"We stayed in one of the apartments for 4 days and found ourselves very well. New building near the historic center of Cervia, a few steps from the sea and the Salines. Modern rooms, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioner and smart TV in every room. Washing machine and dryer (in common) at just € 4.00. nice and available staff. What have we appreciated more? Excellent cleaning and water massage bathroom (a real cocoa!!).
We recommend it and hope we will come back soon."

Pros:
- Located in a very central area of the town;
- Cosy, nice breakfast area with varied choice;
- Clean;
- Friendly and welcoming staff.
Cons:
- It was high season but the price was way too high for a room shared by 4 people;
- Too much chlorine in the jacuzzi;
- Very narrow and old elevator;
- Room for 4 with chargers only by the double bed and not the bunk beds. The bunk beds literally are hostel looking. The space is very small for 4 people to be in and move around.
Me and my friends opted for this structure since we were keen on spending the 15th of August in Cervia, which justifies the high price, but we still had higher expectations.
