Cannes Hotels with Balcony

Really cute and peaceful place. Like a small 7 units boutique Hotel/Airbnb style.  The owner lives on the top floor was very attentive and helpful at all times.  Located In a quiet neighbourhood only 10 mins. easy drive to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful oasis like pool in the back and relaxing jacuzzi and wet sauna.  Simple yet lovely continental breakfast was served in a room every morning.  Free indoors car parking.

Stayed here during the Cannes Fireworks Festival and watched a great visual feast. Very good hotel, large and comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Delicious room service. Great location. Will stay again.

The apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport. The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room. Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus. Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us. Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building. It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

A hotel with good value for money🏨 Clean and hygienic, there are terraces and gardens where you can rest♨️ It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach↔️ It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station↔️ Downstairs is the commercial street, 🈶️supermarket🛒 and restaurants🍴

We paid for a room prestige, but left a lot to desire, in addition to the receptionist sympathy they told us since our arrival that we had booked one of the best suites and that we have nights that the reservation is more than a thousand euros (end) it is to say that everything would be perfect, everything went well until morning after the end of the year fires that by signal had a good face , we were celebrating our fiance in the jacuzzi to which it did not work and it was very noisy when the water was it was cleared at the end. We have been over a day , we don't like to disturb and bad days all have,and the next day it repeated, but only the next day they could solve the problem and we understand that part , but the water of the shower was cold, in December is difficult to take a cold water bath and every day the water never got regular, which made the stay unpleasant... the jacuzzi problem was solved on the third day and we understand, they tried their best, a new room and the breakfast included and we thank you for that,to thiso of the water was one of the negative points and the breakfast served in the room had some missing things in the menu (no additional cost) that should warn, but finally. The staff were very friendly and the view was very beautiful. Cleaning could also be improved, it has pins marks on the toilet cap that should not exist and the cakes of the caviars on the terrace that in no day was clean 🫠. But I believe it was just a bad phase that can happen anywhere, not stop visiting, it is just an assessment, perhaps a little more demanding person and who works with demanding public! 😅

The hotel is in a great location – comfortable and peaceful. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and towels are provided. Vesna  was outstanding  kind, calm, and explained everything we needed. Unfortunately, our experience with Yasmin was not pleasant – she raised her voice and was unprofessional. The elevator is slow, and the room key cards often didn’t work. Still, thanks to Vesna and the rooftop pool, our stay was enjoyable.

Perfect location, close to everything you need in Cannes. Atentive and polite receptionists. Would come back again with a pleasure.

The room is not bad, the service is very good, the price is cheap

We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.
