Great
RRosalieWe recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect.
Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!
JJOYMCThe place was quiet and relaxing. All the staffs were so Warm and friendly.

MMitchelle Deanne CaballesCrusoe Cabins offers a charming escape for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. The rustic yet modern design of the cabins strikes a perfect balance between comfort and simplicity, making it feel like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The private decks and scenic views create a serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings under the stars.
The amenities provided are well-thought-out, with cozy bedding, basic kitchen essentials, and bathroom.
Overall, Crusoe Cabins is a fantastic choice for a getaway, offering a unique mix of tranquility and adventure. With just a few tweaks, it could easily be a 5-star experience!
CCitingtanThe worst hotel experience that I had so far. The first time we tried was narra pool vila, overall it was good. So this time we tried out pamela glass vila with a garden.
1. We chose king size bed, it turned out that the hotel uses two single bed to combine, and one mattress is high, the other one is low, and in the middle of the bed you can feel the hard wood bed frame on your back and one higher mattress and one lower mattress. I was so pissed whole night as it was super uncomfortable. (Hotel didnot even notice us that the king size bed is made of two small single beds)
2. Bed buds. Me and my husband were bitten hardly for both legs and arms. We cannot believe it, the room charged so much and cannot even guarantee the cleanliness.
3. It was raining at night, and while taking shower, the rain kept dripping into the shower room. It was so cold so we eventually had to put an umbrella to cover a bit the rain.
4. Overall, this is an experience of spending money to buy uncomfortableness.
GGuest UserThis was an amazing trip! I haven't had a chance to write a review but here it goes.
1. The staff - Super amazing and friendly, always smiling and helpful.
2. The managers - great, caring, funny and always went above and beyond to help and accommodate.
3. Resort - Amazing ocean view and lots of activities, we went back 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. Lol
4. Room - clean and comfortable!
5. Food and drinks - delicious and amazing! One of the best in the Philippines.
I've been to many hotels and resorts worldwide, but this has been the top of all of my stays. The vibe, the friendliness, activities, food and drinks. I've never felt so relaxed and I didn't even need to use my phone. No stress and all good vibes! Waking up to see the ocean with a nice cup of coffee with smooth music, it makes the hours of drive (almost 4 hours one way) to there well worth it.
In my opinion, this was more than a stay, this was an unforgettable experience! We have been through the regular days and also the typhoon days, they have been amazing and helpful the whole time! It was definitely an adventure! Now I'm back in Florida again and I miss this place, but I'm planning a visit the Philippines next year and I will make this my top place to visit!
AAnonymous UserIt was such a lovely 2-night stay. My partner and I chose to stay here for my birthday celebration and it didn't disappoint! From the arrival to departure, everything was perfect. Staff will welcome you with a smile and welcome drinks. Instructions were clear and they were very accommodating. We chose the superior room and it was amazing! Prices in the resto were reasonable but what we loved the most was the halo-halo and the jellyfish table lamp (so cute!). The ambiance was also nice. They had a complimentary cake slice too. The pool was nice as well. There was a maintenance for a few hours and they made up for it by giving out complimentary cake slices and discounts for orders ar the resto. My partner and me are frequent travelers and this by far is in our top 3 best hotels locally. We will definitely come back! THANK YOU!
GGuest UserHotel service is great, reasonable food price for a resort
Clean environment , Room is clean.
But the washroom needs improvement
1, Bathtubs higher than the deck during the shower causing water flows on the ground , Floor gets wet and won't dry till overbite .
2, The shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower,
GGuest UserFirst time to go to Calayo area. RSAM is a decent resort hotel. The beach area is clean. My kids enjoyed it so much. The pool is ok. It's like we rented the whole resort by ourselves on that day-my husband's birthday. Wifi signal is poor but the staff informed us that if we need to connect to the wifi we can go to the lobby lounge. You can relax while using the internet. The room is just ok with hot water in the shower area and toiletries. The bed is comfy and no foul smell. Aircon works well too. The only thing is that the sliding door going to the balcony is broken. Their staff tried to fix it but still it is not working and broken. But nonetheless it is a good resort and we will definitely go back.
AAnn89The location is great, one tricycle ride to the Nasugbu downtown - where you can do groceries and eat at common fast foods, like McDonalds. The fare is Php20 only. The beach is not appealing, since it has black or dark sand. But you can opt to go to nearby islets with white sand and clearer water, you just need to rent a boat. The rooms are not that clean, and hardly maintained with a very old airconditioning unit. The tiny bathroom has a foul smell. No water heater, but you can get hot/cold water at the restaurant. Wifi is so-so, it can reach the guest's room area but if you need a stronger connection you need to go closer to the restaurant or reception area. A lot of things need to be improved in this resort. But this area in Nasugbu has one of the great sunset views.
