Batu Ferringhi Hotels with Balcony

Was an impromptu trip for my boy who us on holiday. Traffic was good, tourist were minimum...the hotel was not busy during our stay. Which was great as we didn't have to struggle with check in etc. Pool was great, a bit deeper would be great. I wasn't fond of the pool with sand, but I guess it creates a beach effect...altho the beach was just like 15 meters away...from check in to housekeeping, all the staff were more than happy to assist. Thank you hard rock!!

Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with two delicious chocolate chip cookies, which was a lovely touch. The hotel offered stunning sea views, and there was a convenient walkway providing direct access to the beach. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide selection of both local and international cuisines. The swimming pool was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for children to enjoy. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families and beach lovers alike.

A short trip with the little one. She enjoyed the splash zone section and the beach experience. We even got a complimentary cake to celebrate our anniversary. Pleasant stay!

I was very surprise that when I get into my room it was updraded to seaview with balcony. This was my 2nd time booking here 1st time I had been here I sign up for membership. Not sure if the upgrade is because of my membership and it was my birthday on that day. Anyhow I am so glad I enjoyed my stay with them. Food were alll good. There are wide selection of breakfast and dinner.

The mattress it’s very comfortable to sleep with the spectacular view of sea especially the sunset. The garden area is also amazing & had a shoulder and back massage it’s so relaxing. My daughter she really enjoyed the kids pool & play area. The room headboard besides, the dining small steel table and some areas it has very sharp edges which can be really dangerous for small kids. We never watched the TV at all as we really wanted to watch before bed. very less channel selection & no screen mirror options or even built in Netflix or YouTube makes us really bored. Hate that part. The shower glass door should have a lock. Can’t even enjoy the shower as needs to be quick because worry might my wife or daughter just bump in by pushing the glass door. We were there for four days & three nights. I would say the worst breakfast i ever had. For a huge breakfast area you served very minimum choice of food. The nasi lemak sambal it’s so sour like having sour plum juice. The egg station also omelette it also taste terrible with the cheese because it’s not a good kind cheese. The cake only 2 choices and it’s the same for the entire 4 days and terrible. The ham in the serving tray was sinking in the water nobody bothered to check. The noodles & fried rice it also so tasteless. Coffee should be the best kicker for breakfast, when the machine pressed for coffee you only get a small shot for a big coffee mug you kept there. So we have to press it multiple times to make one mug of coffee and the milk supposedly to be in warm but it’s so cold and when you add in to coffee it immediately becomes cold coffee. You guys really failed the breakfast. It’s total disappointment & feels not worth the price of paying so high but in return it’s so bad

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a fantastic sea view. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the water. The service during breakfast was excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff. The pool was well-maintained and clean, which made our relaxation time even more enjoyable. For our trip to Escape Theme Park, this accommodation was perfect! (Location wise) The host thoughtfully switched on the air conditioner and lights before our arrival, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. The spacious layout more than enough for our group of 3 families (10 people in total). The photos shown accurately reflect the unit. Cleanliness was spot-on, and the most impressive part was the bed comfort, it was of excellent quality. All the pillows smelled fresh, and everything was well-prepared. The only minor was the RM500 deposit, which is only returned 3 to 5 days after checkout, and I had to send a reminder to the host on the 6th day. I'm used to receiving the deposit back the day after checking out. However, this did not affect our stay at all, overall, it was a great experience with the unit! Most importantly, thanks to the Trip platform for the worthwhile promo price!

兩室一廳房型，客廳的沙發可以做床，最多能住 6 人。房東會通過郵件告知住宿細節，當天可以電話給管家。她會在門口安排入住和停車，帶到房間介紹細節。每把鑰匙和門禁卡按金 100rm，進樓和進出海灘都要刷卡，安全性很不錯。房內餐具齊全，可以簡單烹飪，烤箱也有。帶洗衣機，沒有烘乾機，夏日衣服一會也就幹了，衣架很多，自備洗衣粉。樓下泳池和海灘沒有額外毛巾。門口的海灘沙粒略顯粗糙，往西過了長堤會細膩一些，人也更少，沙灘基本沒有什麼貝殼可撿。沿街夜市很熱鬧，白天如同空城。

This is the first time that I ever book villa like this ,I’m so surprised that its look cool for any news thing but luckily the villa send me about the informations for how to go inside the villa and when I’m just go to the villa the staff maybe security man he come to ask me about my booking ,It’s look safe. I like this place for everything,feel like stay at home ,the villa is clean and look news but the way to the villa its so far from the main road ,good view between the way ,if you have the car I think its more comfortable.
