Nice place! The housekeeper is very cute. Although I don’t understand Chinese, I help with my luggage when I see it.
This place is a bit far from the city, more suitable for self-driving
The accommodation is very clean. The towels smell good. There is mosquito repellent provided. The service is good and attentive to customers. They follow up with customers and give good advice. Both check-in and check-out are convenient. I am very impressed. I will use the service again if I have a chance.
We stayed here to get out of the rain on our trip from chiang mai to pai. Booked last minute, the resort is a bit out dated, I imagine it was beautiful when first built. Cabins are dusty and old but okay for a night or 2
It's quite a long walk from the parking lot to the accommodation, and the rooms are very old with small, outdated shower heads. I booked a twin room but received two separate single beds. The room had a strong musty smell. When I asked to change rooms, the staff initially said all rooms were full, but I insisted that I had booked a twin room and didn't expect to sleep in separate beds. At first, they said they couldn't change it, until I asked if I could call to inquire about why I received a different room than what I booked. Suddenly, the staff agreed to change rooms for me. The location is convenient, and the room is large, but I think renovations would be beneficial because the area is in a good location. Upgrading to reflect the passage of time would make it better.
