overall good, the facilities are okay, the hotel feels like a villa, very suitable for families, the service is also very good. from security, frontliners, and other staff.
just ask for the cleanliness in the room to be improved again.

very opposite to Rumah Mode..
the service was okay, yesterday the light in the aisle of the room we were in went out, they immediately replaced it...
the breakfast menu seems a bit lacking in variety...
will be staying back here for sure.. 🥰

Super happy with my stay at Wood Hotel. The hotel itself is right on the ground floor of an apartment complex that houses a laundry store, convenience store, and a café. It is also within walking distance of a popular coffee shop and other restaurants. Not to mention the staff! They’re all super accommodating and friendly with all the guests. I really appreciate all the staff, especially the one that always takes the night shifts. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Bandung. Really recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable place in a strategic location :)

check in process was quite easy, just had to wait a bit long to confirm with the unit rental operator. room size is big enough for 2 adults and 2 small children. kids love with the jacuzzi on the balcony of the room. and there is a small pantry very helpful to prepare children's food. location is quite strategic, many cafes and restaurants around the hotel.
