Very beautiful property by the beach with magnificent bay views. Rooms are big and modern with very comfy beds and pillows. Several pools with plenty of sunloungers and extra fluffy towels. Very good quality breakfast with extensive choice, and many food options for dinner in the Agora “village” within the premises. The only issue is the service at breakfast, which is lacklustre and feels a bit chaotic.
All in all, I will recommend this hotel and will be glad to stay here again!

Location is perfectly located walking distance to all shops and restaurants along ocean side.
Staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant up stairs is absolutely stunning with the views of ocean.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Guest UserIt could be 10' if there were no little things! Like the handle in the bathroom was broken, the furnace when we arrived was full of cigarettes left on the table (we don't smoke as we were a little bit upset ) the TV didn't work because the antenna had a problem , We had two more rooms in our company, which were locked in the floor rooms with a silver jar.
The pool and I was told by the same people that they had closed the same money and the pool room while I had called and they told me there were no discounts. The staff was incredibly nice, the view was beautiful, the rooms were wide in the morning mediocre.

Excellent service, but I suggest you rethink the spa pool policy in the low season. The outside pool was closed for the winter, and no point in booking a more expensive room with an attached private pool (unheated), which leaves the downstairs spa pool. Charging guests to use this for 45-minute sessions meant the pool was empty and unavailable for a spontaneous dip. Perhaps instead, you can allow a limited number of guests to use the pool at any one time.
Location: There's a well-lit path into town, but it's a LONG walk. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a taxi.
Breakfast was excellent.
Service was friendly and attentive.

Breakfast buffet was a little pricey and not included in the room price. I was not interested in the buffet, only coffee. I had to pay for a full buffet, even though I only wanted coffee because my husband had the full breakfast.

Nice hotel, perfect pool, very clean, plenty of parking spaces.
The hotel is on a busy road, so the area around the pool bar often smells of exhaust fumes, which is probably made worse by the traffic lights right there. The traffic starts at around 6:00, and it is often very loud due to the unreasonableness of some moped and car drivers.
The beach can be reached across the road. It is clean but only around 20m wide with pebbles. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are free. Towels for the pool and beach are also free.
Room is very nice and big, with a view of the sea. Room service is perfect!
The breakfast service could be improved a lot: fried eggs cold, bacon cold, often there is no coffee or hot water for tea. There are often no cups or saucers.
The breakfast staff are really friendly, but the smile doesn't always help.
Overall we liked it, but I think 5 stars is a bit over the top. 4 stars are enough, breakfast 3 stars
Drink prices a bit too high: Aperol Spritz 10€, beer 0.4l 5€ etc.

Very good hotel. Congratulations to the hotel manager. The rooms were very clean, the food fantastic and in general all the facilities perfect. The chef (cook) was excellent. Also congratulations to the receptionist who helped us very much.
