few waiters and you need to take your luggage up. Of course, there is still an elevator on the floor of the room. Breakfast is simple, but there are basically everything that should be there, there is freshly squeezed juice, and you can also make your own Kelica cakes.

First bad review
Give an old money hotel
More than 20,000 rooms for one night
Stayed 5 nights
Half the time the room is not cleaned in place
Two days, the water cup in the room was taken away and no new cup was put.
No water in the room for two days
Ask the room for water
It's paid water.
Every day I go out and come back tired and hungry. I have to drink water. There is no cup, no water.
I can't bear to call to complain, the room manager came to a bunch of nonsense, and also emphasized to you that everyone gave a bottle of free water every day.
It’s a trivial matter to charge or not, and the face and attitude are disgusting.
After the complaint, she said that she would communicate with the deputy manager until she checked out and there was no feedfack.
In addition, I asked the hotel to help me book the restaurant opposite the hotel. I didn't have contact information and didn't reply for a few hours. Later, a waitress at the reception told me that I was not obliged (not responsible) to help book a restaurant outside the hotel.
The most angry thing was that after checking out, the manager pulled us aside to interview, saying that the swimming pool was closed for a day, because of the cleaning, because there was a shit inside, they checked the monitoring, in that time period, there was us and another family, and then there was left us. If you understand English, you will understand that it is suspicious and disrespectful to you.
For such a service awareness to the limit, do not trust their customers to disrespect their customers (it may also be a choice of sexual respect) hotels, do not step on thunder, resolutely resist.

The hotel is decent value for money and generally clean and tidy, but details are limited. This hotel is suitable for self-drive travelers, but it's not convenient for those traveling with elderly or children, as there's a slope at the entrance. The TV can be projected, making it a great place for a couple to spend their vacation. The hotel is a bit far from downtown Antibes, and the balcony was a bit dirty; I never opened the door to go out. The bathroom shower had a powerful flow, making it comfortable for showering, but the large amount of water on the floor made it difficult to dry. There was a small kitchenette with a bar and pots and pans, but no seasoning. It was usable for heating water and cooking, but the room smelled.

Facilities: Complete
Hygienic: clean and change towels every day
Environment: 40% off stay at the Marriott AC Hotel near Hainis
The hotel is strategically located next to the seafront with spectacular views. It is within walking distance to the city center, subway station and tram station, and is conveniently located. The surrounding dining and shopping facilities are complete, and the beach is only a few minutes away with pleasant scenery.
The breakfast is rich in variety, good quality and friendly service.

The room decoration is very beautiful, very design, especially the bathroom is very comfortable, the service staff is very kind, the roof restaurant at night is very beautiful to see the sunset, although the sea view room can not see any sea, but the overall recommendation

Enjoyed the stay in this hotel a lot. I stayed in an one bedroom suite, and it's absolutely lovely. The hotel is right by the sea and the room is super spacious. It's also within 5 mins walk from the iconic old town of Antibes where Picaso Museum is. There are plenty of really nice restaurants nearby including the only Michillen restaurant in the city, and the restaurant that Jeff Bezos went to this summer. The spa in the hotel is also a nice addition, I can't help using it a couple times a week. I'll highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antibes.

We arrived at the hotel which on first impressions was lovely. The receptionist offered to guide us around the hotel which was fine until we got to our room. We were informed that the air conditioning system was not functioning! We were advised to leave the patio door open all night and also offered a desk top fan. Unfortunately this resulted in 3 terrible nights sleep. We both failed to get anything more than 2 hours due to the room being so hot. Bearing in mind the hotel is 5* and not cheap, no offer of compensation was forthcoming. There was a bottle of tap water placed in our room which was replenished every night, unfortunately this made us both ill with a tummy upset.
Memories of this hotel will always relate to poor sleep and as a result has tarnished what should have been a wonderful stay in an iconic art deco hotel.
Very disappointing!

All great except for weird reception working hours. Very inconvenient if you arrive between 12 and 3 pm - no chance to leave luggage in storage before check in.

Guest UserThe experience is amazing as they didn’t redecorated the exterior and it showed 3 stars even the trip.com showed 4 stars, once entering the room is amazing nice and modern and they even have a nice refrigerator to keep all your food in cold in the hot weather like this Aug and also the receptionist “ Susanna” is really so friendly and helpful makes my stay more pleasant! The buffet is amazing since usually French breakfast is really “ petit” but they have everything I like ( soy milk, salmon, eggs) I will definitely come back. The location is super convenient to go to sea side by 5 min walking!!!!
